Hello, everybody, and welcome to the Grow youw Life podcast with myself, Jeremiah Krakowski. In this podcast, we talk about things that can help you grow in your life and in your business. So you're going to hear me talk about stuff that either is going to help you in your business, in your life today. This is specifically on the topic of business. And so take some notes. Make sure you listen. You might even need to listen to this again and again, Share this with your teams. And here's the deal, guys. If this podcast is impacting you, all I ask is this, that you share it with somebody. If you listen to a podcast, share it with somebody that you know should hear it. Share this podcast, tell people about it. That's how we can grow. And then also join the GrowYourLife community. We're doing some great things in there. Lots of people are having breakthrough every single week. But let's dive into this topic of getting more traffic and customers in your business. This is one of the number one things that everybody in my group asked me for specifically this week. We talked about video last week and doing video. And the next follow up question is, well, that's great, but how do I get customers? How do I get traffic? And there's a number of ways to do that. What I want to talk to you about briefly are the two different methods, free and paid traffic. So you have free on one side, which, by the way, I'm not a big fan of free traffic, and I'll tell you why. And paid traffic, okay, is this. You have free and paid traffic. The deal with free traffic is that people have this idea that you're gonna grow something just by having the best organic content that goes viral. And then sometimes we end up doing things that aren't in alignment with our business, specifically because that's our goal, is to only max out on free traffic. The goal behind all paid traffic. And this is my philosophy, and I need you to take this on yourself and take ownership of this one. Paid traffic is actually not paid. It's paid free. And what I mean by paid free is this is you should never be paying for traffic that is not giving you an equal break, even return, or greater than what you're paying. If you are paying for traffic and not at least breaking even to where it's not costing you anything, then you need to stop running that traffic and look at other avenues of paid traffic. Adjust your copy, adjust your messaging and all of that. Paid traffic should never be an expense. It should never cost you anything. It should never cost you and this is going to break some people's minds here to be like, how can you say that it's paid traffic. It cost me something. Not if you're doing it right. Not if you're doing paid traffic right. And anytime that I run paid traffic for anybody, and I do that for clients, we're probably managing close to a hundred thousand dollars a month in paid traffic across our clients. Most of them have ad spends between 10 and 20,000amonth. And you're like, well, I'm not at that level. Well, that's great. I'm building mine with. I started with two bucks a day paid traffic, but that was only after I was then making money to fund that. So I like to start with two bucks a day to test stuff and then go up to 10 bucks a day and then scale from there. Paid traffic should never cost you a dime. And the reason for it is this. Your paid traffic should only come out of an excess that you have. And sometimes to start off, maybe you need to sell something, maybe you need to work some extra hours, or maybe you need to launch something, do a side hustle to build up a little bit of capital, maybe 500 bucks in a month to run some paid traffic. 10 bucks a day is $300 a month. Okay, so you need to $300 a month. You can start to make an impact and grow an audience. Less than that, you're just kind of testing stuff. And that's why I started with two bucks a day, which is 60 bucks a month. I spend more than that on meals out to eat sometimes, so. And if you're like, I don't have that. That's why I wanted to talk to you about free traffic as well. Completely free traffic is a great place to start if you don' even have $50 to spend. And so I'm going to briefly touch on that as well as my concept of paid free. Paid free. The reason why I call it that, though, is it should never cost you anything. Every dollar that you spend on paid traffic should be bringing you back at least a dollar and 10 cents back, or at least a dollar or maybe 90 cents. So you're only losing 10% of your investment. Let's say you're spending $300. It brings you in 270. You let you actually only spent DOL lost $30. And that's the mindset is that in testing, at least try to break even. Because if you can break even, you can scale and grow. So if you can break even, you can then scale and scale is how you go upward. So one mistake that I see a lot of people make is they break even and they increase their ad spend. Break even is still kind of a bit of a failure campaign. And you're like, I thought you were gonna go into free, free traffic. I will in a sec, but I need to, I need to hone this in here about paid free and breaking even. Your first goal with all paid campaigns is to break even because you're proving that there is a market for it. If you can spend $10 and make $10, there is a market for what you're offering. If you can spend a certain amount, a baseline cost, and it's returning a certain thing, there's a market for something. For instance, Facebook page likes. Anything less than 50 cents is pretty good, 40 cents is pretty good. And as you start to scale, I've gotten my clients down to even 5 cents a page. Like doing that for a client. Right now he has such a large audience that we're now retargeting all the people that we've shown ads to. We're spending a lot of money with his stuff and getting some great traffic that way. So his name is actually. His name's Rick Pino. So if you don't know him, look him up. Rick Pino, he