Hello and welcome to the Grow youw Life podcast. My name is Jeremiah Krakowski, and this podcast, we talk about ways to grow in your life and to grow in your business. I think the two go together. For most people that listen to this podcast, in today's episode, I'm gonna give you a roadmap to your destiny. Listen. I have a wide audience of people that listen to this podcast. Some of you know where you're going, you know what your purpose is, you know what your destiny. You're very clear on that. And then I also have a number of people who listen to this podcast who don't even know where to start. Okay? And this is going to be an episode for everybody, ranging from not knowing where to start to those that know their destiny. And we're going to create not only a roadmap, but a strategy along the way to reach your destiny and in your life. Now, I can't tell you your destiny. If I did that, I would be lying to you. But what I can do is I can give you a framework, a three part framework that I've identified that will help you personally develop a strategy to reach your destiny and walk out your purpose and live your purpose in your life. Now, here's the deal, you guys. When you make a decision to do this, you are going to have to change or what you have been doing in your life up to this point, meaning that if you have your life, the whole body of work of your life up to this very moment where you're listening to this podcast and you have a future that you want to reach, for you to reach that future, you have to do something differently than you have been doing up to this point. And there may be some of you right now that are listening to this and you're saying you don't know my situation. I'm on the right path. You see, I used to be arrogant like you. I used to think I didn't need to change anything to reach my destiny. And then I realized, you know what? I don't know everything. And there is so much that I don't know. And for me to go after my destiny, to walk out my purpose, I had to work on these three key areas. And these three areas are this identity, knowing who you are, and then purpose, identifying your purpose. And I actually have them written down here. I have them sitting in front of my camera so I can kind of glance at them while we're talking right here. And then you need a strategy. And that's what this piece of paper is, is the Strategy guide for your life. For you to reach your goals, your ultimate destiny, you have to get clear on these three things. And it's actually a process. Now, simultaneously, right now, you will be able to execute on a strategy, because there's always going to be a strategy. And these three things are actually working in tandem. They're not step one, two and three. They're kind of like putting gas in the car, getting water and checking the oil. You need all three of those things running for you to go on your path. If you have no oil, you can't drive the car. If you have no gasoline, you can't drive the car. If you have no water, you'll overheat. And so in that these are kind of those three, the three building blocks of the roadmap to your destiny, identity, purpose and strategy. And they work in tandem. Many times, however, though, we have to identify where are we at in this process and what do we need to work on the most. And so identity and purpose, they go hand in hand and they cross over into each other. The strategy has to do with how are you growing more in the direction of your purpose and away from, from fear, shame, guilt, worry, stress, unbelief, death to dreams, anxiety. Actually wrote this down here. How are you moving away from those things? And if you're experiencing any of those things right now, I'm just going to hold this in my hand and look down at the piece of paper. So if you're experiencing any of those things right now in your life, you need a strategy to take care of them. But often people lack vision for their purpose. And so they are, they're trying to get rid of them in ways that actually aren't serving them and moving them further away from their destiny instead of towards it. And it comes down to really this sort of ultimatum. You have to reach this place where everybody reaches in their life. Often people reach it late in life, 50, 60, 70 years old, and they finally are like, this is the thing that I've heard so often or not that they wish that they had done sooner. Was be focused on the right things, was to stop doing everything for selfish reasons, was to do the things that they know that they were called to do without fear. Was to live their life unashamed of where they're going. Was to walk boldly in their life. This is a list of things right here. Was to dream bigger and then create a plan to execute on that dream. Was to get clearer on their relationships and communication. Was to spend more time in relationship with other people and their loved ones more than they do, their goals and their aspirations was to not give in to other people's opinions about what they should do and go after their dreams. And destiny was to realize that no matter how old they are, they could learn anything. And it was never too late to go after what they were made for. And was that no matter how crazy their dream was, to go after it with the right order of things, not forsaking family relationships, not forsaking their relationship with God, not forsaking these things and prioritizing them in the direction of their purpose and away from fear, guilt, shame, worry, anxiety, unbelief, and to walk out of bad situations that they're in and to stop complaining. And many people, it takes them until the end of their life to finally realize, man, I wish I did that sooner. Now, here's the deal. I'm young. I'm 31 years old, okay? Super young. I am a baby. To most of you listening to me, I'm a lot younger than you, and I know that. But I've worked with people older than myself my whole life, and I try to bridge the gap between those that are younger. What do I see in them that I want to learn from? But what can I learn from the wisdom of those that are older and. And bring it down to myself, my generation, and my sphere of influence. And so a lot of what I'm sharing with you here today, even, is stuff that I'm still practically working on. I'm still working through and making a plan myself with. And so I don't want to come to you as a guru and expert and say, I have it all together. In fact, I do not have it all together. I'm still growing in all of those things that I just mentioned. Okay? But what I want to say is this is I'm just like you. I'm. I want to come alongside you and help you realize that if I can do it, you can, too, and help you identify some of the things that I've