Thanks for listening to the Grow youw Life podcast. My name is Jeremiah Krakowski, and on this podcast we talk about ways for you to grow in your life and in your business, to reach your goals, to go higher. All of us know that we have to take courageous action to do things that we've never done before. And that there's the only way for us to get to the next level is by taking courageous action. We know this, but oftentimes, if courageous action was easy, we would all do it and then it wouldn't be courageous. But we don't take it because it's difficult. And so there's a balance of this. What I want to do today is simplify what it takes for you to start taking courageous action that everybody can apply. This is something that you can take and use in your business, in your personal life and relationships. If you're single, it's going to help you. If you're building a business and starting out, it's going to help you. If you're in a tough situation, it's gonna help you move the needle forward. And this is something that I've developed over time myself. I wanna tell you a little bit myself. I've been one of the most fearful people that you'll ever meet my whole life, so afraid to do things. And the only time that I would take action is if I knew for certain the outcomes, if I knew guaranteed what was going to happen if I did that. And so no action that I ever took was really courageous. It was actually cowardly of me, not as a judgment or to put myself down, but I never took any courageous, real action. It was always if I knew something for certain was going to happen. And so I've had to develop a framework for myself to get over that quickly, simply. And I want to teach you how to do that as well, how I've been able to do that, how to do things, how to go out there with no guarantee of success and to take action and be successful, by the way, with no certainty of what's going to happen and to try things out. Now, listen, one thing I do know for certain is that when I teach something to people, it's because I've tested it, is because I've tried it and it works. But I want to help activate you in a framework of taking this just a little step outside of your comfort zone. Your usual to start to do courageous things, to start to do things that you've normally been afraid of doing. For us to reach our highest potential, to grow our lives, to Develop habits that are sustainable, that generate profit in a business, and create the life that we want for ourselves. We have to take courageous action. And that's the foundation of that. The foundation of actions that work, that reach our potential, that get us from where we are, that is not where we want to be, into a forward, step by step momentum of reaching our goals starts with courageous action. Okay, but there's a number of factors that work against us, and this is what we need to identify here. What are those factors? How can we reprogram them? And how can we start to live our lives courageously? We have to first identify what we don't know. We can all agree that doing new things without certainty is scary. We can all agree that we are inspired by people that take courageous action and do things that others aren't doing. What I want to do with the purpose of this episode is activate you to start to do that just a little bit in your life. Many times when we talk about taking courageous action, we think about needing to eat the entire elephant in one day, needing to do massive things in one day. But massive results only happen by little tiny steps at a time that compound. And so what I want to help you with is just getting a little bit more courageous than you were before you started this podcast. What it will do is develop a snowball effect in your life where you will have courage in other areas that you have, not simply by developing it in little tiny areas. And this is part of the framework that I use with businesses when I consult them to reach new markets, to reach new customers. Many times we will go in and do something that's never been done before, and it generates massive profit. There's fear involved with doing that. We have to come face to face with that, with the invisible forces in our mind that are keeping us stuck. And what are those? It's our experiences, our beliefs, our programming in our head that we've been taught throughout our entire life. And we call this experiential truth. Whatever you experience creates a solidified belief up here that then you go and live out on display what's up here in your actions, in your everyday life, which we all know. This, this is very simple. This is very basic. The way for you to start to take courageous action is by reprogramming those beliefs with the right ones that work with the right ones that get results. And what we found is everybody who is successful that takes courageous action that does something that hasn't been done before started with these exact same foundations. And so this is coming from Information that is over time been proven and in many different scenarios, people just like you, who started right where you are right now to reach massive results. Whether you're a single mom, whether you are in corporate America, whether you are somebody that is just trying to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace, the same rules apply. They just plug into your unique situation. And what this is, is we have to come face to face with realizing what are we believing? What do we think will happen if we take courageous action? What are we afraid might happen? What do we think will not happen if we don't take courageous action? And what do we think will will happen if we take courageous action? These four things can help us. And so let's kind of dive into that. If you're somebody that is building a business and you want to do something, ask yourself, what do I think will happen if I do xyz? And write it down, what do I think will not happen if I do xyz? Meaning loss. Like, what will I lose? What do I think will not happen if I don't do xyz? And what do I think will happen if I don't do? So these are four different kind of quadrants, okay? And so this helps us identify beliefs that we have, beliefs that we're telling ourselves and helps us get really clear on what our why is. And our why has to be bigger than just validating ourselves with other people's opinions. Okay, I have some notes here that I'm reading on this piece of paper here. You have