is a worship music artist that has a academy that helps raise up and train up worship leaders on how to the heart the spirit behind worship and how to cultivate that through his experience, as well as teachers that he brings in that are some of the top worship leaders. It's not about just the skill and the how to. It's actually biblical counseling and discipleship is what it is. So it's a discipleship program and we help him with that as well as his events and through running ads for him, we've gotten his page likes down to 5 cents that way. For other clients. You know, it could be as high as a dollar. It all depends. So, but 50 cents is pretty good for that. But what I found is this, is that I'm actually running ads to go into my Grow youw Life Facebook group. And now I'm actually getting those for less than 25 cents. And most of those people are then liking and following me on Instagram and Facebook. So that's actually more of a leveraged campaign which I'm going to teach more about that this podcast is not specifically a teaching on every single aspect of this. I would have to do a 10 to 20 hour course to break down every single way of growing your business with paid traffic. And the how tos of it. So that's why in the future I will have that coming out. But right now, I want to just enroll you in the concepts of what works and what doesn't and give you some real practical stuff. So we're going to start with a baseline, and then it's going to go from there to what is working now and what you should be looking at. I'm not going to walk you through the how tos and the where to click where and what to type where and the copy and headlines. This is just strictly a overview topic of that. So if you can break even, you've proved that there's a market for it. I've proved that there's a market for my group here because of the cost is actually lower than the average Facebook, like, ad cost. I proved that there's a market for my podcast because of that. I proved that there is a market for the courses that I have coming out as well. So because that's what you guys have told me, that's what people who listen to this have told me they want me to teach on. If you don't know if there is a market for your specific product or service, ask yourself this. Is anybody selling it? And I've seen people, they look at things from the wrong perspective. If other people are selling something, they say, well, that the market is oversaturated. In fact, if somebody is selling it, you need to look at it from a different perspective, that you can sell it better than they can. And so if you can sell to the market better than anybody else can, you can then dominate in an existing market where there is competition. And you have to start with the baseline of trying to get traffic and customers. By the way, you're probably wondering if you're just listening to this on audio. I have a video version of this on YouTube that you'll be able to watch where I have a whiteboard behind me that I'm writing some of this stuff down. So if you want to do that, go over to the YouTube channel, listen to that. Which, by the way, I'm actually. Little hint right there. I just sent traffic to my YouTube channel via my podcast. My podcast is a free traffic mechanism right here to help train you guys, teach you, enroll you on all these concepts. When it comes to the concept of getting traffic and customers, you have to first start with the baseline of this confidence in this belief of how can I be the best in the world at what I'm doing? And if you come at it from that perspective, and everything flows out of that. How can I be the best in the world at this and how can I serve people? All of your free and paid traffic efforts will come out of that place of being the best in the world in IT and offering value to help serve people. You should never try to get traffic and customers just to make money, just to pay your bills. If you do that, you will struggle, you will have a hard time and you will beat yourself up in your head against the wall and wonder why you don't have any results if you're only trying to make money with your traffic and customers. So you have to come from a perspective of how can I help and serve people? And this is going to dive right into how you can get free traffic. And it's a practice for you for that. The way to get free traffic is this. Engage yourself in the market of your target customer. Become a customer of yourself in your market. What does that mean for me? I engage myself in a number of communities, groups, social media influencers that are in the market of growing business. And what I do is this. I never once mention my product or service or my website. Never mention your website. Do not do that. If you're doing this method. This is a way to get crazy amounts of free traffic. But if you start to mention your website or your product or service, you will lose in this. Unless you've been invited to do so by the leader. If they're like, post your link here or post that, which I do that in this group because I want people to collaborate. I want people to do business with each other. That's what this group is about. So there's that. But what I will do is this. I will actually go into certain groups, you know, it could be even some of my competitors. And what I will do is actually contribute to their content. If they're talking about a topic and I see a dialogue discussion in the comments on this topic, and it is, I know that what I know inside of me can contribute something that is not in that dialogue. Meaning nobody has mentioned what I have inside of me. I will offer up a free piece of information in the comment stream on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn groups, Facebook pages, not mentioning my website or even what I do. I don't even say I do this. I actually never say that. Well, maybe sometimes I do. If it makes sense, I'll say, you know, I help people scale, I help people get customers, I help them get traffic. This is the result that we've had and this is what we've Done. So then what I'm doing is I'm actually contributing to their audience. 