This is an excerpt from a YouTube video discussion about peptides and their prospective role in health care. Speaker B asks about personal use and future adoption; Speaker A responds with cautious remarks about legality, mentions BPC and CJC-1295/CB500(?) for injury, and describes practical routines (writing thoughts before sleep) and compounds that affect dopamine pathways. The tone is conversational and anecdotal.

How do you personally use them and how do you see the future of peptide adoption into the future of health care? What's kind of your thought process around.
That regarding the future of peptides? I don't know which are going to stay legal and which aren't and if you got to go get them on the black market or some random online international website, I don't know. But how do I use them? You know, I mentioned BPC and CB500 which are great for injury in that population. Usually having some mechanism in place to get thoughts out of your head and onto paper is good. You can have like a lit pilot pen light next to the bed, a notepad, preferably not a device or a device in night mode with just notes open. In airplane mode. Voish, you're able to jot down things before you go to bed or if you wake up, get it out of your head and onto paper. You can also use certain compounds that will shut down to a certain extent. Some of those people hardwired dopamine firing pathways.