been identifying over the last, I would say five years, but especially in the last three to six months that have transformed my life since I started making content, since I started doing this podcast, and since I started working and coaching people to reach their goals. And these. These areas were what we needed to work on to help make a strategy, to execute on vision and to build that roadmap to destiny. And so that's what this episode is. Is. Is it's a culmination of all of that put together for you as an action plan. And I have a, I, I have confidence that by the end of you listening to this, that you are going to have a lot more clarity on what direction to go in your life. But I'm also going to challenge you. I'm not going to hold anything back, and I'm not going to be afraid of triggering people in this episode. I realized after 28 episodes that I've actually been afraid of triggering people and not speaking truth at the beginning of these episodes. And so I'm going to start with truth. For you to reach your destiny, your purpose to live your truth, the truth that is for your life to reach your destiny, which, by the way, a lot of people get confused on, you have to make changes in your life that are different than what you've done up to this point. And when you make a decision to make those changes, you are going to run into a series of roadblocks. And these roadblocks are a culmination of what other people have told you in the past and what your world around you is telling you right now in the direction of the future, of your future. And so for you to be able to unlock your life strategy roadmap, you have to be okay with conflict, lost reputation, people hating you, bad mouthing you, people lying about you losing money, losing business, people trying to guilt trip you, lost friends, lost family. And while I'm saying that right now, it might be stirring up inside of you some of your worst fears. And so one of them, one of the things I want to do head on with this is I want to identify what are your biggest fears that are holding you back from. From reaching your destiny and from building your destiny roadmap and creating a strategy to reach it. So as I go through that list, which of those things maybe triggered you a little bit? You know, conflict with other people, lost reputation of other people, hatred from other people, other people badmouthing you, untruths, people working against you and actually striving to bring you down, lost revenue, people coming up against you and lying about you, people leading you down a path that won't help you. And before you think that I'm trying to blame all of this on other people, I'm gonna stop you right there. I'm gonna stop you right there. You have to take ownership over yourself and your life and realize this one truth and change your belief about one thing. You have to realize that you cannot control other people and that no matter what you do in your life, you can't control other people. And if you believe that, you can do certain things to control other people. You're operating in the same negative energy that you're afraid of. And when, when those things come against you, you operate in like kind towards them. And what it is, is it becomes like two, two magnets, the north ends, they oppose each other because opposites attract and like kind repels each other. And so what ends up happening is, is this, that when you reach opposition, you oppose it with like kind energy. When you come up with, against a conflict, you fight back. When other people try to slander you, you have to slander them back. When they hate you, you hate them back. When other people badmouth you, you badmouth them back. When you lose money, you, you think of ways for revenge when they lie about you. And you end up working so hard to validate your self worth because you're actually trying to connect with these, with other people, you're trying to connect. And one of the deepest needs that people have is love and connection. But what ends up happening is on the path to your destiny, you're actually sacrificing your purpose, your truth, your potential, your future, your dreams, your goals, your vision, your hope, your focus and your passion. You're sacrificing them, you're taking those things and putting them and you're burning them as a sacrifice to get love and connection from other people. And so when you come up against opposition, conflict, lost reputation, hatred, badmouthing, untruths, lost money, guilt tripping, losing friends, losing family, you lay down and you become a lay down or you make excuses for it and you become a victim and you take on a victim stance and you release yourself of responsibility and you don't take ownership over the choices and that you've made up to this point. You have to realize this, that the reason that you're at where you are right now is because the choices in your life have led you up to this very moment. And what you, and you've done things you've, everything that you've done in your life has led you to a place to experience those things. And, and, and right there that triggers you to come face to face with having to take ownership for the pain and the trauma in your life. And some people right now are going to click off of this podcast because they do not want to come face to face with the truth. And they're going to fight it and you're going to, they're going to keep spinning on a hamster wheel expecting to get a different result by doing the same thing that they've done. For 20, 30, 50, 60 years of their life because they are afraid of what might happen if they come face to face with their fear. I'm here to tell you that your breakthrough is on the opposite side of your fear. And the only way to reach your breakthrough, to reach your purpose is and to head towards your destiny is to take action in the face of fear, unbelief, worry, anxiety and stress. In the face of conflict and in the face of opposition. That is the only way to reach your destiny. And if you're not doing that right now, if you're not embracing those things, then you're going to stay stuck where you are right now in your comfort zone. And the choice is up to you whether you stay stuck or not. You see, you might want to blame me for saying that you're stuck. You might say, well, Jeremiah said I'm going to stay stuck here, so I am. That was a prophecy that he gave me. It was a negative, dark prophecy. Listen, I'm not giving anybody a judgment prophecy here because I. What I'm actually going to say is this. If I, if, if anything, if I'm going to give a, a prophetic word to anybody listening to this right now, I'm actually going to, word for word say what my sister, Havilah Cunning Cunnington, said. You