Hey everyone, thanks for listening to the Grow youw Life podcast. If this has helped you in any way, share it with somebody. Join the Grow your Life community on Facebook. Today's episode is about how to transform your life in as little as seven days and how big massive action. I'm talking about shifts that are dimensional shifts in what you're doing now to where you want to go. And life altering changes in your life happen in as little as seven days. And this sounds impossible to people, but what I'm gonna do is actually break it down for you and show you how it's actually practical with simple tricks and strategies that I've used over the years that I've observed that I've also been studying and learning. And I want to distill it down into this one podcast for you to affect transformation in your life and as well as your business. This podcast is about growing in your life. Growing in your business. To grow in your life or your business, you have to do something differently than what you have before, which comes from beliefs. Your actions come from beliefs, your beliefs influence the actions. And then consistent actions over time develop new habits. Now, what separates a new habit from just striving? There's. They're actually not the same thing. A habit and something that you strive to do, even if you do it consistently are not the same thing. A habit is to where you just do it naturally. It just comes naturally. You don't even have to try for it anymore. And not trying for it is when you know that it's a habit, when you just do it, when it just happens. For example, for me, going live every single day for 10 minutes on video, talking live with one take, and then recording a podcast every week has become a habit because I've done it now for well over three, I think it's like four months now, five months, something like that. And so that's become a habit. And what I found is I've broken down kind of key milestones in my life of where a repeated action became a habit, which then became a life transformation. And it started with just a seven day period. And every transformation that I've seen anybody do in their lives started with a seven day period. Okay, so to break it down, here is this. You have to start by identifying the change and the transformation that you want to make. So you can't start without actually first coming face to face with what needs to be transformed, what your goal is, what your desired outcome is. You have to actually materialize it verbally, mentally, put it on paper and that's where goal setting comes into place. And then once you declare it, you can either crumple it up, throw it away, let's not do that. Or you can decide to create a new habit that will serve in that way. And life transformation comes from a period of multiple new habits that are established. And this happens with this kind of seven day formula that I'm gonna share with you here. The seven day formula comes from the first seven days are the hardest part. Essentially they're the most impossible, the most battles, the, the, the, the, the hardness, the, the, the struggle comes in that seven days. And then it actually becomes easier after seven days. And then after 21 days you can evaluate, is this a habit or why hasn't it become a habit? And then what do I need to change and shift in another seven day period to create it? And so that's where experiences stack on top of each other. And what I found is this. Two things. One of them is universal for everybody. Okay. The other one is personal for me that I want to just kind of share with you as an example. The universal one is this is that if you believe something, your actions will then follow that belief. So if you believe that it will take you five years to do something, it will take you no less than five years. If you believe that it will be impossible for you, it will never be possible. If you believe that something can happen in seven days, then it is possible for it to happen in seven days. If you believe that it will take 21 days. And so I want to, I want to identify this right here. In our culture, there is a commonly held belief that it takes 21 days to establish a habit. And there has been lots of research around this. And so this is, this is not a bad thing. This is just consistently proven as sort of a baseline. Baselines, however, do not identify uncommon outcomes. And so in Grow youw Life, we're actually focusing on what is baseline and then what are uncommon outcomes that we can look at. Okay, so the baseline is 21 days. We know that. But 21 days, even in and of itself, can seem nearly impossible. And throughout the years of my life, I used to look at the 21 day deal as something that was hard, something that I didn't want to do. Now I did a podcast recently on shifting your perspective on hard things to make them easy. And so what I like to do is I like to break things up into chunks that are easier to digest. And so something that's easier to digest is seven days of transformation, seven days of habit forming seven days of consistent activity and even 48 hours, breaking it down into 24 hour periods, seven 24 hour periods, and then evaluating that each day. And if you do this consistently, three rounds of seven days, habits will start to form, but they can happen much sooner. And so the first step is to do this. Unlock your belief about what is possible. If what you believe is possible is based on what other people have told you, then that is what you will get. For me, I have seen experientially, and I have seen the impossible happen in the world around me. I have seen people transform lifetimes of habits in just under 48 hours consistently over time. And so I have a belief that massive life transformation can happen in an instant, in a day, in two days, in less than a week. So my experience has shown me that. And so what I want to do right now is actually kind of share with you that testimony of that, that way you can start to believe that as well. And I know that that might be unique and new for you. So the power of testimony is this. We see that somebody else has done it and we say that's possible for me, because if they could do it, I could as well. And so in this, you're going to hear multiple sort of testimony of that that I want to share with you, as well as tools, tips and strategies that will help you transform your life in less than seven days and an even less than 24 hours. I don't think that we have time to take 5, 10, 15, 20 years to reach our goals. And yet at the same time, I want to juxtapose this to something new that I've learned over the last, I would say 18 months. And this 18 month period has transformed over my beliefs about the world around me by testing. And it's this, that you cannot skip steps of the process, that you cannot skip the order that you go through that requires the transformation. That you can, however, take beliefs and change them in an instant. And so in that multiple beliefs and experiences stack to transform your life. Now what I found for myself is that massive life transformation. I'm talking. So back in 2012, I decided to focus on health and fitness. And I lost over £100 working out. I was doing everything. And it was an 18 month period of massive fitness transformation that got me down to 10% body fat. Okay. During an 18 month period when I was younger, I learned how to play the piano and became a intermediate level piano player in about 18 months was more accelerated than most people. So I'm saying that to show that this 18 month thing has kind of shown up in my life over the last period. Over the last 18 months, I've been focusing on spiritual mental transformation and business transformation personally. That way I can then impart it to other people. And what I found is this one thing is this to grow your life and to grow your business, you have to do something differently than what you have up to this point. If you keep doing the same thing over time, that is insanity if you're expecting a different result. And so to do something, it has to become a habit. So we can strive to do something and work hard at it. And that's important over 18 months, over years, over time, over weeks, that creates an outcome. But what really shifts everything I'm talking everything, is habits. And so the different, there's a difference between striving and habit. Striving is when you have to work towards doing it every single day. Now in the beginning, you can't skip this step. You are going to have to work towards your goals. You're going to have to do the hard things, but you have to shift your perspective on those hard things and not call them hard. Say, okay, I can do this, it's easy, let's do this, let's begin, let's go after it, let's accomplish our goals. So that's the first step is actually you decide that on day one. That's the day one of this seven day transformation process is on day one you decide I'm going to do something differently than I have up to this point. And it is going to be easy from this moment on. And at that moment where that, that shift is, that day one begins the transformational process. And so there's, there's kind of a buildup that we all have up to that. And that's why these experiences stack over time. That's why I also, I don't want you to be overwhelmed by what I'm going to share in this. I want you to break it down personally for yourself to a level that is easy to understand, easy to follow, and can be implemented quickly and easily. Now I saw a YouTube video recently that it actually only takes 20 hours to learn anything new. And so 20 hours is right around three hours per day for seven days or one hour per day for about 21 days. And so that's why they say to make a new habit it takes 21 days because you're learning something new. About an hour a day, because we have only about an hour, 45 minutes to an hour and a half a day to really like if we're going to focus on something brand new that we want to do, you have to actually take it serious and give yourself at least one hour to an hour and a half a day to. To your growth. And this is a commitment that you need to