to invest time in this process of identifying what are the beliefs that I tell myself about the action that I need to take that I'm avoiding taking. Okay? And so when we do this, when we identify what we are believing, we can then replace those beliefs with the framework that will help us be successful. Now what's going to happen is I'm not going to per se give you your beliefs. What I want to do is I want to help give you a framework to identify them yourself. Because if I'm giving you more my beliefs, it's purely based on my worldview and perspective. And many times people have unique scenarios. It's not that my beliefs are wrong, but when I do one on one coaching with somebody, coaching clients, I might have one client that believes that, you know, the market is buying products like crazy, and another that believes that the market is not buying products like crazy. So the beliefs that we need to help each person are unique based on the way that they view things. And so this is more going to be a Model for you to get you to the place where you can identify what those beliefs are and replace them with the truth. When I do one on one coaching with people, we identify the unique ones. For the unique person that I'm working with. There's a wide range of beliefs that I work with. And so for me to say it's one or the other for your situation is it's kind of arrogant. I don't want to do that. I don't want to assume what your situation is, but I want to point you in the right direction that can help you. Okay. And so when we identify what those beliefs are that we are believing about taking courageous action and why we're not taking courageous action, we can tap into our subconscious mind and really spend some time investigating. You know, what have the experiences in my life, friends, family, parents, workplace throughout the years to taught me that I believe about doing the very thing that I know that I need to do, or what beliefs do I have about learning and discovering what I need to do before I take action? Do you feel like you need to have all the pieces together before you take action? That you have to know everything before you take action? This is a very common belief that I find with a lot of people that I work with, is that I have to know everything to be safe and secure before I move forward. I have to know how it's all going to work out before I even take a step to prepare and learn. And that's a belief that comes in because of mistakes that maybe have happened or pain that has come in. And so we have to really identify this and start to return back to our why. Start to return back to why we want to take that courageous action in the first place, why we're avoiding taking that courageous action if we're taking that courageous action to produce a certain result. Think about the result that we want to produce and ask ourselves, why do I want to produce that result? What's my reason behind that? What's my reason for getting out of debt? What's my reason for making more money? What are my reasons? We want to get very, very clear and always remind ourselves in the front of our mind, what are reasons why are the only reason that people get off track in taking courageous action is because their reasons why got misaligned and put into the wrong place. And so we end up on this roller coaster ride where we have a little bit of success and then we, we fizzle and we go like this and we end up doing this cycle that we've been on for our entire life. Life. And many times if we feel like we need other people to validate us, we will do things to make sure they validate us or not do things until we know that we will get the validation that we want. This is kind of a more of a deep rooted thing. Again, it's not the same for everybody. But I found this to be the case with a lot of the different people that I coach and work with, that they're not certain if a certain action is safe or okay to do based on how others might judge them, how confident they feel, or even if they. They're being real with themselves, maybe they're not being honest with themselves about what they actually want to do. And so they're refusing to take decisions, to make decisions that lead to the courageous action because they want somebody else to make the decision for them, or they just want absolute, guaranteed certainty in their decisions. And so they would rather not make any decision than move forward. And this is why we have to come to a baseline in our minds. You see, we have these forces that are pulling us to the left and to the right. Our fear, our worry, our anxiety, our past, the programming that we've had up to this moment in time that are telling us messages constantly. These messages are constantly coming in to our subconscious, telling us what we believe. And many times when they are in alignment with what we believe, we don't notice these messages. Okay, well, notice when a message conflicts with what we believe and we pay attention to it, and then we try to either prove it wrong or we take it on as a new belief. Okay. And so I know in this podcast what I'm saying, some of it might resonate with what you believe, some of it may not. And you're going to wonder, how does this work for my unique situation? Keep listening, because the point of this is to help you start to take courageous action towards your goals, to move the needle forward in your life, which creates results by developing healthy, proven habits to help you reach your highest possible potential. And this is what happens with clients that I work with. When I work with them through this, I help walk them through that process together. Now, it's not life coaching, it's business coaching. I do this in their business, but many times the issues in their business are tied to beliefs about everything else that are coming in and quite frankly, infecting their business actions. And so that's what the purpose of this episode is, is to kind of help you cut through that layer of what's blocking you to get through that layer of beliefs to clarity and increase the level of your energy, your focus, your discipline, and develop the habits that are going to get the most results. And this is more than just learning how to do it. This is about transforming your life, your mind, your thinking into being, not just doing, being somebody that is confident, true confidence, that is courageous, that takes courageous action, that does