Hello, everybody, and welcome to the Grow youw Life podcast. My name is Jeremiah Krakowski, and on this podcast, I will talk about ways for you to grow in your life, your personal life, and in your business, your business life. And I believe that if the two work together, you can live a bigger life, do more, and just live a fuller life that you can go after your dreams without struggle, without anxiety, without stress. We have to work on what's our mindset, how do we think about success, but also what's the tangible strategies, what's the step 1, 2, and 3 to also get some results, get in our business, get money in the bank, get revenue coming in. And so that's what this is as a combo of the two. Some lessons on business that you can apply to your personal life. Lessons in your personal life that you can apply in business. Now, today I want to talk about getting unlimited customers in your business, getting a limitless supply of people buying from you and how to do this. This is actually something that I think people don't believe is possible in the beginning. They're so focused on the one customer. But you want to make your focus be bigger picture here, okay? For you to have a limitless supply of customers, you build up relationship with people, and you can establish relationship from scratch. Any customer that you get in your business at some moment in time, didn't know you. In fact, you listening to this podcast right now at some moment in time, did not know who I was. And so think of it that way. Maybe you're not a customer of mine yet who's bought anything from me, but I consider people who listen to my podcast to at least have some sort of level of engagement with me. I care about what they're going through. Because the more people that I can get listening, even sharing this podcast, the more impact that I can have to help people get more results in their businesses. And so relationship is key, and that's really what you can do. Now, how do you turn that into limitless customers? You might say, well, there's a maximum amount of people that I can, you know, get in touch with. I only know so many people. Well, that's where you utilize different tools and mechanisms and scale things up, such as advertising, such as marketing, to find the people that you don't know already, to bring them into your fold, to engage with them and talk with them and have conversations with them. The only purpose behind marketing and advertising is to begin and perpetuate. What does the word perpetuate mean? It means to continuously do something to continue Like a treadmill, to continue, to keep going, to keep going over time. What's the, the dictionary meaning of perpetuate? Let's look this up. To make something continue indefinitely. Sometimes it's undesired, let's see, made permanent. So it keeps going. It keeps going. And so that's what your, your, your goal is. How do you find limitless, how do you find unlimited customers? You keep showing up consistently and many times people will get burnt out by showing up. Maybe they're wondering, am I doing the right things? Well, oftentimes if, if you're not listening to someone like myself, getting coaching, going through the courses that I have, and you're just guessing at things, yeah, you're probably going to wonder, am I doing the right thing? But if you're plugged into some of my content, like the course that I have in my grow life community, the Internet, cash flow formul, where I walk you through step by step, what to do, what choices to make, what decisions to make in your business that are going to help you find customers and get results, make more money online. Then you have an idea of what needs to happen. So of all of that, of all the technical aspects of that, the mission behind your efforts, the goal behind your efforts is to increase the level of trust that people have in you. You're not trying to prove and validate yourself to other people in this process. By the way, trust isn't just when something's proven. Trust is true, relational things. Because I could prove something to you, but ultimately you might still not trust me. And oftentimes you might trust me, but I'm not. I haven't even proved anything to you yet. You see what I'm saying? And so that's why trust and proof aren't always the thing. Both are powerful and you want to have both. One of the best ways to build trust and prove things is to model it to be an example of what you are putting out there to people to become a product of your product. But sometimes that is difficult. So how do you work through that? Well, you still, you build relationship with people. You find the people that you can serve. If you're not a product of your products, find other examples of people that are products of your product, people that you've helped, people that you know have used the same system, the same product, the same service as you, and gotten results with it. And that's how you can build trust with people as well. Building trust with people is not just what you show them, not just what you model, but it's about people knowing that you care about them, people knowing that you truly have an interest in what they are going through. And if I could stress anything for any business owner out there, to get more results, to make more money, to get more customers, a limitless supply of customers, caring