make. And so this is really one of the first commitments. And so let's start with this. Actually this is a new habit that you could learn that will then stack and affect your habit creation process. If you're somebody that feels that you don't have an hour to give to your transformation to your growth. The people that learn this young are generally more successful at things later on in life. Is giving themselves an one hour of growth per day. If you are striving for that now there's. I'm hearing, I'm feeling this and I, I'm understanding that there's different personality types. If you're like a. The enneagram type 8, you're probably like get to the point already or this might not be for you. This is. I'm more a type 3. So I'm the achiever type that wants to grow and achieve things. And so in that I'm. I'm guessing there are some people that will listen to me that are more the enneagram type 3. If you are an enneagram type 8, the deal is this. You just have to do it and start doing something differently and make a choice right away. When it becomes important enough to make the change, do it. And you know this, don't you know, just do it. That's it. And support yourself and. And support what will help you with the transformation. People are different. We're all different. And I get that. And I'm speaking to people that have different life experiences. But for the sake of this example, I want to help people realize that to transform your life where you are now to where you want to be starts with seven consistent days. And then repeating that seven day process from day seven, repeat day seven and start back over. You're going to look at where you are on day seven and then do day seven for seven more days and then seven more. And so that's the 21 days that create a new habit. And then you stack those over time. Okay, so it only takes seven days. So the first step is this, creating a new habit. Let's say your new habit is just to give yourself an hour a day to practice that new habit. Just to give yourself 35 minutes a day. Maybe just to give yourself 10 minutes a day. And so not everybody's going to need an hour a day. But if you're wanting to like really massively get massive all out growth in your life in a single area, you're probably going to have to dedicate about an hour a day of it. And then if you do this over time and you make a lifestyle of, there's an hour a day of growth of learning for you, whether it's passively or actively. So for instance, I've been listening to an hour of podcasts, an hour of audiobooks every single day. That's really helpful. And in 2019, we have new technology to help us grow and create new habits. However, we have to take what we've listened to, what comes in, what we've learned, and then apply it. And so day one starts when we apply it. And so you have to apply that new action from day one. And that comes from doing it consistently. Now, any action is done based on what you believe. And if you're listening to this right now, if you're 16 minutes into this podcast, I would bet that anybody who clicked off of this podcast, I have the data of like, where people leave my podcast and where they don't. It actually like tells me that. And so I know if somebody clicked off of this at 16 minutes, they're probably not resonating with this message. And so if you're somebody that's still listening to this, I trust that you're somewhat resonating with what I'm saying. And so I'm just gonna continue forward from where we're at right now. So you understand that beliefs influence actions and your belief changes your choices. And then when you do an action, if you don't do it consistently, it's not effective. So consistent action over time is the process that develops new habits. And so consistently, let's say giving yourself an hour a day will develop a habit of giving yourself an hour a day, if that's your thing. So I'm thinking about a couple of clients that I actually work with right now that I consult and they tell me a lot that they don't have time to do certain things. I would say get consistently. What can you give? Is it 30 minutes? Is it 15 minutes? Is it 60 minutes? I think everybody can find at least 30 minutes and most of us can find an hour. And most of us can probably shift a few things in our day to get an extra 30 minutes to have that hour. So that encompasses probably 100% of everybody that's listening right now as we can give an hour towards that growth. And so maybe that hour is this. Maybe we consistently want to then start listening to podcasts for seven days. You'll start to realize the value of this. And then you do it consistently for 21 days. This creates a habit like that. Stacked habits over time create the results. And so what I like to do is I like to break this down here with math. I'm going to actually do the math here on my calculator. 18 months divided by or times 18 times 30 divided by 7 equals 77 changes in your life. And then we divide that by three. That's basically 25 habits. And for the sake of this, we'll just say 21 habits. 21 habits that are developed will, over the course of 18 months will create massive transformation. Now what do I mean by this is there's probably 21 things that you can start to do over that 18 month period that will then change your life. That's a very big picture thing that I'm saying. And you're probably like you, the, the, the title of this podcast was seven Days. Yes, it was seven days. But what I want to do is I want to break down for you how to go from somebody that has never worked out in the gym before, to somebody that could compete in, in bodybuilding, for example, somebody that's never played the piano before, to somebody that can play the piano, so it's never coded on computer before, to somebody that can code software, somebody that has never built a business before, to somebody that is making multiple seven figures, even, multiple six figures, even, even. Let's say you've never made over $50,000 in your life. Let's say you've never Made over $30,000 in your life. Okay, Say that, that is your life right now you want to go from somebody that's never made more than 30,000 in your life to somebody that has made more than 30,000 in your life. And then stack that. You can do this with repeated 18 month periods, which are a series of habits and transformations. So 21 different habits that you create with just seven day periods. And it starts by doing that and then stacking those over time, but being intentional. So this is where I'm gonna, I'm breaking it down into the, the macro and then we're bringing it to the micro. So what is your macro transformation that you're trying to do? What can you commit 18 months of your life? 2. So for me, 18 months ago, I committed to basically starting from zero, building a business that was making quarter of a million dollars. And that's what I'VE been doing over the last 18 months and it's moving in that direction. And, and that's where we're at. And so how do you transform from somebody that has never done something to somebody that has breaking it down? You have the macro goal and you break it down to the micro. And now. So what I'm doing now is I'm actually focusing on how can I become a better leader, how can I lead teams better, how can I be a better CEO, how can I be better at hiring? And so now these are new habits. And so what I want to do is I want to become one of the best leaders I can be by developing new leadership habits. And then hopefully, I would say six months to 18 months from now, I'll be at that place, which will then accelerate me over the seven figure mark. And that's my goal right now over the next 18 months. And so these are stacking periods of transformation that are consistent over time. And so if you consistently do something over a period of 21 days, it creates a new habit. But it starts with just seven days. So that's why, what is your macro goal? It doesn't have to be money, it doesn't have to be light, just one area of life. Like for me, I wanted to lose £100. Took me 18 months. So what's something that's that big? What's something as big as making a quarter of a million dollars? If you've never done that before? Or let's say you have done it before, but you haven't done it in the way that you're doing it, or let's say that it has something to do with, let's say that you want to find a spouse. Let's say you're single. 18 months of transforming who you are, growing as a person to a person, that person that you want. So what is that thing for you? Who is that person that you want to be? And then take ownership over where you are today and realize that your decisions, your choices, your actions, your consistency and your habits have led up to where you are right now. And take ownership over all of those things that you have made commitments for. And stop being prideful, arrogant, entitled, your ego, letting your ego run things to the point that you can't look at and expose yourself to the things that might hurt. And it might be painful to admit that your choices got you here, that your choices and decisions have gotten you here today. Listening to this podcast, the 7 Day Transformation can only begin when you decide to take extreme ownership over where you are right now and where you want to be. And so if you can do that, if you can take extreme ownership over everything in your life, it's not that somebody did something to you. And I get it. All of us have had stuff that have happened to us that none of us deserved, but it has no bearing on where we're headed. That's the past. If we allow it to influence our future, then it will. That's why I say if you believe something to be true, it will then manifest in your life. So if you believe that this thing that happened to you is affecting you from going into the future of where you want to go, you're not taking ownership over your own actions. You are basically saying, I am not responsible for where I am right now. Somebody else is. And until you give responsibility of your life up to somebody else, you will not be able to transform your life because it will always be based on what somebody else