are full of purpose and you are full of destiny. And you are not lacking anything that you need. And I'll add to it this, that you were made and born perfect the moment that you were born to reach your destiny, to reach your breakthroughs, and nobody can stop you from it except yourself. And the only reason that you are not where you want to be is because you have made choices. To choose to not go after your destiny and to release yourself a responsibility to live and act as a powerless person. That's the only reason is you have actually chosen in the face of your dreams and your destiny, throughout your entire body of work of your life, to not go after your purpose and your destiny. And you're living a lie and you're not living truth because you care more about what other people think about you, other people's opinions so that you can connect with other people, so that you're liked, so that you're loved and you're sacrificing your future on the altar of love and connection. And you're worshiping love and connection by sacrificing your life just to feel special, just to feel worthy, just to feel worth something, just to feel worth more than your fear, worth more than your stress, your anxiety and your unbelief. And the way that you're sacrificing it is by letting your fear control your life, by letting your worry control your life, by letting your unbelief and your anxiety and your stress kill your dreams. And so what you're doing is you are worshiping this idol of love and connection with other people. And the way that you're worshiping that idol is with fear, with worry, with guilt, with shame, with anxiety, with stress and unbelief. And then you wonder and you listen to a podcast like this called Grow youw Life and you're like, why am I not making any progress towards my goals? Because you've chosen that you care more about that idol of other people, validating your self worth and unbelief than you do about actually walking in your destiny and calling. And I know this because I see it all the time. People are so worried about pushing the envelope or upsetting their friends that they won't choose to do the very thing that that will propel them forward to their destiny. Because they're allowing fear of man and fear of other people to dictate their life. And they're worried about getting defiled by other people that if they touch what they fear, it will ruin them. And they're letting their fear create their life instead of their choice and their destiny and the purpose and realizing that they have been made perfect from the day that they were born. And they let their worry about conflict, lost reputation, hatred from other people, badmouthing, untruths, lies, backlash from other people, fear, death, guilt, tripping, lost friends, lost family, sometimes lost ministry, lost money, control their life, fear of those things create their life for them. And it's this belief about controlling other people. Either we believe we can control other people or we can't. And we sacrifice our destiny, our life to get love and connection with other people on the altar of fear. And I know this because that's what I was doing for 31 years. Every single day of my life, I was living in fear of conflict, fear of losing my reputation, fear of upsetting people, fear of triggering people, fear of people lying about me, losing money, losing friends, losing family. And so I'm coming to you today as a testimony of this to say that if you've let those things in your past and your worry, anxiety, unbelief and fear dictate your life up to this point, it's time to stop. And there's a better way. And what it is, is those things pervert identity. They pervert Your identity. They pervert the truth about your identity, that you have been made perfect and that God has a plan and a purpose for your life, that there's a destiny and a calling, and those dreams that you have point to the direction of your destiny and calling. And many people have allowed religious dogma to lie to them and taken on a religious spirit about their life, about their destiny, about their purpose. And that religious spirit has told them to operate in fear and worry and stress and anxiety, to avoid conflict with those that they love, to avoid people that they want to be accepted by talking bad about them, their reputation, people hating them, people lying about them. Losing money. That's a big one. Losing money. People are basically saying that they are the provider for their life. And it makes me sad. I see people. I see people on my Facebook page and even clients that I consult, even great people that walk in faith, living in a state of lack, worry, fear and shame, preventing them from making choices and decisions to make changes in their life, in their business, in their organizations, to reach their destiny, to reach the destiny of the organizations they lead, to reach their life purpose. Because they're worried what other people think about them. They're worried about losing what they worked so hard for. They're worried about what other people will say about them. They're worried about losing friends. They're worried about losing family. They're worried about God hating them and punishing them. And they let this worry and fear that God is going to somehow smite them control their life. And they're in a prison of false identity. And that was the prison that I grew up in, in my life. And a lot of people who are listening to this podcast, maybe you can resonate with that or maybe you don't. I'll do other episodes for those that it doesn't resonate with. So I'm gonna speak to the ones that it does. You have to get past these things. There's false beliefs that you're believing about who you are, that are creating them. And any area where fear, worry, guilt, shame, anxiety, stress, and unbelief exist is an area that you're believing a lie about your identity that goes against the truth of. Of what God says about you. I heard Steve Backlin say this, and I love his organization igniting hope. And so what it is, is that's where declarations come in. And you can start by changing the language that comes out of your mouth about your identity. Start by changing the words that you say. I am a powerful person. I am not afraid of the path that God has for me. I am confident to walk out the destiny that God has prepared for me. I make good choices. I help other people. In fact, I empower others to go further than me. I don't lack one good thing. I don't lack finances. I don't lack money. I have vision. I have boldness. I have joy. I have peace. I have happiness. I have direction in my life. I have purpose. I have limitless potential. My future is clear. And I'm pulling from the dimension