about other people and what they're going through is the number one skill that you can develop. Putting aside your needs, your agenda, your ulterior motive, your goals even, and shifting your goals. Your goal being, how can I learn as much as I can about my target customer? Meaning like a demographic of people and a psychographic. A psychographic is a group of people that think in a certain way. Like your target customer. For example. When I target anybody for a product or service, I'm looking for a certain type of person, a certain, I call it an avatar that, you know, this is what this person experiences. This is what they go through, this is what drives them, this is what wakes them up in the morning. These are the questions they have. And they all have the same three, four to five different questions about how to get results, how to make more money. And so if I'm able to answer those things through the different pieces of content that I put out there, my blog, my podcast, my social media, my ad campaigns, by the way, those are pieces of content. My email marketing, those are pieces of content. All marketing is essentially content when I can communicate to the person that I want to talk to, and I've identified that. And I talk in a way that's confident about what I can deliver, and I talk in a way that connects with their needs. See, you could be confident, but not talking about the needs of the person. As I build trust with people, that trust that's built that relationship, ultimately a connection, a real human to human connection with other people that utilizes the tools of the Internet, then I can lead people down a path to purchase different products or services from me. And all of this is an ecosystem that works together. You know, I don't want people buying from me that I can't help. I don't want people buying from me that, you know, I have to convince. I don't, I don't really like aggressive sales techniques. I'm not somebody that likes that. If you're gonna buy from me, I want you to feel completely 100% satisfied about that. Which is also why I put so much of a satisfaction guarantee on everything that I do for people, is because if it doesn't work for you, please, here's your money back. No worries. And what's cool is I Feel good at the end of the day about that. I'm helping another person. I'm helping people reach their goals, and I get paid well for that. I get, I get paid really well for that, doing that. I get paid well for seeing transformation, seeing results in other people's lives. And so for you, that's the model. Whatever it is that you do, whatever it is that you offer, whatever your product is, whatever your services, whatever you're putting out there, maybe you don't know what that is. Whatever that is, though, that's what your goal is with marketing, advertising, and sales that will lead to more and more sales. You have to relearn everything that you've, that you've learned about what sales and marketing means. Up to this point in time. I, I haven't said that before. I'm gonna start saying that more often. I heard somebody else say that the other day, and I was like, you know what? I have been hesitant to say that, but I know that my message is really different than what a lot of people that are doing sales and marketing and advertising out there do. Yet I know that it works because it's exactly what has worked with the companies that I worked with, the companies I consult and in my own business. And so whatever you've been taught about what it means to sell, what it means to get customers, what it means to connect with people, if any of that conflicts with this, ask yourself, you know, what is the belief? What are you maybe worried about? Why are the two not aligning? And what is that thought process right there? And I think you might be able to answer your own questions as to what's been stopping you from getting results. When I target a customer, I'm looking for people that this message is going to resonate with. And so for you to get more sales, for you to get more customers in your business, you have to learn how to have compassion for the people who are buying from you, know more about them than you do your own product, and then learn how to communicate to them in a way that meets them where they're at, in a way that they love to listen to you, that they really like to actually hear what you have to say. It's not just for you to hear your own voice. I mean, if you're somebody that's listening to this podcast right now, I'm sure that you, you, you care about what I have to say. You, you care about what I'm teaching. Ultimately, you know that it works. So you want to find what's going to work for you. And so I want to help you with that. I want to help you get more results in your business, get more customers. I want to know what are some of the sticking points? Send me a DM, send me a message. Schedule a 15 minute call with me on my website. We can talk about that and go over your goals. We can also go over your sticking points. I really love to talk with people as well, not just about their goals, but what are they stuck with? What is keeping them stuck? What are those, like, never ending loops? I might actually change my, my landing page for my coaching page about that. Look at that. That's how I come up with ideas right there. What you just kind of