does or does not do or a situation that you don't have control over. So what it is is this. I want to inspire you. I know there might be some of you that are listening to this right now and saying, you don't know my situation. I do not have control over this. Okay? I'm not asking you to set to. To take control of it. I'm asking you to just take ownership and authority over your decisions that have led up to it, okay? And so what it could be is it could be a series of decisions over your life have led you up to these habits that then created a framework in your life that you exist in. So you exist in a framework that cannot be broken out of because of choices that you've made. So you have to take ownership over those choices that you made. One of the. One of the most common ones that I can think of is somebody that is in a relationship with somebody or relationships, and so they feel like they can't do something because of that past, present relationship, so they're giving the authority over what's happened to them to that person instead of taking ownership over. I am in this relationship willingly, and so I need to work towards it instead of taking ownership over where things are and why they're working out that way. You're basically saying, I don't have control over this. It's their fault. You know, somebody may be saying, it's my kids. I have to take care of these kids. So I can't go after my goals. I have to be with this spouse, so I can't go after my goals. I have to be in this job. So I can't go after my goals. So these are the three areas of ownership that I can give examples of. Kids, spouse, and work. Okay. These are a lot that are common with people. And so the extreme ownership is this. Take ownership over the choices that got you here. You made a choice to marry that spouse. You need to take ownership over that choice. And then you need to take ownership over how that relationship is and your part in that relationship and what you've done and what you're doing and your choices with kids. You have to take ownership over the choice that you have kids that you, that, that they're important to you. If you're, if you're saying, I can't do that because of my spouse, you're basically saying, if they weren't there, I could do it. And that's just not, that's just not the case because if they weren't there, you still wouldn't do it. You'd. You'd come up with another excuse, another reason why you can't make that habit and so take ownership over the choices that you've made. I chose to accept that job. I chose to sign that contract. I chose to marry that person. I chose to have these kids and take ownership over why you are where you are right now and then have gratitude. Stop comparing your current situation to an alternate reality of somebody else that doesn't have kids, that doesn't have a spouse, that doesn't have a job, that has a certain amount of money that. You see what I'm saying here? And so you might be even right now, as you're listening to this, comparing your situation to somebody else that you know and saying, well, the reason I can't is make a new habit and transform my life is because I'm not them. Comparison. And anywhere that you compare is an area that you are allowing ungratefulness to rule you. And that creates unhappiness. And you're not taking ownership over where you, why you are, where you are. And so when you're comparing your, your current situation to either a past situation, let's say if I had only not done that, than this. So you're looking back into your past and saying, if I had made a decision to go a different path, I wouldn't be where I am right now. And I'm here to say this to you. You need to make a new belief today. I want to encourage you to make a new belief today that even if you had taken a different path, you would still be right where you are, right now. And that's a hard one to take ownership of. That's actually one of the hardest ones. Like, so if I hadn't had those kids, if I hadn't taken that job, if I hadn't married that spouse, taking ownership over the fact that I would still be where I am right now. And that's hard. And until you can say that, then you haven't taken full ownership over why you are where you are. And so extreme ownership is where that comes. That's actually a title of a book that's written by a Navy seal. His name's Jocko Will Willnick. I. I'm messing up his last name. I think it's Jocko. Yeah, Jocko Willink. And he's a Navy seal, retired United States Navy seal, podcaster and author. And I mean, the dude is a boss. He fought in. In the years of service were 1990 to 2010. So you know what kind of battles in the Navy SEALS went through. And the title of his book is Extreme Ownership. I've never read the book. I'm. I'm thinking about making. I'm putting it on my list of books I'm probably going to listen to as far as audiobooks personally. But just that title in and of itself has power. And so that's why I'm using that phrase right now, is taking extreme ownership over why you are where you are and realizing that even if your past situation had changed, it wouldn't actually change the outcome. You'd actually still be right now listening to this podcast, comparing it to something else. If it wasn't that, it would be something else. And so that's why you have to take ownership over those choices. Say, I made a decision to be here. I'm here because I want to be here, and I've wanted to be here. And actually shifting your perspective and realizing that the reason you are right where you are today is because you wanted to be. Because if you didn't want to be, you wouldn't be here. Okay, that's a hard one. And so let's shift that belief right now and realize that. That if you are, that the reason that your life has led up to this moment right now is because you've wanted it to. And you've not done anything that you don't want to do, because if you did something based on what somebody else influenced you to do, you still wanted to be influenced. Get it? And so that's. That's what I want you to take ownership of, is all of those little areas and, and making A decision that I, that, that I'm here because of choices that I've made, because of my desires, because this is where I've wanted to be. And then that's where it shifts. So you're like, this is your life. It's like a funnel that leads up and now you're at a, an apex moment, a precipice. And this is where plateaus end up. So you've hit a plateau. It's time. The only way to break a plateau is to do something different, to climb or to jump. And so, and that only comes by taking ownership over the plateau. By taking ownership over what's gotten you here, by taking ownership over the frameworks and the decisions, decisions that you've made up to this point. You know, for instance, maybe your framework is pride, ego, entitlement, manipulation, jealousy. Maybe it's a lack of humility, maybe a lack of honor, maybe a lack of respect. These are areas myself that I've been discovering that I've allowed these things to rule my life and become frameworks of how I do what I do. And I was actually denying them and not taking ownership over them. And so as soon as I was able to take ownership over the fact that, wow, I actually am prideful, I act entitled, I have a big ego, and, you know, I manipulate situations for my desired outcome. I've not been humble, I've not been honorable. I can then choose to change the habits. Okay, so what are those things for you? You have to take a self evaluation over that. Take ownership over the tools that you've used and the framework of your life that has led up to this moment, the framework of what has built everything that you've gotten up to this point and realized that you have been the builder of this life that you're in right now. Okay? And then once you take ownership over that, you need to take ownership over all of the building blocks, not just the ones that you feel comfortable with, even the painful ones, even the ones that you don't want to explore and realize that it's nobody's fault but your own. And that once you get there, okay, now you can choose to do something different because you've shifted your belief. You've actually taken ownership over the belief and realized that that belief is not true and it's not serving you for your goals. So there's a shift that happens at that moment when you realize what that is, and that's going to be unique for all of you. And I'm at this point now of the podcast where I Can't really identify that for everybody without hearing your unique stories. And so that's what the Grow youw Life community is for. That's what this podcast is for. That's what the daily videos that I do on Facebook are for, is to actually hear individually, like what your areas of struggle, your areas of bad habits, your areas of growth, what you're trying to grow in are. And so I would love to hear some feedback on this either. DM me go on my social media, join the hashtag Grow your Life group on Facebook and share. What are some of your what have you discovered? What are your revelations? What are your struggles? What are the things that you've gone through and that you're now choosing to do something different? What are those areas that you want to grow in? So you have to take ownership over these two things. Now this is where the shift happens, the seven day shift. And this is why you can actually create a habit of doing this process instantly with yourself, so it doesn't become hard, it doesn't become difficult. It actually happens in like in minutes, in seconds, and saying, wow, okay, why am I doing this? What got me here? Okay, what do I need to change? What can I learn? What new skills do I need to learn? What do I need to apply? And then instantly you start doing it. And then that's what starts to shift habits and massive growth and acceleration snowball as a result. But in the beginning it can be hard. And these are the hard things that you have to do over time. And these are the hard things that then lead to the big massive results by shifting them from hard to easy when they become a habit. Okay, so take ownership over why