99% of the people who see my comment will never click on my profile, will never follow me. But 1%, 2% of them may follow me on Instagram, follow me on YouTube, follow me on LinkedIn, follow me on Facebook, become a friend, follow my page, message me. I've had a lot of people, they'll message me and be like, hey, you know, that was really good what you mentioned in that group. What do you think about this? And I'll give them free coaching right there. And then I'll say, hey, by the way, I have a group, I have a page, follow me here. So what I'm doing is I am organically and naturally, while honoring the other person. Because my number one goal is to serve first. The way that you get free traffic is you serve first. Above all else, you offer advice and help to people that will help them. Not because you want them to buy your product, not because you want them to become your customer, not with the intention of them coming back or messaging you. Do not say, please message me about this. Do not say, go to my website. Do not say follow me on my page. But what you need to do is this. Serve first. You're not trying to get people to come to your website, come to your page, or do that. What you want to do is contribute. Contribute to the conversation as if you were in a social setting and somebody asked for your advice. If there is information that you can contribute that nobody else has mentioned, here's the deal. I try to not contribute. If I see somebody else saying what I have inside of me, I'm not going to then contribute the exact same thing, because that looks amateur. But if what I have to offer is a level above what has already been put in those comments, I will do so. And then what usually happens is I have 3, 4, 5, 10, 20 people coming to my profile, then following me, and. Or maybe five people DMing me asking for advice. And what I'm doing is this. I am not asking them to DM me. I'm not asking them to follow me. I'm serving, and I'm actually serving the community as a whole, the people in my industry, because I became a customer, my industry, and I went where my customers exist, and I contributed to the overall big picture conversation. And if somebody wants to go to my page, go, follow me, do that. It's an amateur move to say, follow me, please DM me. When you, when you like, let's say, let's just give an example of this. I do this a lot on, you know, Gary Vee's stuff. I will actually comment something that contributes to the conversation that Gary Vee had. I'm not going to say I am a consultant. Please follow me. Please join me. I can help you with this. I'm purely contributing information to this. And I will then get people usually on LinkedIn or Instagram, that then come and follow me because they're like, wow, that guy had a lot of really good information to contribute. And guess what? He didn't try to get me to follow him. I'm going to follow him as a reciprocation of the value that he offered me without asking anything. So the idea is people will then reciprocate if they want to by you doing that, but you're never going into it with the intention to do that. You are purely trying to contribute to the engagement of the conversation. And Gary Vee is actually somebody that taught about this as well. This is kind of the next level of that is you can do this in multiple ways. You start to contribute by giving more information that hasn't previously existed in that conversation. And if you do this on 10 different posts per day, you give your 10 cents on 10 different posts a day. You know when people say, well, let me give you my 10 cents on that, you'll get followers that come back and that's then free traffic for you to test with to do that. So that's free traffic. The other way is this. Make content. The only way that you're then going to have that free traffic come to you is if you have content for those people to engage with. So for me, go back to episode number six where I talk about coming up with content. I have a blog post that's going live this week as well, becoming an expert at doing video content. Podcasts, a 10 minute Facebook Live, a 1 minute Facebook Live content that contributes to the conversation. So let's say that you contributed something in a comment, in a group, on a post that, you know, helped the overall conversation. Now that gives you an idea of a piece of video content that you can then talk about and record. So then what you need to do is go and make content. Blog posts, video graphics, podcasts, free content across all social media platforms. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Instagram TV, Pinterest. Those are the kind of the big ones. And then there's even other ones that millennials are engaging with like TikTok and Snapchat and stuff like that. Disseminate your content out to those. And if you do that methodically, repeatedly, and make this your practice, after about 30 to 60 days, you will start to see free traffic coming in, people writing you, people DMing you asking. Because then the idea is this. Then you start to put into your Instagram stories, your Twitter, your Facebook, your LinkedIn, 80, 20, no more than 20% of the time you can put, hey, you know, follow me here, join my group. You know, we're doing consulting services for people. We are running people's Facebook ads, we're building funnels for them, we're building their website, we're helping them with their traffic. And, you know, right now, for somebody to even hire me to start to do that, it's $10,000. So if people, you know, need that type of thing on a very select basis that I pick and choose based on, you know, what my schedule looks like, right now, we're completely booked up for that. So I'm not even taking anybody right now. Is, is that because