saw, I don't know if you saw it or heard it. As I was talking, as I was sharing, I had a little like a light bulb went off in my head and I was like, oh, you know what, I should shift my offer for my 15 minute calls with kind of how can I help work people through what has them stuck, rather than just talking about their goals. So it's all about breakthrough. I think that's, I'm gonna shift kind of that offer right there. See, that's how I test. That's how I do stuff like that. And I think about, okay, what are the things that people are telling me? What do all the people I've gotten on the phone have in common and how can I help serve them ultimately? Because I'm trying to find as many people like that as possible. So I'm constantly tweaking, constantly adjusting the messaging, constantly changing things just a little bit, and then seeing the results. And many times it's usually I'll have those little like, light bulb moments. Have you ever had those light bulb moments? And then you were like, oh, well, maybe that doesn't. Maybe that's not gonna work. Have you ever had that where you're like, okay, light bulb went off. Oh, well, maybe that's not gonna be the best choice for me. I would challenge you this, that when those light bulbs go off, ideas for getting more customers, for getting in front of people, for content, for strategy, write those things. That's the first step. Over time, you're gonna find patterns in all that, and that's gonna lead you to what the best option is. Start to trust your gut more a little bit. Start to trust those instincts a little bit more. Start to trust those little ideas that come in. Instead of being so worried about doing the wrong thing, making a mistake, not having an exact plan or strategy, trying out some of these little light Bulbs that go off instead of wondering, well, is this going to work? Try it and test it and see if it does work. That's one of the best things that you can do in business to start to get some results, get some momentum going. And when it comes time to finding unlimited customers, when it comes time to getting limitless customers in your business, when you can connect with people, when you build out a path that directs them to their goals, because you're ultimately talking to the goals of the person that you're trying to connect with. Right? That's what I'm doing right here. I'm talking to your goals to find more customers, to make more money. So for you, whatever yours is, that's what you also want to talk about. Many times you might be like, well, I don't want to be that guy. I don't want to sound like that. I don't want to look like that. We have to work through kind of some of those worries, some of those fears, some of those things that we're. We want to avoid, or maybe we're just like, you know, I've been trying this for so long and I just don't know what works anymore. I just wish I'd get some momentum. If that's you, I'd love to talk with you. I'd love to hop on the phone for 15 minutes and go over some of those things together. For you to get limitless customers, you have to get more. Come in more conversations with people. You have to talk to more human beings, other human beings, than the ones that you've already been talking to, by the way. People that you've never talked to, strangers, people who you don't know, people who might judge you, might question your ability, might say some things you don't like. That's the only way that you're going to grow. That's the only way that you're going to find the people that are going to buy from you. If you do that more often, consistently. Stop worrying about what they might say that's negative. Stop worrying about losing them as a customer. Don't be so focused on, how can I keep this person. Stop trying to prove and validate yourself that are committed to misunderstanding you. Stop trying to turn a no into a yes. I love no's, man. I love finding people that say, no, I don't want to buy what you have to offer. By the way, if you're watching this video, I got a little like, chemical burn on my arm right here or my neck right here. That's what that is if anyone's wondering, you have to connect with people on a human to human level. Connect with them, share with them what they're going through. It was some citrus oil that I had in my hands after a shower. And if you research, yeah, citrus oil into the pores can do that. So be cautious. It wasn't anything toxic. It's just, it's a little known fact about citrus oil. You have to connect with people. What are the questions that they have in their mind? What are the things that they're wondering? Answer those questions. Start to have a dialogue with people while you're making content, while you're communicating, while you're writing what your email marketing is, what are the things that connects with people? Start to connect the dots, actually have real conversations with other human beings. They're the ones with the money to buy what you have to offer, but you don't want it just any people. You want to find the people that are specifically ready to buy what it is that you have to offer and when you can talk to those people directly, when you discover who they are, if you don't know who they are. Episode number 41 of this podcast is all about honing in on your target customer. When you can talk to those people directly, you can