things against all odds and gets results, is a producer, is a high performing, high potential individual. And if you've listened to me for a while, I talk about how high performance is not the result of striving to perform. This is a core belief that a lot of people have, is that striving and working harder is how they are going to accomplish this. Working 15, 20 hours a day. 20 hours a day, that's crazy, right? Is how they're going to do it. Hustle, hustle, hustle. When the truth is actually the furthest thing from that. The truth is when we find our baseline. All of our actions come from a state of ease, clarity and flow. They're able to flow without any roadblocks along the way and move along the path on the journey to get more results and accelerate the amount of time that it takes to do it. One of the biggest reasons why success maybe has evaded you for years is because of this framework of beliefs that you have that are based on your reasons why, that are working against you. And when we can identify what those are, when we can identify what those beliefs are, we can get clear on our reasons why. We can start to go through what are the patterns in our mind that I have been operating in my normal MO that is not serving me, that is working against me. We have to identify these, we have to get clear on them. And you're gonna have to take some time to intentionally do that. It's also a painful process. It's not painful once you get past it when you replace the beliefs. But we have to identify what are some of the things that we've been believing that are not true, that we've held on to as truth about things and replace these lies with new truth about what needs to happen and how do we know what this new truth is? This is where you can get somebody that can help point that out to you. This is where for me, I personally look to my faith, my faith in God, what God says about me. And when anything that God says about me does not align with what I am saying about me, I replace what I'm saying that might have come in from what other people said, by the way, might have come in from what people at church growing up said, see, that's a tough one, right? I replace it with the truth of what I know that God says about me. Praying and asking God, show me what don't I know right now that I'm not operating in that will help me flow, that will help me live the life that I was made to live and operate in my highest potential from a place of rest, not striving, from a place of ease, not anxiety. And so we have to look at what are those anxious beliefs that we have? What are those things that we've been operating in, in our subconscious mind, those frameworks that we've had throughout our life, these beliefs of I have to prove myself to other people. I need other people to validate that what I believe is true or not. For me to be safe, I need to know everything. This is oftentimes when I'm working with clients, what they deal with. They might have been very successful in other areas, but when it comes to these new areas that they're trying to grow in and reach a goal, they're not taking action because a fear, ultimately it's a fear that manifests as wisdom and control. It's a belief that their fear is actually being wise, is actually a good thing and is helping them. And so we have to look at that. What are some of the things that you believe are wise, have believed, are that are preventing you from taking courageous action, and this will help to identify those things for you. When we start to ask ourselves those tough questions, when we can do this, when we can ask ourselves those tough questions many times, our energy, our ability to stay awake, to do things, to perform, to flow, by the way, you're going to be able to accomplish a lot more with far less time because you're not spending your energy on operating upstream, operating against these subconscious beliefs. And this is what creates that inner transformation that produces the results of these high potential, high performance habits. Okay, and so how do we get to that point where we operate habitually at our highest potential? How do we operate habitually as somebody who habitually takes courageous action? Imagine that for a second if you were a habitual, courageous action taker. Visualize it for a second. If you no longer allowed the criticism or potential criticism or potential consequences of courageous action keep you from taking courageous action. I'm not talking about doing anything that's harmful, illegal, fraudulent, wrong, bad. So let's get that out of the way. That, that's, that's not in the realm of possibility of this conversation. We're not going to do any of that. Anything that is not that. If we're avoiding taking courageous action in what would our life look like if we didn't have that worry and fear that we didn't try to control the outcome so much that we became a habitual courageous action taker? What would our life look like? Many of us actually might believe that we would be worn out by doing that. The truth is that by doing this, we actually will have more energy. Because when we start operating in this place, we're in alignment with our purpose, we're in alignment with our potential, we're in alignment with being authentic. Authentic in who we are, what we were made for. And so when we're in that alignment and we're aligned as well with what God says about us and our actions are in this place of convergence, energy levels actually increase exponentially and things that used to seem hard are done effortlessly. It's true. When I do these podcasts, these were very difficult in the beginning. And I created a framework of this courageous action taking that allowed me to develop the habits of recording podcasts, making content on social media effortlessly. In the beginning, it was so much effort. It was very hard. It may not have appeared that way to everybody when I was doing it. It might not appear that way, but it was very difficult for me to. To do this podcast the first couple episodes. I mean, so hard, so difficult, you have no idea. It really was. And over time, when I really started to get clear on what my why is, why I'm doing things made my why bigger than just myself, but rather the. The impact made my why bigger than just what people think about me, but rather because I'm doing this because it's what I know that I'm made to do. And then I started really being intentional about taking