I'm, I'm working on that. I'm working on getting more time to be able to do that. We have so much going on at the recording of this podcast, 20% of the time. Then you can mention your product, your service, your movement, your event, your call, your conference call, your group to get them to then join in by doing all of this without any desire, by the way, all of this free traffic should not be with the intention to have somebody buy from you. It should be to serve and contribute to the marketplace as a whole without an ulterior motive of trying to get somebody to buy from you. When I'm making this content, when I'm making this podcast here, I have zero ulterior motive for you to ever buy from me, be a customer or not. In fact, my goal is this, to give so much good content for you for free that if you follow it and go through it, you can then go further yourself and even build a business and be inspired without having to buy anything. But if, you know, you're like, I want to fast track my goals, then you'll get into certain programs. You'll work with me with coaching, you'll join me if that makes sense to you. But I don't ever want anybody to feel like, you know, I'm only making this free content to just get customers. It's because I want to help and contribute and I want to get a wide reach of an audience I want to reach. My goal is over 100,000 people making seven figures. And so the only way for me to do that is to offer this level of teaching for free on a podcast. Most people would do this as paid content. I'm doing it for free because I know that if I can get you this baseline, then we can start to get into the nitty gritty of what's really gonna make you a million dollars. If I can get you to six figures for free, then I can get you further than that. So this right here alone, you could build a six figure business off of just this right here and then combine that with five to $10 a day and paid traffic, which comes out to 150 to $300 a month in paid traffic. So the idea is this, even in your paid traffic, you're, you're still trying to serve and contribute. And this is why I had to start with the free and then go into the paid. For the paid traffic to work. For the paid traffic to work, you have to do everything that you would do with the free traffic and then leverage it with an ad spend. And then that's where paid free comes in. So paid free is this. You need some sort of a minimum viable product, something that everybody can engage with that has a value that is worth more than what you are paying. So there's two sides of paid traffic. Here you have what you're paying on the ad spend, 150 to $300 a month. But the value that you're delivering to people for that ad spend should be at least 1500-3000 dollars a month of value attached to that much ad spend. So your value that you're delivering to the marketplace that's put behind your paid traffic should be 10 times what you're spending. If you're spending say $10,000 on ads, the value that's behind that should be at least $100,000. And that's, that's, that's going to a more advanced level right there that I think is a little bit beyond just the level of this podcast. I think I went to level 5,000 here in like two seconds. So let's bring this back down, down to earth here for you guys. What's working with paid traffic? This free stuff, if you just do this, get really good at this, then you can graduate to the paid if you. But I want you to master serving and contributing with your content. Create content that serves and contributes. And if you're going on to contribute to other people that on platforms that are not your own. Here's the deal. Only invite people to your website or to buy your product or service on Your platform, if you're on anybody else's platform, do not do that at all unless they invite you to. Unless they're like, you know, post your link here, share what you do, tell them what you do. I want you to get customers, you have not been given permission to go to somebody else's page, group profile and pitch your products. That's a quick way to get banned. I know, Dale, it is backwards. That's why the other, the main recording is not going to be, by the way, I'm going live here in my group, getting feedback from people. And so what I'll do next, what I'll do next time that we do this, next time we go live is I will flip that around for some people. That way they can follow it anyways. You can watch the recording of this. Never mention your product or service unless it is your platform. So the idea is you want to engage, contribute and serve as a leader. Be a leader in the marketplace to the people that have never paid you yet. Lead by serving and contributing. Don't lead by saying, follow me. Don't lead by saying, but buy my stuff, go to my website. Lead by serving and contributing with your content. And if you're on other people's platforms, never mention what you do, your product or service. The only goal is to contribute to what they are building, to what that platform is. And then if somebody wants to then engage with you, they might send you a DM because they liked the quality of how you served and contributed. And then make content on your platform. And when you're on your platform, 80% of the time, no pitches, no mention of product or service. Maybe at the very end, if you do a whole long thing, you could then mention it for a second or two, 20% of the time, then you can do more of a hard sale. You know, opt in here, buy my product here. We have a sale here. We have a group here. I want you to join. Follow my podcast 20% of the time on your platform. So if you can max out this, the free stuff right here, max out the free stuff, completely max it out. I've had people write me, they're like, I'm just not getting the traction that I need. And I ask, you know, have you done 100% of everything to maximize what you can already? And the answer is usually no. And so until you get really