connect with their needs. When a connection is built, you can take it a step further. Get to know people more, get to know them beyond just what you're trying to get out of them. Yeah, like actually open up a little bit with other people, even if they never buy from you. Stop going into it with such a motive, an ulterior motive to try to get people to buy. You might be like, well then you know, it's a bad use of time, it's a waste of time. How do I know I'm wasting time? Stopping being so worried about wasting time. Seriously, our need to do everything perfect and to make sure that we spend our time so perfectly that it only ever gets results is what leads you into never getting results. Because you're trying so hard to make sure that everything's perfect. Just open up a little bit, free yourself just a little bit. Ask people more questions, ask about how they are doing, ask about how their day is going. Share something with them that connects with. Maybe something that you saw on their social media, some question that they might have asked you. Something that you know that not in a creepy way, not in a weird way like, oh look, here's, you know, I, I saw you were doing this, let's talk about my product. I have like that's so amateur. That's so dismissing, genuine. That's so like not. It's just not good. As I see people where I talk about this, about doing this, and then they go into like the worst possible form of what this is that I'm talking about, which is okay. Which is totally fine. That's why I love coaching people. That's why I love working with them. Because I love to help people working through this type of thing. I love to. When I coach with people, I have. I had a guy the other day, he did a, he did a live video and I, you know, I watched it, I gave him some critiques on it. And ultimately he's gonna get better that way. Ultimately his, his content's gonna be better, his copy is gonna be better, his offer is gonna be better. We're gonna help him get more customers, make more money and increase his leads. Working with a guy right now he's an executive for a record record label and he's so high level with how he thinks about stuff. Freaking genius. So we're working on, okay, how can we bring this tangible to connect with people, to. It's so many inner workings we're working on with that one. It's so intricate, but it's awesome. It's like my dream type, kind of like client or customer, I get to work with. I work with a university that we, you know, they, they have a. It's a Bible college, you know, okay, how do we get people to enroll in a Bible college? And oh, by the way, now they can't come from overseas. We got coronavirus. How can we bring that online when we've never done anything like this before online? How do we shift things? And we got, oh, by the way, we got to shift it in two weeks. That's the type of stuff I love coaching, consulting, and helping people with, coming up with strategies and plans for how to execute the hard things and making it tangible. That way everybody can understand it. That's the thing. When you bring something new to the marketplace, when you're doing something that serves your target customer, it has to be in a way that they can understand that it's not so high level that like they have to be a rocket scientist to get it. You might be a rocket scientist, literally, but nobody cares about that. That's buying from you. They care about. What am I gonna get out of this? Do you understand me? Do you care about me? And. Or are you just trying to prove how smart you are? Whether you're trying to prove how smart you are or not. It comes across that way to people sometimes, and there's a disconnect there that happens when we're, when we're not like truly listening to other people. We're not truly listening to like, okay, what are they experiencing? How do I have a real conversation with a person? Come down to their level. Come down to the level of their understanding. You know, we all have like, different levels of understanding, right? You might have a level of understanding about relationships, about business, about science, about health, about wealth, about family, about spirituality. But we all, you know, we have like different, different levels of expertise on things. You, lots of different levels of that. It's not degrading to speak to somebody at the level that they're at. That's actually what you need to do. It's degrading to speak at your level and disconnecting with somebody trying to show them that, oh, they need to be at my level to understand me. We don't mean that because ultimately, because I, and I know this, this is how I am. We almost feel like if we bring it down to a level, I'm saying that people are stupid. No, we're not. We're honoring, meeting people where they're at, connecting with them. Whether we're smart, know a lot about something or not. How do we make it tangible that it has a transformative impact on their life? Using language that connects with what they know and what they understand. Using big words doesn't really do that. Using language that only people that are in your specific demographic doesn't do that. Sometimes it does, you know, sometimes it does. But ultimately you have to connect with people where they are at. Identify that at least you have some knowledge and expertise in what you're talking about. But don't