of my future, living from the future into my present reality. I walk with hope and I live my life with focus on my purpose and my destiny. And live from a strategy of abundance. Live from a purpose of abundance and live from an identity of abundance, not lack. Say those things, go over them in your mind, maybe rewind this podcast, write down, you know, 27 minutes into this episode, episode 28, 28 minutes in, and listen to those declarations. I might actually clip that portion and put that on my social media. You have to declare it and realize this, that life, your life has been preparing you for this moment in time, that it's not an accident that you're listening to this podcast. There are so many people that are, that, that will, that will not listen to this podcast, that need to, but they're maybe they're not ready for it. And so I want to honor you as well. I want to say that if you're somebody that, that has gotten this far in this episode, you are ahead of 99% of people on planet Earth right now. And that's not for arrogance or pride or ego to step in, not for narcissism to step in, but for you to realize that you're in the right place at the right time. And most people, 99, 98% of people, are not walking in their purpose, their destiny, their calling. They're not. They're just not. They are giving into fear, shame, unbelief, guilt, worry. And they're avoiding conflict, lost reputation, hatred, badmouthing, untruths about them, guilt tripping, lost friends, lost family. Could you imagine living a life without fear of those things? What would your life look like without the worry of those things, without unbelief about those things, without anxiety, without stress. It starts with this. You have to be okay with how other people may manifest. When you choose to change your life and walk in the direction of your calling and destiny, you have to accept the fact that you can't control other people. And you have to believe that. And if you believe, even as I'm saying this right now that you can control other people. You have to change that belief. You know, I got. I got that. That belief statement shift from Danny Silk, his book keep your love on. And what it is, is as a lot of people are believing a lie. I know I was. This was the big lie that a lot of people believe that keeps them from their destiny, keeps them from their purpose, is they believe in some level or another that I can control other people, okay? And that that belief is demonic. It is downright devilish to ever believe that you can control other people in any way whatsoever, period. And if you believe that you can control other people, you are. You are not living your life in alignment with your destiny and purpose. Or you have to take ownership over the fact that, hey, listen, I'm going to control other people and do whatever I can too, and fight for what you want. But I can promise you this, that if you live your life in that place of fighting for what you want and doing what you need to do to control other people, you will reach the end of your life unfulfilled and realize, if only I hadn't lived that my life that way. And that's the revelation that a lot of people get to when they reach the end of their life. It is great people, they're like, whoa, I can't control other people and my life is short. Then they live an unfulfilled life because of that belief of if they can control other people or not. Influence and control are not the same. They are actually opposing of each other. They are the complete opposite of each other and they produce opposite results. If you believe that influence over people and control of people and persuasion are the same thing, you will struggle in business, especially if you believe that those things are wrong and bad. And I can prove that right now, in this moment, in this podcast, in this podcast, I do not believe that I can control your thoughts. I do not believe that I can control your choices. But what I can do is point a spotlight on truth to influence decision making in a way that will improve your life. But the choice is yours entirely if you will choose to do it or not. And many of you listening to this right now will never choose to do it. It's just. It's just. It's just statistical, okay? I'm not. I'm not declaring that over people. I would not that anybody not choose to walk towards their destiny. I would rather that nobody live an unfulfilled life. I do not want anybody listening to this right now to not Live a life of fulfillment and abundance in every area of their life. And yet there's people that are listening to this right now that that will not until maybe the very end of their life. But hopefully I can plant a seed. Plant a seed a little bit. You know, I can't change anything, but I can plant a seed, influence it, and it might grow into something that you will choose to change. And that's why you need to take ownership over your choices of your life, is realize that you are the only one that has chosen to live the life that you live right now at this moment, that nobody else can control you. Because if you believe that other people can control you, then you also believe that you can control other people. Okay, I'm gonna say that again, because there's a lot of people that listen to this, that they have a revelation of this. They realize it. There's a number that don't. If you believe that other people can control your life, then you also believe that you can control other people and that it's okay and justified to control other people. And you have accepted other people controlling you and you controlling other people as life. And at the same time, by accepting that, you have chosen to live a life void of fulfilling your full potential. So you have made a choice about your identity, about your life, about your purpose, and your. And it's actually a strategy that you've created. That's why I've said these three things. This is your life strategy, your identity, your purpose, and your strategy. And your identity never changes. But what you believe about your identity can change, and that will change the strategy that will change what direction your purpose is. And there's a lot of people that are spinning around and they don't know what their purpose is. I did a couple episodes about that. But your life strategy up to this point believes that you can control other people, and you're trying to find who you can control, what you can control them with, how you can control them, and when to attack. Because you also believe that other people are controlling you at this moment in time, and that you have no choice and that you're powerless in certain situations. If there's a single situation in your life that you