good at this, and that's what most of my free content is going to be around is this. And if you have any questions about this, the free content, let me know. That way I can make more podcasts. Know what, what to help you guys with? I. Last week's episode, episode number six was specifically on video content and then how that can lead into blog posts, graphics podcasts, and I wrote a blog post about that as well that's coming out next week. Max this out and then simultaneously start spending five to ten dollars a day on paid traffic. Now, what's working with paid traffic? What's working? This is what you guys wanted me to show. Share. And if you've made it 28 minutes into this podcast recording, I commend you. I. I purposefully did not lead with this because I know that some people will have left this podcast recording, will have quit this, because they wanted me to give this in the first part and then share the free after, and they weren't patient enough to stick with it through the long haul. Okay, so we're now at 29 minutes. That shows me that you're serious about what you're doing, you're serious about your business, you're serious about what you're building. Don't quit now, because what I'm going to give you here now for the low price of free, because this is a podcast, free is what's working with paid traffic, the blueprint for it. I'm going to give you a blueprint, okay, A blueprint from my clients of what's working, what's not. So what's working really well, when you make content, when you make a good piece of content and it has engagement, look at what is the highest engagement piece of content that you have and boost that to an audience. I'll usually do that for five to ten bucks. Boost that to a new audience, boost that to. With Facebook ads. You can do that with Twitter ads, with Google Ads, with YouTube ads. And they all work together. They all work together and max out all of those ad platforms. And then also even LinkedIn ads and even Pinterest ads and Spotify ads. So for a lot of our clients, we are across all of these platforms with advertising. You joined at the right time. Hey, Marianne, go back and listen to the beginning of this podcast, by the way, because what I talked about in the first 30 minutes was hugely valuable to them. This next part, what's working is these ads. And I'm going to give you a blueprint of this. Take the top engaging content, and what you're going to try to do is it's all based around math. So what I'll do is I'll boost it to an audience for engagement, and I'm going to try to get it for less than $0.01 to even 0.002 cents, 1/5 of a cent per engagement. And then I try to beat that with my new content. So my first pieces of content that I boosted were costing me 10 cents per engagement. Now I'm getting one cent because I've gotten really clear on what content people want to hear from me want to engage with. So I'm only boosting what is organically getting me the most content. And then what I'm doing is I'm creating. I'm going to post a photo of these whiteboard things. When I'm done with this as well in the group, then what I'm getting is engagement and viewers. What you want to start with with paid traffic before anything else because you want to be across all channels. But you need to start with Facebook ads and Instagram ads. They are actually the same platform because they have the most data around who is engaging and who is viewing your content. So you can track if you post. This is why I pressure so hard video content. Because what I can do with video content I can't do with images and I can't do with written text posts. Video content, I can create an audience in the Facebook ads manager of who has watched. Well, you can't do 0%, 3 seconds, 10 seconds, 25% of my video, 50% of my video, 75% of my video and 95% they don't have a 100, but 95 is basically the 100. So that's why I push with the free content. And if you're just tuning into this, please go back and watch that. I highly recommend doing one live and one uploaded piece of content per day. The uploaded can be short snippets. The live is your long form, unedited, raw. And then with the Facebook ads and Instagram you can create audiences up to 180 days of who is engaging and watching 10 seconds of your video. Or what I really like is 75%. And what I've identified is this. If somebody is watching 75% of my video content, even if it's just a minute long and they got to 45 seconds into it, that person is probably my target customer. That person is probably my target audience. Think about it psychologically. If you're watching video content and you watch at least 75% of one piece of content from an influencer social media, you are probably very interested in the market that they offer because you didn't click off in 3 seconds or 10 seconds. But I also like to use 10 seconds and even 25% as an indicator when I have low traffic. So right now, what I'm using for myself with this group, this is. This is the model that I'm using. Okay? So I'm creating my content. I have a big pool of content here, here. And this is a reverse pyramid. So this is my pool of content. My pool of content, blog posts, videos, ads, graphics, engagement. And what I'm doing is in the Facebook ads manager. This is why I said to start with this, because then you can retarget on all the other platforms. And I'm gonna go into that briefly here. But this is not a full course on this. This is just a podcast to give you an overview on the concepts. And then I'm gonna, in the future, probably make a course on all this as well. Your pool of free content. That's why I started this podcast with free content. You need to do free content and serve and contribute blog posts, videos, graphics, podcast, your free content pool. You'll then be able to identify who is watching 10 seconds of your video content, 70 or 75% of your content, who is engaging with your content for up to 90 days, and who is visiting