you are where you are right now and where you want to be. So now the next step is taking ownership over where you want to be. We can't take ownership over where we want to be without first taking ownership over where we are. And I used to think that this wasn't true. In fact, I would say even five, six months ago, even three months ago, I do not, I cannot say for certain that I actually believed that this was true. And so this is a new belief that I've landed on that has started to change everything for me, is to realize the only way for me to fully own up to my dreams, my vision, my goals, is to take ownership over why I am where I am right now. And then that unlocks the next step to the impossible. And so even if you have all everything filled up, you know, to move you, you have a goal, you have where you are now to fill the gap between the two. You might have every piece in place except for this one piece of taking ownership over. Why you are where you right now. And as soon as you take that ownership, now you've taken ownership over the goal, and then you can start to work towards it. And so this is the ha. This is actually the hamster wheel that a lot of people are on. This is why maybe you've been on a hamster wheel of, of the same bad result or, or slow progress or maybe falling backwards or, you know, the, the ten steps forward, the five steps backwards, and this becomes a habit for you is to take ownership over that habit that has led to repeated hamster wheel syndrome. You being on a constant vicious cycle of doing the same things and expecting a different result starts by taking ownership. Taking ownership over. Do I do everything in my life to get validation from other people? Do I believe that it's impossible to make money? Do I believe that it's hard? Are there things I don't know? What do I need to learn? What do I need to do differently? What have I been doing up to this point? What choices have I made? What decisions, actions have I done? And you take ownership over all of those things, and those become a framework for you to realize, okay, what do I need to transform? And this allows us to then become. To shift our habits instantly. Now, a lot of times what happens is if we go through a period of trauma, a period of pain, this creates an imprinted memory of realizing it's like it's when we hit rock bottom, and the rock bottom influences massive transformation, either for the better or for the worse in our lives. However, if you're only waiting until trauma happens to create these new changes in your life, you're going to constantly be on this hamster wheel of avoiding trauma and simultaneously parallel avoiding your goals, avoiding where you're going. If you're avoiding pain and you're avoiding being vulnerable to what hurts, you're then avoiding what you need to come face to face to. To discover what has to change to transform. Okay? And so, so this right here is if you can shift that perspective and realize that you have to come face to face with what you've been avoiding, come face to face with what maybe is painful to look at, come face to face with those areas that you haven't want to. Wanted to expose or explore personally. And you, and you, you. You learn that and you say, okay, I want to actually embrace those things to teach me what I don't know. I want to Embrace failure. I need to expand my failure tolerance. Then you can transform into the life that you want to have. And that starts with just seven days. And so the seven day process is this, okay, so you identify there's, there's like pre work just to get to the seven days. And that's what this, this past 45 minutes have been about, is the pre work that it takes to get to this seven day transformation. And so, so I'm promising you, by the end of this podcast, you're going to understand that it only takes seven days to transform your life from where you are to where you want to be. So once you've done the pre work, and the pre work for most people takes years, it takes months for most people because they believe that it takes that. And their framework to discover those things is broken. Their framework is, is pain avoidance, trauma avoidance. And they don't want to look at those things that are painful. They want to avoid going back to that. And that comes from fear of duplicating the same situation over again. It comes from feeling ashamed of those things when we can look at and say, okay, I've done everything up to my life just to get validation from other people. I've done everything to avoid pain tolerance. Why has that happened? What do I need to change? What do I need to look at? Why did that happen? And look at, that's where then extreme ownership comes from. Okay? Taking ownership over what created that negative result and not blaming somebody else then allows us to look at why we are where we are right now and take ownership over why we are where we are right now. And many times this leads people to, you're like, they feel broken, they feel empty, they feel like, wow, nothing in my life has had any meaning up to this point. Well, you feel that way because you've allowed everybody else to dictate and control your life up to this point and you haven't taken responsibility over it. So now you have a framework to take responsibility. You now have a framework to own up to why you are here in this moment. And as soon as you have the tools to do that, it exposes areas that need to be fixed. And so now we have to take ownership over. Okay, there's a hundred holes here. Let's just fix one. Let's fix one hole. And that's where the seven day process starts. As you look at which hole in this scenario, which broken piece can I fix over the last, over the next seven days, which broken piece do I need to pick up? Which action do I need to change. And that starts by you take the ownership over that. You take ownership over why you are where you are and choose to do something differently by believing something different about what got you here and believing something different about what will get you to where you want to be. Okay? And that's replacing the belief. And that's where declaration comes from. You're declaring, you're putting it, you're, you're declaring. You're actually not putting it out there. You're actually pulling from what already exists into your life. I, I hear people say that, oh, you have to put it out there into the universe. You have to tell it, the universe, what you want. It's actually the opposite. You have to actually declare what's already there and pull it into where you are now. And so this is even a broken framework that a lot of people are in of feeling like they have to put it out there for it to then come back at them. You actually have to declare it as if it's already there and then pull it into your reality. And, and, and then that, that becomes. And you move from a place of being to doing instead of doing to being. So a lot of people have a framework in their life that they have to do something else. When in fact, who you are, who you become up to this point doesn't change. You can do different things. That doesn't change who you are. It actually just amplifies more of who you've already been. Get it? And so that's why the extreme ownership is important. That's why the beliefs are important. Taking extreme ownership over what you want to do and doing exactly what you want to do, regardless of what other people's opinions about whether you do it or not are. You choose to do that thing specifically because that's what you want to do in this moment. And so now we're gonna look at. Okay, wow. I have a hundred areas that I haven't been doing things based on what I want to do. I've let other people impact it. I want to fix those hundred areas. And then we become overwhelmed and we're like, ah, there's too much. So look at those. And I like to then go to sleep and maybe sleep on it. And then the next day in the morning, there will be clarity. And so some of you listening to this podcast may actually need to sleep on this for a day or so. You might even need to sleep on it for seven days. Your, your seven days of transformation might actually be listening to this podcast, considering it for seven days, considering just what I'm saying in this podcast and if you consider what I said in this podcast for seven days, maybe considering joining the Grow youw Life community on Facebook, maybe considering listening to more of my podcast, maybe considering asking questions on the Grow youw Life live, maybe considering DMing me, you know, considering leaving growyourlife on my Instagram, where I do 30 minute coaching sessions with people every single week. And I choose a winner of that. It's a giveaway on there. And so I want to inspire you if you haven't taken advantage of that yet. I actually do coaching with people where we hop on the phone full on coaching. It's not a sales pitch for coaching services. My coaching cost is 1500 bucks an hour to get on the phone with me, just to get on the phone and talk. And so I'm giving you a half hour for free of that identical level of service as if you paid me for free just by leaving Grow your Life on my Instagram. And I pick one person each week that I'll do that with. Just gave it away to a lady this week. We're gonna get on the phone for 30 minutes and work through her goals in her life, in her business, what she's going through personally, one on one, which is something I can't quite do with this podcast alone. And so maybe the thing that you need to consider doing for the next seven days is to join the community on Facebook. Maybe you need to consider listening to more of these episodes of this podcast. Consider plugging in each day to the Instagram lives on my YouTube and on my social media and seeing if you watch those for seven days, what will change for you if you listen to seven podcasts this week from Grow youw Life, if you listen to seven videos, maybe one a day. If you, if you comment on seven different posts in the Grow your Life group. So this is an interactive group is what it is. And I'm not making this a pitch for my group, but I want