believe that you are powerless in, you are believing a lie. Now, I can't change your belief about that, because you're probably believing that what I'm saying is not true. And I had somebody this week tell me that they actually. I made this statement and they said, no, I hear what you're saying, but there are other people Controlling my life. They are choosing my life for me and they are controlling what I can do. And I would tell that person this, and I'll tell you this, that you are believing a lie and that you need to stop complaining and choose to do something different and stop believing that you can control other people and that other people can control you. And if you believe that you can control other people and other people can control you, you will keep living in that state of fear, worry, guilt, shame, anxiety, in an attempt to avoid conflict, lost reputation, hatred, badmouthing people, lying about you, losing money, guilt tripping lost friends and lost family. And so as soon as you change that belief about you controlling other people and other people controlling you, it takes you to a higher level. The shift happens at that higher level. And what will happen is you have to accept the fact that and be okay with experiencing conflict, lost reputation. You have to accept these things, you have to actually take ownership over them. You have to own up to the fact that you have chosen to be okay with hatred, that you might get other people badmouthing you. You have to be okay with that. You have to be okay with people lying about you. You have to be okay with losing money. You have to be okay with other people guilt trying to guilt trip you, strategizing against you, plotting against you. You have to be okay with losing friends, losing family, for you to go after your calling and destiny. But, but a lot of times people are afraid of those things because they believe that other people are controlling them with those things. You know, especially the lying about you thing, that's one of the biggest ones that really, if you're somebody like me, that, that really does strive to be truthful and to walk uprightly. When people lie about you, it really hurts. But that pain may be because you believe that it's okay to lie about other people, to control them. You might believe that it's okay to badmouth somebody, to control a situation, to control an outcome, to influence an outcome. You believe that it's okay for you to rule with fear, with shame, with guilt, guilt tripping other people hating them, that it's okay to hate other people, that it's okay to, to do all this for the sake of not losing money, not losing friends, not losing family. And what you're doing is you're sacrificing your destiny to validate your self worth. And that's the hamster wheel that a lot of people are on. And even great people. I know people that have made hundreds of millions of dollars and yet they're still on that hamster wheel. So money has nothing to do with this. But those people, even those that were making hundreds of millions of dollars, if they broke out of that hamster wheel, would reach further, would go further with intention by living their truth towards their purpose and towards their destiny. And so I'm here to challenge you today to explore these areas. And I honor you for listening to this, this far into this podcast. I know it's hard. I know that this is not an easy topic for people, and hopefully I've shined a spotlight on maybe those areas that you need to. That you need to change, that you need to make hard choices in hard decisions. And the lies that you've been believing, you need to replace the lie that you've been believing up to this point with truth and then live out that truth. You see, knowledge isn't really knowledge. I heard this today on an audiobook called Crucial Conversations. Knowledge isn't really knowledge unless you believe it and then act accordingly. So you don't actually know something unless you're doing and acting accordingly to what you believe. And so a lot of times you'll listen to a lot of podcasts, you'll listen to a lot of training, a lot of seminars, but your life won't change. And you'll blame it on, well, that was bad content, or you'll blame it on outside influences. When you have to take extreme ownership over your life, your choices, and realize the only reason that you are where you are right now in this exact moment in time in your life is because you chose to be here. You chose to be here right now. And I'm thankful that you chose to be here. I would not that anybody choose to not be here. I don't even want to go there with people, because that's. That's a scary thought. But sometimes you maybe have to take ownership of the fact that you feel that way, that you don't feel good enough, that you don't feel worthy, that you feel like, man, if. If all of this ended tomorrow, things would be better. And that's so sad. That's so sad that people believe that. I don't want anybody to believe that or choose that. That's why I'm trying to point to a different path towards your purpose, towards your destiny. The only reason that people believe that is they're actually living a life that's controlled by worrying what other people think. And they're not living their truth, and they're not choosing to live the truth that aligns with their destiny, with their Calling with God's plan for their life. You know, we live in a world of confusion between personal truth and truth. I'll say this, that truth is defined by you, what points in the direction of your purpose and destiny, okay? You can apply whatever meaning to that you want to. The statement doesn't change. I also believe though that you have a choice to choose what you will believe. And if your truth is a lie that goes against the truth that God says about you, then your truth is a lie and you're actually living a lie. Okay? Okay, good. And that's where identity comes from, is once you believe the truth about what God says about you, he created you perfect, a child and life came in and you started believing all these things and worshiping fear because you saw other people do it. Worshiping shame, guilt, worry, death to dreams to avoid not losing love and connection. Because when we grow up, we experience, we're like, you know, if I don't act a certain way, I don't get loved by my parents, so I have to act a certain way. And we start operating like circus animals. To get a snack, to get a cookie, to get loved, to get pet sitting like a dog. And we're, and we're giving up control and power to other people and outside circumstances. And then as an adult, we still operate as a child in our adult bodies, still giving up control of our life to other people