care of myself, self care, spending time focusing on what I needed to do to work through some of these fears, these unconscious beliefs, these subconscious beliefs to disempower them. Only then when I started to do that did this flow come in. And many times doing that is the activity that most people are trying to avoid because they're afraid. They're looking for a strategy of some kind to be successful that can happen without that process. I'm here to tell you with absolute certainty that you're not going to be able to be successful with any perfect strategy without developing your unique potential framework, developing your unique success framework, developing the formula for you of going through what are these unconscious beliefs, what are these fears that I have, what is my why and what do I need to do to come into a baseline for me to operate at the highest energy? And ultimately, this is. This is the. This is the baseline right here. That, that high energy, this clarity, is then where these positive habits can come in. These positive habits that accelerate the amount of time that it takes to be successful, that accelerate the time between our actions and the results that shore up the distance between taking the right action and seeing the result from it. So we have to come into this baseline. Once you get up to that baseline now, we can start to look at, okay, what are the actions that I need to take? If there's anything stopping you from taking courageous action, it always has to do with what's before that. What's before that baseline. Now, here's the other side of that. You don't need to get up to a baseline to start taking courageous action. You. You just need to, in a few small areas, ones that you know that you can do. And so I want you to think about this. Many times we try to take courageous action in massive things that are just absolutely scary. And we get burnt out, stressed out, and worried because we don't see the possibility of that. What if you just took create this action in smaller areas, ones that you know that the risk would be a lot smaller of doing. And many of us say, yeah, well, that doesn't matter. Why would I do that? Well, it develops trust with yourself, it develops belief with yourself that you can keep the promises that you make to yourself. It raises the temperature of your life, the thermometer of your life upward and higher to being somebody that takes courageous action. It raises that level of awareness of what's possible for you. And this is a way to do this as well, is visualization by visualizing what's possible, looking at what are the possibilities for my life? When we think on these things, and then we take action to produce, to create what we see, we're pulling into the current realm. What's in the future, in the present moment, by the way, oftentimes I see people, they spend a lot of their time thinking and sitting into a future moment. They're comparing either a future moment to the present and being upset, disappointed, or they're comparing their past to a present moment and being disappointed and trying to either get back to the past or get back to the future. And the. The truth is that if we just become present in the present moment and start to take consistent action each day just a little bit closer to our goal, the results compound over time. If you lose £1 a week, you're gonna lose £10 in two and a half months. But two and a half months from now, if you don't do the little actions that will get you to losing one pound a week, you're not even going to get started with that. It's the same with business. For you to get to the point where you're making $10,000, $100,000 a month in a business or more, you have to start with a thousand or a hundred, or even just $1 might not look exactly how you wanted it to, but it's that forward momentum of doing the action and staying consistent with it that works. But many times we get burnt out because of these beliefs, these patterns, these old patterns that we've been operating in. And they come in and they throw us off track because we're trying to control what's going to happen. We're trying to control the outcome. We're trying to control everything going perfectly how we saw it in our mind, going perfectly how we imagined it. And this is where we need to detach our identity, our value. Who we believe that we are from the actions that we take. And this is a healthy habit, is when we can take action. And who we are is not equal to the result of that action. Because then we can change our actions from the lessons that we learn. If we make a mistake, it's okay. We can admit the mistake and move forward. Now that can be hard to admit that we made mistakes. Especially if you grew up in a situation where you could never make mistakes. This is where you have to go in and possibly do some reparenting to where you tell yourself the truth, that it's safe and okay for you to grow just as a child does. When they're walking, it's okay if they fall on their face and learn how to walk. It's the same way in business. But for some reason we got in our minds somewhere that as an adult, it's no longer okay to fall down. And so we can't ever take a step forward until we know how to take a step forward in this framework of this belief. Here is what keeps us stuck in never moving forward. Because we're waiting until one day when we have all the pieces together. We know everything, and there's guaranteed certainty that we won't mess up or make a mistake again. This goes back to what's the programming? What have we been programmed to believe? What is my reason why for avoiding doing that? What will happen if I take that courageous action? What do we believe? There's Two things. What do we believe will happen? And then is that really the truth? What do I believe won't happen if I do? Is that really the truth? What do I believe will happen if I don't? Is that the truth? And what do I believe will not happen if I don't? Is that the truth? Bring all of those into alignment of what the truth is. That helps us identify what habits we need to do to stay consistent with when we can start to operate from that place of high energy. We elevate our energy to that baseline instead of it being so erratic. We get clear on our why. We remind ourselves of the reasons why we want to accomplish something, why we want to go after our goal, what why we want to take a courageous action. We remind ourselves