to say this is that I've created it as an ecosystem for you to grow in, for you to create new habits, for you to see transformation in your life. And that's why that exists. It's a virtual mastermind to where you could actually commit to for the next seven days of being in there. Every single day posting one area, you know, you. So you start today and you post in there, one area that you want to grow in. After this podcast, you say, I listened to episode number 22 and I'm committing to seven days of engagement in the Grow youw Life community. Okay? And so what that means is this. Full, full on, plugged in, immersive engagement into the podcast, listening to one episode a day into the Grow youw Life community on Facebook, posting what you're working on as well as then commenting on what somebody else posted, either encouragement or if you have advice to share, maybe something that's worked for you, maybe a book that you read, maybe a podcast you listened to, maybe a teaching that you heard a quote, and engaging, helping another person for the next seven days in the Grow youw Life community. And then also sharing what you learned from the Grow youw Life. Post the videos in the group. Maybe what you're working on yourself, what your goal is, what your goal for maybe the next seven days is. Maybe your goal is just to stay consistent doing that. Maybe your goal is just to consider doing that next week. Maybe your goal is to consider listening to somebody else's podcast, reading one book a day, maybe listening to an audiobook 45 minutes a day on Audible, which, by the way, it's a 14 day trial, you guys. Or maybe it's a 30 day trial. Actually you can go to Amazon.com and there's no, there's no, there's actually no excuse that anybody has to not do this because you could actually create a new account and then create a new Audible account and then you get one free audiobook, find one that's on a specific topic, a book that you've always wanted to read. Most audiobooks are six to seven hours, so that's 45 minutes to an hour a day. Listening to an audiobook for seven days and you'll actually see, wow, I made it through a whole book. And maybe you've never made it through a book in your entire life. So these are different ways of transformation, different habits. And it's breaking it down over seven days. So maybe you're somebody that wants to build a business. What's the first step? What is that first step? Maybe you don't know what that first step is. So maybe that's what you have to explore for seven days, is really think and start to explore and sleep on that and discover what are those areas that I need to grow in. Maybe it's listening to this podcast again every day for seven days. Who knows? That'd be extreme, I think. But some of you might need to do that. Or maybe it's listening to some of the other episodes of my podcast. Episode number 17 and episode number 12 are really transformative, as well as episode number five, breaking through any sort of fear in your life, that one's really good as well. And then after the seven days, you'll start to see a transformation in your life. So now let's say that your goal is fitness, okay? And business. I'll use a fitness example and a business example. And then a habit that I actually created in my life with my wife recently. Let me share that one with you first. So I decided I wanted to find a way to help, you know, grow as a husband. And I realized one, I could do the dishes every day for seven days and create a habit of it. And to the point now where that's what I do is I do the dishes. But before, I wasn't doing the dishes. So that created a new habit over the course of seven days for me, going to the gym. Seven days of consistently just showing up in the parking lot at the gym might actually help you decide to walk through the door and sign up for a membership. Maybe it's seven days of drinking a little bit less coffee. Maybe it's seven days of listening to a podcast. Not my podcast. Maybe somebody else. Somebody I love Ed Milet. I love Ed Mylett's podcast. And I can recommend you to plug into his podcast and listen to as well. He'll help you. It's the Max Out Podcast. How to maximize your life. He's like a million times further on even all these topics than I am. And he's inspired me and he helped me grow in his podcast to get here as I just, I committed to 21 days of listening to his. His podcast. And, man, it changed my life and it inspired me then to start my podcast. His podcast. Listening to it inspired me to start mine. And so maybe the inspiration is maybe listening to his. Maybe it's listening to mine. Maybe it's listening to the episode of how to start a podcast. Maybe you want to start a podcast. So maybe that's seven days of listening to podcasts. If you haven't already. Get it. Maybe it's. Maybe you want to do videos every day in your business for seven days. Maybe it's listening to somebody else's videos, or maybe it's for seven days just recording a five minute video with your phone for the next seven days. Okay. And then after seven days, that becomes a habit. Get it. Good. Maybe it's getting on the treadmill for seven days, ten minutes a day. So what I see is a lot of people, they break down in the macro. They break down in what their big goal is. And then I see a lot of people that are, that misunderstand certain people and how they progressively learn and grow will say, well, you just have to go into an hour and a half in the gym every day, you know, two hours of grinding, calling in your business, take your macro goal of what you have to do. So I think we all know like what we should do in our business, what's going to help not the should do's that other people say we should do, but rather what we know inside of us. And so that's where extreme ownership comes from. You take extreme ownership of what you need to do of what the change is and then you break it down to two things. It has to simultaneously be these two things. And this is the order that I like to go in. What will have the greatest impact and is the easiest thing I can do quickly. Okay, so what will have the greatest impact and simultaneously is the easiest thing I can quickly and maybe reverse it. What's the easiest thing that I can do quickly? And start with that will have the greatest impact of the easiest things. So maybe rank them by what's easiest and then rank them by what's has the most impact and then find the ones that are 50% easier and have 50% more impact and then start doing those things first. What I, what I've heard is this concept, the eat the frog concept. And I've actually reversed it and seen more results long term by doing this because it creates more of a growth habit. So it's, it's, it's, it's a high achievement type of a thing to where then you'll actually start to only eat frogs. So maybe instead of just eating the frog, it's eating like the little frog's finger. You're still eating the frog, but you're eating its little finger. It sounds terrible. I wish there was a better example. That's a, that was a popular motivational book that it was kind of demotivational to me for the longest time and it still is a little bit. And so I kind of reversed it and flipped it on its head in a way that is uniquely designed for what's worked for me. And so maybe instead of doing that big hard thing, figure out what do you need to do that supports that big hard thing. Okay. To then get you there and stair step your experiences. So start at level one. That's the compound effect. And I loved the compound effect. It was a book by Darren Hardy and if you've never read that book or heard it, I suggest it to you. I recommend the compound effect to you. 1% compounded over time has a greater result than trying to do 100% and failing during the same period of time. And so if you do 1% less that isn't serving you towards your goals, it will not serve you versus the compound, sort of like compound interest that builds upon each other. So 1% of 1% on top of it compounds over time and actually has a greater goal. So for you, this is taking ownership over why you are where you are. And then looking at what are the little things, what are the 1% things that you can take consistent action on, what are the 1% things that you can choose to do differently? You know, consistency is the only magic pill for success. And then what I would consider really, let's say if we could measure success, a lot of times we say success is not one size fits all. Everybody can have success. And so let's celebrate in the micro habit creation, everybody listening to this right now, 100% of everybody listening to this can be successful at making a new habit and can be successful at making it seven days into creating a new habit. And so celebrate that. And what that is that seven days of 24 hour periods, okay? And so once you've identified, okay, what is that, that little thing that has a big impact, what is the frog, what's the tiny frog, what's the 1% increase that will have the greatest result? So, for example, what I found is a lot of people think that the 1% in their business, they always go in reverse order. It cracks me up. And that's why I love to coach and mentor people on the order that works for them. A lot of people always go in reverse order and then it's actually the first thing that would compound and give them results. So you might think it's branding, copywriting, product creation, mentoring, coaching that's going to build your business, when actually it's doing the business activities and getting started right now, even if you suck at them. And so what I found is the two things most people start at branding, okay? And then they start at maybe hiring and they start at product creation, okay? But these things won't come to fruition for months down the road. But you know what can have a result for people in business is consistently doing video content every single day and recording a five to ten minute video once a day, creating one graphic in canva once a day, and then posting them on their social media that over time, over seven days, over 21 days, and making a habit of it to where