your website. So what I do is I create four audiences, five audiences, because I can't. I don't think I can mix Instagram and Facebook for the engagement. So I will do all of my website visitors, people who watch 10% of my videos, people who watch 75% of my videos, people who engaged on my Instagram and who engaged on my Facebook page. And then what I will do is this. As I'm making my pool of free content, blog posts, graphics, podcast, video, I then take my five to $10 a day and I boost my new pool of content to my audiences, my website visitors, the people who watch 75% of my content, 10% of my content. It's on my page only, Dale. So you want to do this on a business page profile? You can't do any of this. People who engage with my Facebook and Instagram. And so when I come up with a new video that I see is getting a lot of engagement, I will then boost it to all the people who already visited my website, who already watched 75% of my videos, who already watched 10% of my videos and already engaged with me. When I make a new podcast, I boost it to the people who engaged with my content, watch 10 seconds of my videos, 25, 75%, or visited my website, and it becomes a loop. So then I create what I Call looping content. I'm looping it. I'm keeping people in the fold. I'm keeping them engaged with me because they have shown me that they are the most engaged. So right now, just starting out, I'm going to be very honest with you. This is podcast number seven. My audience size that I'm looping my content through is about 7,000 people, very low. The amount of people that are watching 75% of my video content is 1500 people in the last 180 days. The other thing too is you'll actually look at the date range. You can also do people who've watched, who visited your website engaged, watched over seven days. And so now you can show them an ad for something that you want them to take action on because they already remember who you are because they just saw you in the past seven days. 21 days is also a good window of that because after about 21 days, somebody's kind of probably made the decision to either join by or not from you. But when you're just starting out, I actually do recommend 180 days because you can go back really far if you're having trouble gaining traction, it gives you a bigger audience. So the larger audience you have, the better. And then as you're looping this content, the way to find new people is I create a lookalike audience based on the 75% of people. So these are people who do not already watch, engage or follow my content. They have similar interests and psychographic interests of those who are the 75% viewers, those who've watched 10 seconds of my content, the website and engagement. So for instance, what I'm actually doing right now is this. I'm creating a pool of content, a podcast, and I have my free Facebook group. And then what I'm doing is I'm looping my new content to those people and promoting people to join my Facebook group for my podcast, people to follow my page and people to apply to work with me to the people that are most engaged with me, as well as look alike audiences. So I'm finding new people to engage with my content and join my Facebook group, follow my page and apply to work with me constantly. And I'm doing this with five to ten dollars a day, this looping method. And then what happens is as I'm looping, people will join my page, group, podcast and Instagram. Now, you'll notice I just did a video yesterday, a Start Here video in my group. And I want to touch on this for a second. The reason why Facebook groups are now so powerful, free groups, and they weren't before, is this is only if you're using it to feed into your podcast, your page, and your Instagram, and giving value to people that doesn't exist anywhere else. Okay. And you're building a community, a tighter net community. For instance, the people who are in this group right now are people that I feel are probably more interested in engaging and doing paid business with me. So I'm creating a funnel. So this group becomes a funnel. I have the mass pool of content and the new people that are out here. You got all these people out here that are up here you can't even see on the video that have never heard of you before. So I'm trying to loop them into my content pool and into my loop by creating lookalike audiences. And then. And then I retarget them. So the idea is I bring them in that have never heard of me with a lookalike audience, as well as direct targeting to pages of people that have similar interests to what I have to offer. Different people that talk on business growth, marketing strategy, online marketing. And then when people see how good my content is, they become part of an audience. And then I loop my content to them so I'm constantly in front of them. And then I get them to join my group, which then you notice my start here post said, leave a comment, listen to my podcast, follow my page, and my Instagram. So the goal of the group was to get everybody into that funnel to where now they are engaging with me on all fronts. So now I'm in front of people constantly. And here's the deal. How do you come up with podcast content? I really want to dive into this. I feel like everybody, if you want to establish yourself as the best in the world at what you do, you need to have a podcast. And this is, again, not a podcast training. It's not a group training. It's not a Facebook ads training. It is not a Instagram training. I'm giving you an overview of how to get traffic. You start with the free. And that's why I said, if you're just tuning in at this point of this video, watch the beginning of it where I talked about free. You're going to serve and contribute, create content, blog posts, video graphics. Start with video, the free video content. And the video content helps you come up with mini content, mini content. You know, maybe you'll write a blog post