of that. Not the result, by the way, detach the result from your reason why. Why do I want to take courageous action? Well, so I can make a lot of money. That's not a reason why. Your reason why needs to be, well, why do you want to make a lot of money? So that my family doesn't have to suffer. Well, why don't you want your family to suffer? Well, because mine did growing up. Okay. Well, why don't you want your family to experience what you did? Because I think that there's so much more possibility for them than what I had. So why do you want them to experience more possibility? So that they can live out their potential. And that becomes your reason why. You see, your courageous action now just became that you want your family to live out the potential that you feed, that you see for wasn't just the reason why was to make more money. Your reason why needs to become bigger than just what's immediately in front of you and start to ask that, what is my reason why? Why am I doing this? Why am I making this choice? Why am I taking that action? Why am I making this decision to take action? What is my reason why? When we can get clear on that, we can start to step into our destiny. We can begin to show up in our life as the person that we see in the future, now, in the present moment, not based on having accomplished something, by the way, but because of belief and courage in the action that we're taking. And then we're able to see the results that come to fruition from this. We're able to see when we do this step by step, just a little bit in our life doesn't have to be the giant, big scary things, but it could be just little tiny things. When we start to do this, we see the changes happen. We start to build trust with ourselves in our ability to keep the promises that we make to ourselves. And over time, this develops a consistent habit of becoming a habitual courageous action taker. Listen, you're somebody that can take courageous action habitually. I know that you are because you've listened all the way to the end of this podcast episode. So now you're at a crossroads of a choice that you need to make. Am I going to continue living my life how I always have, in a comfort zone, or am I going to start to take courageous action to do the things that I've been scared to do up to this moment in time? Am I going to turn this off and go back to the way everything was? Or am I going to explore and be intentional, to explore what are those areas? And there's actually a way to accelerate this process. There's actually a way to accelerate. Doing this not just by yourself is when you get help, when you get somebody in your life, somebody that you trust, that you know has your best interest, that can help point you in the right direction of what habits, what choices, what actions, what decisions to take in your life and in your business. And what's cool is I've created some resources for people to do this. The GrowYourLife community is a place where you can find people, maybe accountability partners, people for you to work with. You can ask questions in these areas and get help on things that you're stuck with just by asking questions. One of the most courageous actions that maybe you might take this week is posting a question in the group and not being afraid of how people might judge you. Some of you might do that. It might be leaving growyourlife on my Instagram. If you do that, I pick one winner every single week to win a 30 minute call with me. Courageous action for you might be listening through more of the podcast episodes. If you've never listened to a podcast before, maybe it might be scheduling a 15 minute call with me where we can go over what are these areas together and talk about how to create a customized framework for you for developing courageous action and taking action in your life and in your business. And if you're somebody that does want to talk with me about that, I'd love to help you with that and help you develop what your unique framework is to start to take steps forward into your destiny and create the life that you know is possible for yourself. We can spend just a couple minutes on the phone, 15 minutes. And I can direct you to either podcast Episodes. Or maybe we can start coaching together. There's not an obligation for you to get on the call with that. And what do I get out of doing these free calls? Well, I get to hear from people, kind of, what are they dealing with. It helps me make better podcast episodes, make more content. It helps me know what people are thinking about so I can better serve my audience of people. And if it's a good fit, I'll tell you, we can start coaching together. If it's not a good fit, I've told a lot of people it's not a good fit. Go to the podcast and listen to those. But if it's a good fit, if we work one on one together, we can start to develop this framework together for you to start to take courageous action today. And so if you're somebody that's listening to this right now and you've thought about it, maybe getting a coach, getting a mentor to help you, I'd love to do that with you. You can click the link that's under this post to schedule a free call with me. You can go to my website, click under coaching, it says free 15 minute call. And we can talk about these goals together and develop that customized plan for you to reach your goals. And so what are you waiting for? Here's the question that you got to ask yourself is am I going to keep doing what I've been doing up to this moment in time, or am I going to start to take steps towards my goals and stop doing what has kept me in the cycle that I've been in? That's it. The choice is yours. I've laid it out for you. The decisions are to be intentional, to spend time, to go over these things. We can accelerate this by getting help, by getting mentors to direct us. We can accelerate this process by not going at it alone. What's it gonna take for you to start to move forward towards your goals instead of staying stuck right in the comfort zone that you're at right now? And if you have somebody in your life right now, start exploring those things, start asking the tough questions, start asking, what do I need to change? What am I believing? That's not serving me, that's not working. And start to develop the framework for you to grow and create these new habits, to become a habitual, courageous action taker. Grow your life, everybody. And we'll talk soon.