by not taking ownership over why we are where we are. When in fact, when you're born, you were born with a purpose, you're born with a destiny, you have all the potential in the world and you have the power to choose what you will believe and not believe. That's free will. I believe in free will. Which is why there's a, there's a, there's a very harmful belief that if I'm on a path of negativity and brokenness, that that's just what I, my destiny is, is to live a broken life, to live a defeated life. To live a life that is, that is, that is fearful, that is worried, that is arrogant, that is shameful, that is lacking. And this belief is that somehow you were destined for this. And that's the most broken, negative, like anti God's truth belief that a lot of people believe. Okay? You're called to live abundantly, overflowing with God, goodness, grace, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. That's what you were destined to live a life of. And in any area where you're not living with that, you have to ask, say God, show me what I'm believing, what lie I'm believing. Ask God, just pray. And even if you don't believe in God, just pray. Show me what lie I'm believing about my life that is not true, that is keeping me from my purpose and destiny. And then when you identify that, you change the belief. And now your belief affects your actions, and you have to change the actions. And then when you know something, the knowing only is. Knowledge is known when your actions follow. You can't know something and not do it. That's not really knowing it. Okay, Like, I know that I'm supposed to eat healthy every single day, yet I don't do it. So do I really know it or do I know it? Know it, because there's different levels of knowing, and they look the same to the untrained eye. But when you know something deep inside your soul, nothing can tell you otherwise. Nothing. And that's where identity comes in. And that's why. Identity, purpose, and then a strategy, your life strategy is your roadmap to your destiny. When you get clear on these things and you start to have dreams for your future, and you start to move away from the fear, the guilt, the shame, the doubt, the worry, the anxiety, and you start to unlock your potential. Your relationships start thriving. You start making new goals and making plans of action and strategies to execute them. You start declaring the truth over your life and over where you're going and start living and walking accordingly. And as soon as you start doing that and focusing on these things and no longer focusing on those things that are behind, this is where people get it messed up. Because they're like, okay, if I'm. If I'm still focusing on the back and I'm looking forward, I'm a failure. No, you're growing. You're growing like a child grows. You're not going to get it, all right? You're going to get some skin, knees. Be okay with it. Stop beating yourself up and realize it's okay to make mistakes. And that's part of life. You actually cannot be perfect. There's only one person that was perfect on Earth, and they nailed him to a cross. Okay, you're not ever going to be perfect, but you can be made perfect with belief and move towards your destiny. And your destiny is not for you to live a perfect life. Your purpose is not for you to live a perfect life. Your purpose is to be in alignment with trust and faith, with what God says about you. That's your destiny. And to not let any of These things come up against your destiny, your purpose, the truth. And if you need to make changes in your life, you choose to make those changes, no matter what stands in your way. And here's the deal, this is it right here. The statement is, you know, your breakthrough is on the other side of what you fear the most. Okay, that's what people say, but a lot of times what people fear the most are those, that list of things, the conflict, the lost reputation, the hatred, the bad mouthing, the untruths, what people think about them, guilt tripping, lost friends, lost family, losing money. And, and it manifests when we start moving closer to our destiny. It's resistance. But your breakthrough is on the other side of your fear. Okay, follow, stick with me here. Your breakthrough is on the other side of your fear, your fears here, Your breakthrough is on the other side of it. How do you get to the other side of it? By changing where you are and going from where you are to where you need to be and where you want to be and where you were destined to be. And that comes by belief and believing truth in the face of the lies that you've been believing up to this point. And if you've been believing anything that is, that goes against the truth of what God says about you, you have been believing a lie and acting accordingly. And so your actions keep you on the other side of your fear, of away from your breakthrough. Because your choices are choosing that you care more about what other people think about you than going after your destiny. Beliefs lead to actions. What you believe will produce in your life action. See, a lot of people get this twisted. They think if I do, then I will become something. If I do good, then I will, you know, be a good person. If I do enough, then I will be worth enough. In fact, you need to know your worth. You need to know your identity. You need to know that nobody will validate or invalidate you enough to get you to your breakthrough, to get you to your destiny. And that when God made you, he said that you were very good. And for those of you that know my beliefs, God made a way for you to be perfect through him, through God, through his son, Jesus. Okay, don't worry about other people's opinions about you on your path to your purpose and destiny. When God's spirit comes upon you and inside you, nothing is impossible. And through that, the Bible says this. All authority in heaven and on earth. In heaven, in heaven and on earth has been given to me, Jesus. And when we believe, all authority is given to us. As co heirs with Jesus, seated with Jesus in heaven. Okay? All that, that's. And a lot of people don't, don't realize that it's in the Bible, okay? It's there. And they give up authority on earth to other people's opinions about them. They give up authority of their life, their purpose, their destiny, to fear, worry, guilt, shame, by avoiding lost reputation, hatred, badmouthing, untruths, conflicts, guilt tripping, lost friends, lost family, lost revenue. And they avoid. And they stay in their bad habits and they avoid the direction to their dreams, to live out their passion with a strategy to reach their destiny. And this is a life journey right here. Connecting to love. Listen, God is