about what you did a video on. Maybe you'll make a graphic about what you did, a video on maybe you'll make a short snippet, a one minute summary of what you did, a long form, live on, and then you could target that to new people as well as loop your existing viewers with the goal that the most engaged will then join your group, listen to your podcast, follow your page, follow you on Instagram, and engage with you. So this is how you can then do five to ten dollars a day in ads to deliver ten times the value with the ad spend and the return is crazy for me just starting out, you know, I'm getting leads, I'm getting people asking to work with me, getting people asking, you know, if they can have me coach their teams one on one. Coaching, coaching calls, phone calls. I'm doing audits of people's funnels. I'm helping them come up with that. I'm doing that for people, you know, and for those who are listening to my podcast as well. If you reference this podcast, let me know and I can maybe come up with a deal for you for phone consulting and auditing your funnels and how you're doing your content. You know, getting on the phone for an hour and doing that. If you've gotten to 45 minutes into this content, I'd love to, I'd love to help you with that. Right now I don't have the capacity to help people build their funnels and run their ads currently. Maxed out on that currently. But what I can do is maybe some consulting, some phone stuff. And the idea is this, then what I just did here, I'm literally giving you the blueprint right now. And if you are just listening to this right now or go to the beginning and you might need to re. Listen to this from the beginning because I threw a lot out at you. Listen to it from the beginning. What I'm doing next is when I loop people, I come up with my pool of content, my looping, my page group podcast. And that's why listen to episode number six, episode number six of the podcast. You have to listen to this because what I talk about is how to come up with what content to make in your pool of content and how to come up with original content that then you can loop and build an audience around. Listen to episode number six of the podcast and you have to do that on video because that's how you can build these audiences. The 3 second, the 10 second, the 25, the 50, the 75, the 95. Watch it from the beginning for sure. Then from here you can give an offer. So I'm not even offering Anything to people right here? There's nothing mentioned. I'm purely giving value. And I'm going back to what I talked about with the free serving, serve and contribute. I ran out of space right there. Contribute, serve and contribute here. Serve and contribute here. Serve and contribute here. I'm not asking for any money out of this and these people. I'm building a very wide audience of people that I can help get results with. My goal is this. I told people, 100,000 people making seven figures. How can I do that? By giving enough content in my free content pool for people to make six figures. That's how for them to pay off debt, for them to pay their bills, for them to pay down their bills. And if I can help people with my pool of content, for those that want to then take it to the next level, I can offer them a product or service. That's what I'm doing here. That's what I'm offering. You know what I just did saying, you know, if people want me to do phone coaching, phone consulting, I'm building relationship with all of this and I'm offering content. I'm building trust with them. Tracy's giving me cues of what to say. That's why I have my group here. My group is actually helping me come up with the content to better serve them. You guys are telling me how to better deliver this, how to teach you how to make six figures with my podcast, with my free content, with my blog. And then when it comes time for me to offer a product, let's say I come up with a course on how to do all this and I walk you through it. When I come up with a course, like when I have launching next week, Website Building Made Simple. Teaching people the inside outs of building websites in less than a week without any technical expertise, period. Plus giving my knowledge of what I know works with websites from building them for hundreds of people. That's what that is. When it comes time for me to then offer a product or service, there's already trust built because of the pool of content people know. I. To the people that have already gotten that in my group, I'm offering my stuff to people that I'm a household name to quote, unquote. So what I've done is this. Nobody knows who I am. That's out here in the ether. I'm. I'm literally a nobody to these people. But if I, if I can show them the value that I have, loop them through the content and get them engaged on my page, group and podcast and instagram I then establish myself as a household name and a trusted resource that can help them get results. Then when it comes time for me to offer a paid product or service, you know, they'll be ready to buy. My goal is this, that if, that if, if I'm helping you with this content, maybe eventually it could be a year from now. I'm playing the long game too, guys. You know what I'm trying to build here. If I'm, I'm going to give you a little, little secret insight into what I'm really doing behind the scenes. You're now 50 minutes into this. This is kind of my top secret ninja stuff. I want my pool of content to be built so that when I come up with software tools that are less than $5 a month, $10 a month to help people, this entire pool of content will then become customers of mine with software that helps them. Because I believe that technology and software helps people grow. And so that's my long term vision with a lot of this that I'm doing is actually building what's going to help people. Building tools for people. Not just training, but also tools. So that's kind of my big, my big goal that I'm