Whether you're an E commerce, network, marketing courses, coaching, affiliate marketing, direct sales, an agency, real estate, all of that. You can create offers that connect with your buyers using what I teach that course. It's all about the customer journey and how to get people to buy from you. Now today on this episode, I am so excited to talk about getting more business coming in for you. You need to reach more people and that's a big thing that I love helping people with. You can't have a sustainable business just focusing on all the people that have come to you in the past, all the people that have reached out to you before. Eventually they're just gonna kind of fizzle out. You have attrition, you're gonna lose people over time. They just have no interest in what you're doing and that's normal. You want that to happen. That's by Design. That's how business works. That's why we're constantly innovating, we're constantly advertising, we're constantly trying to find more customers. If you can get more business than are coming out the back door that you're losing, you have a growing business. Many times businesses, I noticed, they end up losing business faster than they're getting new people in because they're trying so hard to hold on to the. The small amount of people that they have. They're trying so hard to hang on to what they already had that they're losing the new and the fresh. And that's how you keep a business growing, is you keep finding the new and the fresh. You can't just build a company on what you did at one time in the past and at one time where, you know, you connected with people once upon a time and they bought from you. And now, you know, we're going to just hold on to them and those people are going to just pay us for life. And we're going to say like, that's. That's just, that's a, that's a fantasy. That's pipe dream. That is, that's not reality. That's not rooted in reality. You might have been sold that by some marketers, by the way, you might have been sold that by network marketing companies that, you know, you do work once and it pays you for the rest of your life. Even authors. Why do authors write new books? They're trying to reach new audiences, new people. That's how you make more money. Eventually you can pour that into investments and stuff does start to pay you, but you're still reaching the new. You're still innovating. So first off, those of you that don't understand that you need to get that in your head that new products, new services, new offers, new people, more of that is how you keep things moving upward for you to make more money. And that's where then you make more money. You hire people. Boom. Then once you get to the point of staff hiring staff, the business builds itself. I have, you know, people that I consult, they have staff of 5, 10, 20, all the way up to. I consulted a company with over 500 staff and. And they were running the business, right? They were the ones, the employee. The business runs itself at that point. For those of you that don't have staff members doing things, you gotta do it yourself in the beginning and you gotta bootstrap it. That's why I talk so much about not allowing perfectionism to keep you stuck, not allowing the need to do all the things perfectly, to waste so much time, to suck so much energy, to take imperfect action and to take a lot of at bats, especially in the beginning, because that's when you can really afford to do that the most. Not talking about monetary affording, I'm talking about you need to keep showing up every single day, have more at bats. Last week's podcast episode or two weeks ago, episode number 98, move past uncertainty when launching your business. Oof. If you haven't listened to that one and you're listening to this one, I would pause this one almost and go back to that one. Because it's all about taking more at bats, showing up more, failing more often, intentionally trying to have a, a big volume of opportunity that you're, that you're both succeeding and failing in your business. That is how you build something great. That is how you build something sustainable and, and grow something. Is the, the increased volume, the amount of times that you're doing something gives you more opportunities both to fail and to learn and to grow and to succeed. And you want to have more of those opportunities. And that's the same thing by having a volume of potential customers, a volume of leads, a volume of people that will be interested in what it is that you're selling, that, that, that show an interest in that. And when you create offers, again, that's what I go over in my course, Irresistible offers that sell is creating offers that find thousands, tens of thousands of people. We ran an offer and in, in seven days we got an email list of 44,000 people with an offer with a client that we were consulting, 44,000 new people. And that generated and turned into a million dollars in business in less than seven days of effort. Launching that. Now you might not have the budget to launch something at that level, but that actually paid itself because those people, we spent a certain amount, my client did in ad spend that then paid for the ad spend within seven days. Within that seven day period. It made a profit that quickly. And that was testing and building offers and aligning an offer with what the customers want. But your business is going to grow by you connecting with more people, new people, by you finding those new people. Now what are the ways that you can find, find more new people? You, you put yourself out there, you run ad campaigns, you can do joint ventures where you partner with people, you can have media appearances, you can be on various different platforms. But at the end of the day, you're going to have to be seen and heard by more people. How do you do that by connecting with more people. People are what's going to mobilize you. Whether it be a platform or, or other people, they're going to mobilize you in front of more people. And so if you have a good offer that aligns with it, you can break even or profit from a campaign by doing that. And that's what I walk you through in my course. Social media ads that work is how to run ad campaigns that find the more people running campaigns to an offer that connects with people. Now you got an email list, now you got to sell to them. You got to grow in that sales ability. You got to be able to then close them to buy from you, to purchase what it is that you're offering. And I think this is where a lot of people miss it, is they is the process of getting the new people with ads and offers is, is simple once you learn how to do it. But then they're like, well, okay, I have all these people, but then how do I turn that into money? Well, you got to sell to them. You have to sell to those people. You have to show up as selling to those people. They're in your space, they're in your ecosystem. You're going to have to email them, you're going to have to retarget them what you have for sale. You're going to have to connect with and communicate with those people. So you want to reach as many people as possible, New people, not just the old people. To grow your business, you can take the old people, create lookalike audiences in Facebook to find the new people, but you're constantly wanting to reach new audiences to talk to these people. When you find a new audience of people, you want to hear what are their unique struggles, what are they dealing with? What resonates with them? You, you're in a constant feedback loop, conversation with the people as they come in to hear from them. What are they dealing with? What are they