love. Yet we sacrifice our life on the altar of fear to get love, when actually God already said, you are worthy, you are loved. Okay? And we make a choice to not go after our destiny, to try to create and build a life that is fulfilled on our own, in our own strength, instead of connecting with other people who are also created by God for us to connect with, to have relationship with, to build bigger dreams, to grow your life. And that's what this podcast is all about. Grow your life is to grow your life. And if you grow in your life, nothing is impossible with purpose, with intention, with truth, to live truth, to replace the lies that you've been believing with truth and move towards your destiny. And as soon as you break through and your identity starts to transform and your beliefs about yourself, do your beliefs about your dreams, about your passion, about your direction and your purpose start to manifest? And I asked this question on last week's podcast as it relates to purpose. If you knew you couldn't fail and success was guaranteed, guaranteed to reach ultimate levels of success, failure would never happen. It was 100% guarantee. Anything that you could do, what would you do with your life? Anything. I'm not talking about the things that you're doing right now, by the way. I'm talking about crazy dreams. For me, you know, it looks like producing movies, making video games, leading large companies, you know, having an investment bank, that's. That's on my dream board, okay? To invest in other people's dreams. It's on my dream board. But if I believe about my identity is not in alignment with that, my dreams become very small or they even disappear. And death to dreams comes in. And we make decisions and choices about our lives and walk down a path that has led us right here to this moment in time. And saying that my reputation and what other people think about me is more important than Walking out my purpose, my calling, my destiny and living truth. And we're afraid to change our beliefs, to change our habits, to change our actions, to walk consistently towards our destiny because we care more about creating love and connection with other people by sacrificing our life and our future. And we don't live and walk towards our calling and destiny for this false security, this false identity, these false beliefs about ourselves. And we live an unfulfilled life of fear, shame, worry, guilt, unfulfillment, unbelief, stress and anxiety. And we blame other people because we believe that other people are controlling us and that we can control other people. And if we just learn how to control other people better, then we'll be able to reach our goals and our destiny. It's time for you to control yourself and to have self control and to stop giving control of your life to other people by believing the truth about what God says about you, about your destiny, about your calling, about where you're going in the face of fear and unbelief and realizing the truth with hope, with joy, with peace, with purpose, with passion, with dreams and with direction of where to go. In the last two podcast episodes that I did, what is your purpose? And finding a business that aligns with your purpose are about that and they're plans and strategies for you in that area. And that's where you can then you can then and only then. This is why a lot of people, they're looking for a secret strategy to make a million dollars in their business and they haven't dealt with identity and belief about themselves, about who they are and about their purpose and they're trying to live in this false purpose and they're fighting up against a wall every single day trying to avoid conflict and lost reputation and hatred and, and badmouthing and people saying untruths about them and guilt tripping and lost friends and lost family, sacrificing their life and what they're going towards as a life strategy of believing that if only they can learn to control other people, then they'll reach their destiny. And giving up ownership and responsibility for their life, for their choices and saying other people made me why I am where I am today, today and believing a story about their life. You need to take ownership over why you are where you are right now. Listen, what might have happened to you, nobody deserved for that to happen, okay? I'm not saying you deserved it and I'm not even saying that you created it or made it happen. I'm saying that the choice and the belief that you've made to operate after the fact of that happening. The story that you told yourself, the lie that you believed about what it meant about your identity is creating your life strategy and your roadmap to what you believe to be your identity, your purpose, your destiny. And I would bet that you're headed in the right direction. Most people are actually, but they're not using the right tools. And so I want to give you a toolkit to use to bring your identity, your purpose and your strategy in alignment with your destiny. 1, 2, 3. As a roadmap, stops 1, 2 and 3 on the path to your destiny and your calling. And I'm actually thinking of doing a program for this to help people, to work with people on this together. This is a big deal. And it would take me 10 hours to unpack the whole thing, really. So I'm thinking of maybe even like a, like a, like a 12 week program or a mentorship or something like that. And even as I said that, that worried you. Listen, if you don't, I'm not telling you that you need to buy it. I'm saying keep a lookout and I'm going to keep creating more podcast episodes and giving all of this to you for free that you can walk down a path and follow week after week after week after week to reach your calling and your destiny and create a strategy and a plan of action. A lot of people are looking for a destiny strategy and a roadmap, and I just gave you one. You have to identify and get clear on your identity, where you're starting from. Listen, if I mapped myself from Los Angeles to D.C. and I made my starting point be Seattle, it would not put me on the right path to reach D.C. because I was believing a lie about where I'm at. I was believing that I'm in Seattle, Washington, when I'm in Los Angeles. You need to first take ownership and believe the truth about where you're at right now in this moment. Not your physical location, but where you're at with your identity, with knowing your purpose, your potential, your relationships, your goals, your declarations that what you believe about yourself, what you're focusing on and your hope, that's the first place you have to know where you're starting for you to leap. But what's happening is, is you're stuck. You got flat tires. Your flat tires. You