be so high level that you're disconnecting with the people that you're trying to reach. That's ultimately the message here. And when you can speak the language of your target customer, meet them where they're at, walk them down a path to reach their goals. Help them truly show that you care you. Over time, you build trust. And then when it comes time to lead people to something to buy, if it serves them, if it fits into what needs they're looking for, they are more likely. I'm not saying you're able to force or make somebody buy something from you. That's not the goal here. It's not the goal at all. The goal is to find the ones that want what you have to offer and you just show it to them. This is what I have to offer, take it or leave it. I don't care if you buy from me or not. Get it. So once you do that, you can connect with more people like those people through advertising, through marketing, through putting stuff out there, reach more people like those people, speak to more people like those people. And eventually, over time, doing this more and more and more. See, you have to start doing it whether you know how to do it perfectly or not. Because the process of just doing it makes you better at it. The more you do it, you get better at it. I personally believe that I'm a lot better at what I'm doing today than I was last year, than I was two years ago. And I've been doing this for a while. I haven't really been doing this, this type of a thing for as long, being, you know, being honest. I've always been the behind the scenes guy that's working with, you know, the companies that I worked with and then specific clients like that have already bought in. And now I've had to kind of bring it all full circle and actually increase my own level of skill in this type of a thing. What we're doing right here talking, and I can honestly tell you this is what works, this is what gets results, it leads to sales. So if you're somebody that wants to find customers, how do you then scale that up to a limitless level? Well, that's where advertising comes in. That's where. It's why you create content. You're trying to show people that you keep showing up. The more often you show up, people start telling their friends as well. Advertising lets you reach people by putting a little bit of money behind it. But if you could turn every dollar that you spend in ads into $4, would that be. That'd be worth spending a dollar. Right. If you can pocket three, one dollar turns into four, you pocket three, you take another dollar out of that three and you put it back in, that turns into three more. Right. That makes sense economically, if that scales up. I mean, like that's. You don't need to be an expert to know that. Yeah, that would make sense. And so that's what advertising is for. A lot of people see advertising as it's just wasted money. Yeah, if you're not doing it right, it is. But if you know what you're doing, you can profit with ads almost immediately. And that's what I show people how to do in my course. Social media ads that work is how to turn every dollar into two to $5 profit. It's just less than $5 a day spent in ads. So if you're somebody that is trying to get more customers, you have to start with relationship. You have to start with communicating confidently in a confident way that connects with people and then using and leveraging different tools, different strategies. Like advertising, like email marketing, like lead generation, like memberships, like courses, like E commerce, like photography, like video. All of that are ways to connect with people, to lead them down a path to what is going to help them reach their goals, turn into customers by building that relationship, driving it home in the words that you say, how you communicate, the conversations that you have with people. Like, like truly, it's all about relationship. Now obviously you don't let everybody in, everybody that wants access to you, you don't let them in. You have boundaries. You have certain like levels of okay, you know, hey, we talk, we comment on the comments, but you know, I'm not going to like go to dinner with you next week. You know, we communicate in the group, but like, you know, you can't just call me every single day to ask questions. I have a business, I'm running, I have a family. It's where healthy boundaries comes in. We have to learn how to respect other people's boundaries. We have to learn how to connect with other people, bring our guard down just a little bit, let other people in and actually care about what are the people going through, what are they experiencing, what do they want? They just want to be heard. They just want to know that you understand what they're going through. Connecting with people on a deep level, showing that you care, building trust. And ultimately when it comes time to bring and present a product to the table that they can buy, you show them, hey, this is what I have to offer. If you purchase it, it's going to help you get XYZ result. And that's where we talk about copywriting, that's where we talk about all that stuff. So I'd love to know as well, what would you love to hear me talk about in the grow your life community, I have the free course Internet cash flow formula where we talk about broken this down step by step every single day in there, how to do these things.