six months from now you have what's the math on this. This is how long I've been doing it is since March. It's almost September. So that'll actually be six months. Six months times 30 days is 180 videos. Multiplied by 10 minutes, that's 1800 minutes. That is 30 hours of original video content. Multiplied by then four weeks times six, that's 24 hours. So over the last six months, I've been creating at least 60, I would say 80 hours, if you combine it then with my course as well, that I created. So I did all of this over that time. 60 to 80 hours of original content that I've been creating over the last six months. But that all started with. So that was the macro. Okay, so the macro, the big one, the big goal. And you might say this is overwhelming. Let's. Let's pause here. Who I want to breathe for a second because I know I've been throwing a lot down in a short period of time. Right here. Let's pause. Shake it out. Shake a little bit. Okay. Breathe in and breathe out. Sometimes when I can tell, like, it's overwhelming or there's a lot that I'm throwing at people and even I may be getting confused, it's good to pause, and it's good for us to pause together while we're listening and we're talking about this. So the macro goal is to have consistent content on social media, a product created, and sales coming in in your business. Okay. But that'll probably take about three to six months to really get there, if we're serious. I have seen people do it in under 30 days with the right system, and I know what that system is, and that's what I teach people how to do. In my website building course, I teach people how to create a website that gets results in less than seven days and then how to combine that with what I talk about in my podcast, about advertising courses, things like that. That you could actually get results in less than 30 days doing that just by combining that course with this podcast and staying plugged in for the next 30 days into what I'm doing. Into what, what we're talking about, into what we're sharing. I have a new webinar coming out here very soon as well, so stay tuned for that, that consistency. So that big goal, that macro goal, maybe it's to make, you know, $100,000. That might take six months, that might take a year, that might take 18 months. So that's the big goal. Maybe it's to have content and then your goal, your Next one is to start to sell your content and then to make six figures. So that might take you six to 18 months in the macro. That's big. Okay, that's really big. But you probably have that goal. So identify that goal. What are the things that you have to do to serve for that? And so one of them starts with just seven days of doing live video. Now let's say that you're afraid to do live video. Well, that's where we have to explore that. And that's what I talked about in the first half of this podcast, is taking ownership over, well, why you're not doing live video right now. Taking ownership over why you haven't created your course. Taking ownership over why you don't do sales calls, why you don't generate leads, why you don't listen, listen to this podcast. Why you don't plug into the grow your life community. Just, just take ownership over that. Take ownership over why you're not making the kind of money that you know you could in a business. Take ownership over why your marriage isn't where you want it to be, why your relationships aren't where you want it to be, why you aren't married yet, why you don't have a boyfriend or girlfriend, whatever it is, why you're in a job you hate. Take ownership over why you are where you are. And then identify what are the things that now that you've taken ownership, where do you want to be? Take ownership over where you want to be. So this is step one, is take ownership over why you are where you are. Step two, I need to write this down actually, so I'm going to actually open this up right here and type this while I share it. This is going to be good. Step one, take ownership of why you are where you are. Take ownership of where you want to be. And then take ownership over what needs to change to get you from where you are to where you want to be. And then you'll notice this is where people, most people get stuck and overwhelmed is there's too many things, okay? And so that's why the seven day deal helps. It's just multiple seven days that compound over time. And that's just multiple single 24 hour periods that compound over time. So start with the things that you have to change. So start with, start doing the thing that has the most impact that you have to change. Start doing the thing that you, that is easiest for you and then start doing the thing you fear the most. Start transforming your life. And so that's seven steps Right there, seven steps to start transforming your life in that seven day period. And this might be a series of three seven day periods of identifying what the thing that you need to change is after you take ownership and actually discovering what you don't know about why you are here now and what needs to change. So you might actually need to even educate yourself and learn what you don't know. And so this is why I love audiobooks, that's why I love podcasts, is to help me identify what I don't already know. I know what I know and I don't know what I don't know. And so this podcast is a resource for you to help you at least get from what I've experienced and apply it to your life and impart some of the knowledge that I have and understanding to you to upgrade you in your experiences and then shift your life. So that's why for most people maybe that habit is just listening to my podcast, it was just listening to Ed my left for seven days. And so that identifies that. Now what is the, what are the things that you can change quickly? You want to get some quick wins and that's why step number five is interesting. It's juxtaposed to the frog. Start doing the thing that is easiest for you because it's quick wins. You want to compound some low hanging fruit, some quick wins in your life. Life. Maybe it's just getting up 30 minutes earlier. Maybe it's just showing up at the gym, maybe it's just doing the dishes. Maybe it's just recording one video that's a minute long every day for seven days on your phone privately that you don't show to anybody else. Okay, get it? So what are those easiest things? And if that's still hard for you to do, identify. Okay, why is that? And you kind of do this whole process over again. So this is a looping process and you keep looping as you go over time. And that's how it compounds into the macro from the micro of seven days. So that's why seven days is all it takes to transform your life. As you do this process repeatedly over time, every 7 days and 21 days becomes the, the, the macro to that. So what do you need to do for 21 days? What are, what's, what's up? What's one new habit that you need to make? Okay. And that's possibly the thing that you maybe fear the most is that new habit. And so it starts by getting some quick wins over seven days. Okay, now what's that New habit you need to make. Maybe it is going live on social media. Maybe I should do seven, do 21 one minute videos on my phone. Not to show it to anyone else, just to get the habit of talking on the phone. And then I can start doing 21 days of live video on my Facebook page. Maybe, maybe it's that, maybe it's recording content. Maybe it's 21 days of writing, maybe it's 21 days of recording teaching. Maybe it's 21 days of just listening, learning, growing, I don't know what it is. And then start doing the thing that you fear the most. That's a new habit. And then if you do this over time and you stack these habits and they become easy for you, and you stack the quick wins, it will transform your life over time into the macro that you have. And so you have that six month transformation. Maybe you have an 18 month goal. Okay, so like my, my 18 month goal was to make a million dollars, was to make a quarter of a million dollars. Maybe it was to make $100,000 in the business. Maybe it was to make 50,000. Okay, that's like your 18 month big goal. So what do you need to do? Split it up into three smaller pieces. And so this is kind of the law of thirds is we're splitting up the big goal into a third. Okay. And then into a third. And then into a third. And then into a third. Yeah. Wow. I've never done the math on that before, but. So 18 months split into a third is six months. So what do you need to do? Maybe it's to make six figures, maybe it's to make a quarter of a million dollars. Those are some big milestones for people. So the difference between someone that makes six figures and a quarter of a million is massive just in what they can do in their life. And it compounds three to five times. It's a lot of math anyways, if math isn't your thing, start with just this. Seven days of transformation. Break down your big goal into what needs to happen over the course of 18 months. And what do you want to accomplish in six months to get you there? So six months of this, six months here, and then six months and then a 90 day goal. So that's basically three to four habits that you need to generate over the course of 90 days. And maybe that habit is going live for the first month on social media every single day. Maybe we start with the easy one. Maybe we start with recording yourself on your phone for a minute a day and not showing it to anybody. Now the reason I say the recording thing is it helps you communicate. If you can communicate to the device, it'll actually be a tool to help you communicate with others as well as a self introspective way of communicating with yourself. It's a tool to use, kind of like a reflection. You can record how you communicate something and then watch it back. And so it becomes a feedback loop with yourself right there. And then after you do that feedback loop, you can then help others. Don't start putting content out there on social media until you're ready to serve other people. So the transformation is a habit of, instead of it being self serving, telling people what you feel inside, if