got the flat tire of fear. You have the broken tail light of your past. You have the, the, the, the, the hubcap broken of unbelief. You have the, the bad oil of worry. You have the, the. Your. Your headlights, your radiator is filled with stress and it's creating a death to dreams. Your car won't even start. These car analogies are great because I know cars. And you're wondering why. I know where I'm headed. I know where I'm going. I'm supposed to go to D.C. but you're believing that you're in Seattle, Washington, with, with a, with a Lamborghini and you're in Los Angeles, in Compton with a broken hooptie. Say Compton because it's what people can identify. And I just pray that God moves in Compton and his spirit falls. And it is falling right now. I know it is. And there's people that are releasing breakthrough in the inner cities around this nation. And some of you are called with purpose and destiny to influence the inner cities, the areas of. Where crime, where drugs, where people that, that believe these things are to bring this message to them and to repeat it to people that have lived a life with death to dreams, anxiety, stress, worry, fear and shame. That was for somebody. Yep. Or maybe Hollywood to make movies to influence people, to shift the hearts and minds of people. Or maybe to lead politicians to influence, to mentor, to teach, to lead in politics, to help orphans, widows, to help the sick, the broken, the poor realize the truth. And even as I'm saying that right now, that's resonating with you because you know what it's like to live in that place and you don't want anybody else to, and so you want to help raise somebody else up with that. But you have to identify where you're at and you have to create new beliefs about your purpose, your potential, your future, your breakthrough, your goals, make new declarations and what you're focusing on. And in this, then you can start to move towards and into your purpose. Your first stop is purpose. But see, I talked about this on the podcast two weeks ago. Let's say you're starting in Compton, okay, You want to go to In N out, but there's 10 in and outs in Los Angeles. You don't know. They're all, all around the city. But, but somebody that's going to give you the plan and the strategy to reach D.C. is at 1 of those in and outs, and they're going to show you the treasure that you need to find. Maybe a book in the Library of Congress that you're supposed to go to and find like, you know, like American Treasure or something like that. I get, I get pictures like movies. You guys so, but you don't know which In N Out to go to. In N Out Burger, it's a great restaurant in California. And so finding your purpose is identifying which in and out to go to. If you go to the wrong one, you're gonna have to eventually go to the right one. And a lot of people, they, they have their purpose. Often that's what that episode I talked about was. You know, identify what are some of the bad habits, the time wasters that you spend time doing? You know, zoning out, watching television, sitting on social media. You know, maybe it's gossiping, maybe it's debating, things like that. Did you know that those things actually point to your destiny? Because they're actually areas that you're supposed to have a passion in, but not to be influenced by, but to influence whatever those are. You know, maybe it's talking around the laundromat, maybe it's, maybe it's some people. Definitely gossiping is a big one for people. I know I was guilty of that one for a long time. And I realized, I know I'm supposed to influence the language that people communicate, that they talk about other people for positivity, for, for, for growth. And what'll happen is, is when you change the alignment of those bad habits away from the, the, the wrong identity, you start to then point to what you're actually passionate about in the direction of your purpose. And then you ask yourself, you know, if I knew I couldn't fail, what would I do with my life? And if I knew I only had 30 days to live, what would I do with that time? And that starts to point you towards the direction of your dreams. You start dreaming bigger. If I knew I couldn't feel, what would I do with my life? Okay, these are bigger dreams. Audacious dreams. Dream big hairy audacious dreams. Bhag Bhag is in Jim Collins. Good to great book. Big, hairy audacious goals. You need to then set big, hairy audacious goals. And that's part of the strategy is goal setting. You have to have a goal. Okay, if I'm starting, I have to go to the right in and out from where I'm at in Los Angeles. And I have to decide, am I going to, am I going to go through Las Vegas or am I going to go through El Paso? Okay, am I going to go through Austin, am I going to go through, through Phoenix, Arizona, or am I going to go through San Francisco? And these different directions. And these are the strategies. These are the, the strategies. The 1, 2, 3, to point you down a path of where to go to reach your calling and your destiny. But you have to choose to change maybe the destination in your gps. You need to change what you're believing about, where you're starting from and where you're going and what direction you're headed, and believe truth. And that will point you on the roadmap to your destiny. You know your destiny is to reach D.C. to find that book in the Library of Congress, but you don't know how you're going to get there or even which book you're looking for. And what I just gave you right now is a roadmap to create the strategy. Who do I need to talk to? What do I need to say to them? When do I need to take action and how am I going to do it? And those four steps, those four strategy actions right there are what my goal is to help deliver to you in this podcast and in my coaching. And what I help people with is once we know where we're headed, we know which direction we're going, let's now make a plan. Let's make a battle plan. Let's make a roadmap that points us to the exact spot, the exact location, the exact shelf, the exact method. Who do I need to talk to? What do I need to learn? What new knowledge do I need to grow in? What skills do I need to acquire that I don't have right now? What wisdom do I need to grow in? Who do I need to interact with? What relationships do I need to build? Not for the purpose of using other people to control them, to reach an end goal, but rather because you want to bring people alongside you and make it big, bigger than just you, bigger than just your selfish ambitions, but rather, what was I made for? And influencing other people and helping them reach their calling and their destiny. And that, my friends, is your roadmap to your destiny.
