Which Supplements Boost Your Hormones?

A short promotional/talk transcript (YouTube) by Jeffrey Jaime describing natural approaches to restoring hormonal balance through three components: trace minerals, healthy fats (omega‑3 fish oil), and adrenal support via adaptogenic herbs. The speaker argues against synthetic hormone replacement, explains why each component matters, and promotes a bundled product called the Hormone Pack from Pacific Elite Fitness.

If you get dry skin, brittle hair, a lack of energy, low libido, a little bit of depression now and again, and just a lack of motivation to do anything from drive your car to exercise, then it's likely that you may have some kind of hormonal imbalance. Well, the fact is, synthetic hormone replacement therapy and pharmaceutical drugs can be unnatural and actually harmful to your body. And, and if you're able to, you should promote hormone stabilization and hormonal balance in as gentle and as natural a manner as possible. Your body will thank you when you do. Now, there are three crucial components that allow your body to restore its own normal hormone function without dumping a bunch of excessive external hormones into your body. Now, there are three different things that you need to think about when it comes to supporting your body's own natural hormone production. Number one is minerals. Number two is fats. And number three is your adrenal glands. Now, the first component, minerals, refers to the fact that your body, when it makes hormones, relies upon the activity of something called enzymes. Enzymes are only going to work if your body has enough of all these tiny trace minerals on board. And the sad fact is that over 90% of people are simply deficient in the minerals that they need. This can be due to leaching of minerals from the soil, so you're not getting what you need from fruits and vegetables, or it could be due to excessive stress or excessive sweating. But the first component of good healthy hormone function is to put some kind of trace minerals into your body. So my recommendation is that you ingest a trace liquid mineral blend, and all you need is one shot in a glass of water or just dump straight into your mouth every morning. Part number two of healthy hormone formation is fats. Your body needs fats to form steroids and to form hormones and to even give you some of those healthy types of cholesterol that you actually need to make the hormones that your body requires for its normal function. Now, what I recommend for getting fats into your body is not just eating lots of healthy fats like wild fish and raw seeds and nuts, but also a high quality fish oil. And when it comes to fish oil, not all fish oils are created equal. The best omega 3 fatty acids come from small fish that thrive in cold waters. But unfortunately, many of the supplements that line the aisles of health food stores contain inexpensive fish oils from large fish that swim in pretty suspect and polluted waters. These often contain fillers and synthetic materials that ironically rob your body of what it needs to form hormones. So I recommend a pure fish oil in its natural triglyceride form. And this is where something like Super Essentials Omega 3 fatty acid comes in. You add Super Essentials Omega 3 fatty acid along with those trace liquid minerals, and you've got the first two steps of natural hormone production down. And then the third thing that I mentioned was supporting your adrenal glands. And this is where special types of herbs called adaptogens fit in. Adaptogens do things like help your body to produce cortisol when it's not producing enough, or shut down cortisol production when you're under a lot of stress. They've been used in an Orient for thousands of years to support normal adrenal function and hormonal balance. And you can get high quality herbs if you look in the right place. Unfortunately, most herbs have been sitting in big bins in China for years getting sprayed with toxic ethylene oxide. So you want to make sure that you find a pure, pure herb. The herb that I recommend is called Tian Qi, and it's a Chinese adaptogenic herb complex that's extracted in purified water and completely free of toxins and heavy metals. It's only made with wild crab herbs found in their natural state, completely free from pesticides and exposure to pollution. So your body gets everything that it needs for healthy hormone formation. So you combine your Chinese adaptogenic herbs with your healthy natural fats and your trace liquid minerals. And you don't need any of those fancy patches and lotions and injections because you're putting your body into a state where it can make its own hormones just fine. So check it out. It's called the Hormone Pack at Pacific Elite Fitness, and it combines the minerals, the fatty acids, and the adaptogenic herbs that you need for hormonal balance. You can get your hormone pack now at Pacific Elite Fitness.