it only affects you, and it's not about how somebody else can get a goal, don't put it out there. If it's not about how somebody else can get a result, don't put it out there. And so shift in that place. So it starts with seven days of recording it yourself. And then you do that maybe over 21 days. And then maybe you do 21 days of going live. You learn how to shift the perspective into helping maybe serve another person. And then you get comfortable with that. And then maybe you record a podcast once a week for three weeks. And now that created a habit of a podcast. And then you record 45 minutes to an hour of a training course that you want to sell over the course of 21 days. And then maybe you write up and describe that and you work on growing in learning, sales copy. And so now that's where over six months, maybe you have an archive of content. And then during the next six months you develop a course and then you sell it over the next six months. And that's how you make six figures, $100,000, $250,000. That's in business maybe if in fitness, maybe it's seven days of showing up at the gym consistently. And then you decide, well, maybe I'm wasting the gas to do this, maybe I should go in. Over the next 21 days, you commit to just 10 minutes on the treadmill, not an hour in the gym, every single day. You see, that's what they say is the Most benefit is 30 minutes to an hour in the gym, three to five days a week, commit to just 10 minutes, three days a week, and then maybe 20 minutes and then maybe 30 and compound over time to then build that habit. And that might take you six months to show up at the gym, 30 minutes a day, three times a week, and then you could shift it Maybe instead of three times a week, maybe you show up five times a week for 30 minutes. And then maybe you shift it, maybe you show up for 45 minutes to an hour and you do some weight training. And over the course of this is what I did, this is what I did to lose 100 pounds. Over the course of 18 months, you guys, I actually broke it down into these small bite sized chunks. Seven days. I was like, okay, I'm going to commit, I have to work out and I have to eat better. So I'm going to start with what's simple. I can eat better for seven days and I can show up and do 10 minutes at the gym for seven days. And then I realized, okay, maybe I'll do 30 minutes, maybe I'll do an hour, maybe I'll lift some weights, maybe I'll shift this, maybe I'll grow and I'll compound on the success. And over time, that compounding success got me to lose £100. And so that's my kind of testimony of that to you guys, is that maybe you're struggling with your mindset, maybe you're struggling with worrying, doubt, fear. Try seven days. No negativity, not using a negative word about your situation. And coming from a place of gratefulness, maybe it's seven days of not comparison of no comparison. Seven days of not comparing yourself to other people. And then you'll start to realize, wow, I'm going to start doing seven days of declaration, of declaring where I'm going, seven days of goal setting to where. Then each day becomes a moment of where you start to create actions and decisions that affect and transform your life, your family, your future. And it empowers you to do what you previously thought was, was impossible. And I hope that listening this, you feel somewhat empowered to do something differently than when you first started this. And I want you to realize this has only been an hour and 16 minutes of a podcast podcast here to empower you to do something differently than what you have up to this point. And if you listen to six more podcasts, the Grow youw Life podcast, just go, just go in reverse. You can either start with episode number one and go forward. You don't have to do that though. Or you could pick the ones that are most relevant to you, read their title over the next six days. Or you could just go in reverse, listen to this one, and then listen to the one that I did last week and then the one that I did the week before. They almost kind of build that way to where you can actually listen to Them in reverse order and get a lot out of it. That's kind of been the structure of how I've done this podcast. They've sort of gotten better over time. I was never a podcaster. I've never been formally trained in podcasting. That's why I made an episode. Episode number 10 was how you can at least do your first 10 podcast episodes. It starts by consistently doing video content, doing, you know, you get it. I've talked about it. Consistently doing something different that you haven't done and identifying what has the greatest impact in your life over seven days and then doing it over time over 21 days and then adjusting course, correcting. So let's say, okay, wow, this is easy. I bet I could do a little bit more. I could do a little bit more. Maybe I could bring some people on board with me. Maybe I could invite some friends to join a community. You can start a Facebook group. I want to encourage you, if you haven't started a Facebook group on your on social media, start one around a goal and helping other people reach that goal while you're growing. So my goal was this, actually. I'm going to give you a little top secret trick into why this podcast exists. I actually wanted to grow my life and I realized to do that, I could share with other people how to grow theirs with what works. And it would compound over time to help grow what I'm doing and help them be successful. And my goal with this podcast is this, as I want to help 100,000 people make a million dollars. Okay. But I can't do that without reaching 100,000 people to make new habits in their life. And so I landed on that this week. It's taken 22 episodes. Wow, look at that. 21 weeks of podcasting, 21 days of recording a podcast. So what I did was I did one podcast a week. I recorded it each week, but it was 21 days spread out over the course of 21 weeks. And now I've landed on this one thing of what the purpose of the Grow youw Life podcast is, is to help you create new habits. And if I'm going to help 100,000 people make a million dollars, I have to help 100,000 people make new habits. And then I have to identify what are those habits, what do people need to learn how to do and help empower them to do that, and then help empower them to empower others. And so if this podcast has affected you in any way, please share it with somebody. This is how we can help other People just share the episode, post it on your social media, just tell them word of mouth, copy the link from itunes or Spotify and share it with somebody. I want to help people grow in their life and make new habits. And it starts with seven days of doing something different that you haven't done before. And eventually you'll start to do the very thing you feared the most that you knew that you had to do. And then your life would start to transform. And it all starts with one decision of taking extreme ownership over why you are where you are right now and where you want to be. And then deciding what is step number one and putting one foot in front of the other consistently over time and with consistently that action compounds. It becomes a habit after 21 days and you become unstoppable. To transform your life to do the impossible. And I know that is true. I know it's possible because I've seen it in my life. And I want to impart to you the vision and the belief that it's possible for you. You can do anything you put your mind to. You can accomplish anything. You were made for greatness. And greatness is inside of you. Your greatness is not to look like anybody else. Your greatness is uniquely made for you to not be a copy of yourself, but the authentic best version of yourself. To not compare yourself to other people, but to be the best version of you that you were created for. And it starts by not comparing, taking ownership, realizing why you are here, making new beliefs, doing something different. So because your actions follow your beliefs, you have to believe something different, then you'll do something different. So that belief process is this that I've talked about. And I also talk about shifting your beliefs as well in episode number 17. It's a not another cliche talk on finding your why. It's a completely flipped paradigm on finding your why of why you do what you do and then creating your why. And then that creates the ability to do anything and create and do the impossible. And that empowers you. And so you can do that. And it all starts by just creating a new habit. And maybe your new habit is this. Maybe your new habit is just to start to take extreme ownership. So start now for the next seven days and take ownership over why you are, where you are and where you want to be. Start to write it down. Start to write your goals down for the next seven days. And then start to make a plan of what needs to change. And then start doing the little things that support what that change is. Start doing the Easiest thing, get the quick wins, the fast result, it's okay. The quick wins will then compound and snowball into you eventually doing the that things that you have feared the most, but that you know that you have to do to get to where you want to be, because you've now taken ownership over it. You're not letting fear rule you. You're you. You. You're going after that very thing that you once feared, and it became easy, and now you can actually conquer it. And that's how you move from victory to victory and move forward into the destiny and calling that God has made for you in your life. And for those of you know, I. I believe in God. I believe that we are made with a purpose. We're made for more than just a meaningless existence. You know, the world believes that our lives are meaningless. They mean nothing. We're here one day and gone tomorrow, and then it means nothing. And yet I'm here to tell you this, that you were made for greatness, not like anybody else, not to be a copy of anybody else, but to be uniquely, exactly, wonderfully who you were made to be. And that started from the day that you were born, realizing