going through you? You want them to tell you, and you get that information by asking them directly, what do they want? What do they care about? What drives them? What is going to lead them to purchase from you? What are you not selling right now that they want? What does the customer want? That's ultimately what you want to do when you reach these new people is giving them what they want, not just what you think they need. Now you can attract people by offering what they want, and you will attract people that already want that. If you have a good offer, your offer will align with people and do that. And over the years I've done that to where I can predict what offers in my niche specifically my customers are wanting more of from me. And then I can launch something with that, with the right copy, with the right targeting to get people to buy, to get people to opt in, to get people to convert to sales. How do you do that in your niche? By testing, by trial and error, by getting more at bats, by getting more people, by listening to more people, by connecting with more people, by talking with more people, by talking and communicating with more human beings about what you are doing. You can't bypass this. The people that I know that are struggling to get sales in their business are doing so by trying to bypass this part of the process and do so without connecting with new people, by only communicating with who they already have in front of them, by trying to master reinvigorating older contacts. Your business is going to grow by connecting with new people, by finding those new people and then selling to them. And that's ultimately what you need to do. You get the people. This is where I see people then fail is they get the new people and then they, they're, they're afraid to sell to them. They're like, oh, these are the new people. So I need to take care of them and I need to not sell to them. That's just, it's crap. It's not gonna help you by, by coddling and, and swaddling these new people and, and holding so tightly to them that you don't, you, you don't want to talk to them, you don't want to sell to them, you don't want to tell them what you have to offer because you don't want to offend them. Get, get over that thing and start selling to people. Start, you get the new people in through your offer and then you start telling them what you have for sale. If they're not buying from you. There's a misalignment of what you're selling and the people, and that's where you need to get a direct connection with, is you attract the right people, not just any people, the, the right ones that are going to then buy from you. You build trust with them, you build relationship with these people, you connect with them, you find out more about them than you know about your product. You learn more about those people. You, you discover by having opportunities for connection. That's why I do those 15 minute calls. That's why I create content on a regular basis. That's why I pay attention to what people are engaging with on My social media. And this might be the scariest thing that some of you have ever done is connecting with people on that level, connecting with thousands of people. But for you to build a business, for you to grow something that has an impact, for you to build something that's going to create the kind of money that you want to make, you're going to have to get out of that comfort zone and be seen and heard by thousands of random strangers on the Internet to the point that they can judge you, to the point that they cannot buy from you, to the point that they can make a decision to not work with you. And that's a good thing. And the more you do that, the more at bats you show up and keep doing that, the more you continue to show up in front of people, you will get clear on the messaging, what connects with people, what resonates with them, what will lead them to buy from you through your website, through your landing pages, through your social media, you'll create new products for them and you'll rinse and repeat this whole process if you do this. This is the process of growing a business to seven and eight figures. How do you kill a seven figure business? By not doing this. And I've seen quite a few seven figure businesses die when they stop recruiting new people, when they stop going after new people. And they're just trying to coddle the old people that they're, the people that they already have in their system. I've seen people stay broke by just trying to maintain, they're trying to almost like it's like a savings account that they don't want to spend. Like we got all these new leads, all these people. So I better, I better not, better not lose any of these people. You want the ones that are not a good fit to unsubscribe from you. You want the ones that are in a good alignment to leave you, to reject you, to not connect with you. That's your desire, that's a good thing. And we talked about that last week in episode number 99 of the podcast about qualifying. The people that you talk to about pre qualifying, making sure that the people that you're talking to are qualified, are qualified to the point that they, they're a good fit for what you're offering, that you're, that you're, you're disqualifying by what you say, the people that aren't a good fit, that you're, that you're not going to attract them, that they're not going to want anything to do with you, and that's a good thing. The ones that are qualified will want to work with you in the language that you use. Getting more specific with that will allow you to qualify the new people. Make sure that you're getting quality people, not just random people, people that are quality people that fit into what it is that you're selling and you're offering. When you have quality people come in front of you and you connect with new qualified quality people, you're able to sell them what you're selling or know what products and offers to create for them by the feedback that you get. But you're going to have to increase the volume and the number of new people that come into your ecosystem. There's so much value to this. This is a part of building a business that you can't miss that you can't skip that, that you can't just try to avoid or your business is gonna die, your business is gonna fall flat, your business is gonna basically hit a certain level plateau and flatline. And that's where some of you guys are at because of this right here. And so what I love to do when I work with a business, when I coach people, when I consult them, is how can we get more new people into your ecosystem and close them as a sale to then reinvest that money to reach even more new people and to grow something to seven and eight figures. Okay, so if you're somebody that needs help knowing how to do that again, my courses, social media ads that work irresistible offers that sell extremely valuable courses for you to go through that are going to help you with this. If you need some more hands on help, you can do some one on one coaching with me. I offer that right now. I'm not going to offer that forever. And, and you can schedule a free 15 minute call with me on my website. You could schedule a call where we talk about where your unique business is and how to find those people, where to look, how do we reach them? You can find that how to schedule that on my website, Jeremiah krakowski.com forward/free call to schedule a call with me and then we can work together on what's it going to take to get you to get more sales, to get more of these new people to grow something, to grow something to the next level that you want for yourself and your business.