that you had all the potential in the world. You were made with limitless potential to do the impossible because you were made in the image of God. And I believe that people were made in the image of God where God made us. And so from that, when we connect to that, the divine destiny, the divine creation, we connect ourselves to the energy of what created us. God's not energy. God created all energy. We're connecting ourselves as one with God, with what created us. Then we can create and we can take extreme ownership and we can own up to the very things that have gotten us here. And we realize that with God, all things are possible. Without God, things aren't. With man, this is not possible. With God, all things are possible. That's what Jesus said. Okay, so I'm holding on to that one right there. And I'm holding on to what it says in Genesis. That we're. We're made in the image of God and that we're. We're made to create and to. To. To do things and to do great things. Things and to do God's work in the earth and in the world around us. And that it's not that that makes us, but we are already made. Created with potential to do the limitless. So if you can take ownership over why you are where you are, you can take ownership over what you want to create, and you can pull from the dimension of the future, of what's already been created and it manifests in your life and creates around you and that starts to transform and create transformation in your life. Okay, what, why are you here where you are right now, like your situation? You're listening to this, you're an hour and 25 minutes into a, into a podcast, and I've thrown a lot at you about transforming your life over the last last hour and a half. It just takes seven days. Take ownership over why you are where you are right now, where you want to be, and what needs to change to get you there. And then find the change that will have the most impact, okay. On getting you to where you want to be. And then make a goal to do that maybe over the next six to 18 months, and then break it down. And over the next seven days, what is the thing that supports that change that's the easiest for you to do, okay, to get some quick wins, some momentum, some low hanging fruit, to eventually start to do the thing that you fear the most. So there's something that you fear about the change that you need to make that's stopping you from doing that change. And so do the thing that you fear the most. And, and that thing that you feared will actually become a habit and become very easy, which then will compound habits over the next six months, the next 18 months, the next even 21 days to transform your life. And it starts with just doing it over the next 21 days and making a choice to stay consistent for seven days, to support you in your goals, to support where you're headed, to not fear, but to walk in abundance, not in lack, but where you're going. And to create and pull down from the realm of the impossible, where the God of the impossible is, to the possible. And if you do this over time, it starts by just taking ownership over why you are where you are, where you want to be, the change you need to make. You look at what change has the most impact, what supports that change, that's the easiest for you to do. And you start doing that for seven days. It all starts by doing what's easy. But you have to take ownership first. That's the hard part, is taking ownership. And then the step of faith is putting one foot in front of the other. And then you have to take the step of faith to do what's hard. Once you do those low hanging fruit, the quick wins, what compounds, what's easy for you, what's easiest for you, that seven days. So the seven days is all about what's easiest for you. You're eating away a bite at a time. It's that 1% each day that's the easiest. But then it'll actually start to compound into that big thing that you were afraid of that you needed to change, but you didn't know how. And then you'll start to see your life completely transform over the next six to 12 months. And if you do this consistently, you'll look at your life where you are now, and you'll look back to where you came from. So like, in 12 months, you'll look back to today and then you'll see where you are in 12 months and say, wow, I'm a different person. I'm not the same person that I was a year ago. I'm not the same person I was six months ago. And I want to say, even an example to you, just kind of a testimonial, I actually want you to evaluate this. Go back to the first podcast episodes I did and compare it to this one. Okay. This is where comparison can actually be a tool and a weapon to help you find habits and create change. Look at that six month transformation. So my goal was to get really good at doing podcasts like this, but it took me about six months of doing these over time to do that. There were a lot of little changes and things I feared that I had to do over six months to do that. I was terrified to do these podcasts, Literally terrified. This type of a podcast would horrify me six months ago, and now I'm doing it. Go back and look at that transformation and I want you to tell you and look at where you want to be in six months. And I want to tell you it's completely possible to do that because it was possible for me to be able to do this and to communicate well. And this supports my 18 month goals of being a better communicator. Okay? And if you do this over time, seven days will transform your life. Seven days will compound into 21, which will compound into 90 days. That's three months, six months, 12 months, 18 months. And over time, you'll look three to five years from now and you won't recognize your life compared to three to five years before. And then this will compound over time. You know, six years from now, 12 years from now, from now, 18 years from now. I mean, that's crazy. You know, that's, that's a ways away. Most people don't want to, like, think that far and sometimes that's hard for people to look at. And I get that, but like, where do you. Where do you see yourself a year from now? Where do you see yourself five years from now? And then start to work backwards. Take ownership over where you want to be five years from now. Take ownership over what changes need to be made. Take ownership over which changes will have the most impact. Look at which changes support that, that big change that's easiest for you. Start to get quick wins. You'll start to do the thing that you fear the most as a habit. So that fear will actually become a habit and you'll do it and it'll support you. So it has to support your goals. Don't do the thing you fear that doesn't support you. And then that will start to transform your life. And it all starts with just making a decision to. To do this consistently for seven days. And seven days will compound to seven more days. And then seven more days and 21 days makes a habit. Wow. I believe in you. I know that you can do this. I know that you can do the impossible. And I can't wait to see where you are seven days from now. I can't wait to see where you are in the group seven days from now. You're going to comment, you're going to say, hey, I listen to your podcast, episode number 22, and it changed my life. And that's. I just, I want to hear that, to be awesome, to hear that this is having an effect on people and even to quantify the impact of this and, and share this podcast with people. I know that to help people grow their life, to make more money, to grow in their relationships, their health, their wealth, their family, all of that. That's what grow your life is. This is not about one thing, you guys. This is about health, wealth, relationship, spiritual, financial. There's more to it than that. All of those have different things and they're uniquely to use. Which area do you want to grow in the most? Take ownership over why you are, where you want to be, what changes you need to make, which change has the most impact. Start with the easiest thing that support it, that'll compound into you being able to do the harder things that you fear the most. That becomes a habit, and that'll start to transform your life. Just with seven days of staying consistent with what works and what doesn't, what will serve you towards your goals. You write those down, it might even just be seven days of goal setting. You will not recollect nine to your life, 18 months from now, 12 months from now, even six months from now, six months from now, you are not going to recognize your life today if you make a decision to do this. So are you ready to get started or keep staying on the hamster wheel that you were up to this point, or are you ready to see massive all out transformation in your life that will change your life for the better? And I can't wait to see you in the Grow youw Life community in the Facebook group on the podcast. Listening, hearing your comments, that is what helps us both grow together. Helps me know what to make content to share with you. It helps me know how we can help and then you can help other people. And then you'll grow and you'll learn how to expand and impact. And if we can empower, Dave Meltzer said this, okay, if we can empower 1,1000 people to empower 1000 people, who will then in turn empower a thousand people. So that's you empowering a thousand people. And if I can empower a thousand people, okay, and then you in turn empower a thousand people and then they empower a thousand people. We have actually empowered and impacted 18 of the entire world's population, which is close to 1 billion people impacted by a single choice to just take seven days in your life to transform your life. You can't help another person until you help yourself. You have to put your oxygen mask on first. You have to do the thing you fear the most. And that all starts by just seven days of consistently doing what will support those changes in your life. After you take ownership over why you are where you are and where you want to be, you'll see massive change in your life. If you do this for seven days, join the hashtag Grow your life Community.