working to. That's why I'm teaching myself programming, that's why I'm hiring programmers. That's why we're working with people to do that. So then when it comes time to offer my product or service to people, they're willing to buy because I'm a trusted resource. And then they're also willing to refer people. And what a referral does is it's a higher quality lead into your pool of content that then goes through the funnel. So my entire goal is this. A lot of people are trying to get people to purchase their product at the bottom of this funnel here. They're trying to just get purchasers. What I'm trying to get is referrals. I'm trying to get people to refer people to my free content because I know that the value that I'm offering is so great that it's going to help more people. And if you make this your goal, serving and contributing, this becomes very easy. Okay, so I've covered a lot here on getting traffic and getting customers and finding customers. Now you're probably still asking, how do I find those people? How do I find the people that don't already know about me, that aren't engaging, that aren't following me? And that's where the paid ads come from, is creating those lookalike audiences in Facebook and Instagram. That's why I start with Facebook and Instagram. Those that are look alikes of who's maybe visiting your website, maybe just who's engaging with your content, maybe who's watching 10 seconds of your content, maybe who's watching 75 seconds. One thing that I'm doing that I'm tracking, you're probably wondering when I'm sending people to join this group, why I'm sending them to a page. Because I'm able to then track who is at that page and who's clicking the button to join the group. So I'm building an audience of people that are then joining my group. So that audience of people who join my group is the most like who my pool of content is for. And then I'm just looping it around the lookalike audience. And if you don't know what look like audiences are in Facebook ads, let me know as well. A lookalike is Facebook has artificial intelligence and algorithms that find people. Let's say you have John and Susie. Okay, There are two people on Facebook. I got marker on my hand, John and Susie. John is most likely to buy from you and Susie has no interest. Okay, but if you're targeting people that are following, let's say people who are following a page, you're going to be targeting both John and Susie. And so you're missing half of that. What I want to do is I want to find out who are the Johns on Facebook and who are the Susie's and only target people that are similar to John and then hone that in deeper and deeper and deeper and go to this crazy level of psychology to where I can figure out who is most like my audience. And so for me, that's actually who is visiting my offer to join my community, who's reading my blog posts, who's listening to my podcast, who's watching my videos all the way to 75%. So that's actually an action that they're taking. They're sitting there. I view somebody that watches 75% and 95% of a video as an action. They've taken five to 10 minutes to watch my whole content. They've taken a whole minute out of their day to do that. So that's an action that they've taken. So I want to find people that are most likely to watch 75% of my video. And then I loop it around, I create free content, I build a lookalike of those people, but then I also target those same people. So I'm showing The same people who've already engaged with me. If you've watched 10 seconds of my content, 75% I'm doing this simultaneously. I have two buckets. Okay, I'm gonna have to get another page out here before we wrap up. So I have two buckets. Here's bucket number one and here's bucket number two. And this is actually part of my funnel. So this is kind of my main content. And this is people who've already watched my content. This is the, the viewers and engagers, people like you who are already watching this, listening to my podcast. And then these are the people who know nothing about me. Okay? So I'm creating audiences, lookalike audiences. Whoops, let me bring that down here for the podcast. People on YouTube, lookalike audiences that feed into here. And I'm simultaneously filling both buckets. I'm taking my viewers, creating a lookalike audience, then finding new people that are like them, that know nothing about me. But I'm also taking that same piece of content that I'm boosting to the new people and sending it to the people that already know who I am. That way I'm constantly in front of them. So let's say that John watched five of my videos to 75%. I'm gonna keep showing him with ads, all of my video content until he joins my group, until he goes to my website, until he fills out my opt in form, until he becomes a customer. So the idea is I'm going to be in front of you for as long as I need to until you become a customer of mine. While I'm also then simultaneously finding people that know nothing about me. And then I'm. And then I'm bringing these know nothing about me's into my viewer and engagement list and then showing them all of my content constantly. So I'm doing, I'm looping my content and I'm actually doing this about 50, 50, 50 of my ad spend. If I'm doing $10 a day, it's about 5%. 50% of it is going to people who have already engaged or watched my content, looping my new content to them, keeping my name on the back of their mind, showing them the new stuff that I have coming out. And the other 50% is in finding new people to join this group. And then that feeds down, down that whole funnel that I showed you right here. Pool of content, looping, page, group, offer, and then referral. Because I think a referral is actually even bigger than them buying. Because if they can refer 10 people to me that's worth 10 times their initial sale. So a referral is actually has more value to me than even you purchasing. And so here's the deal guys. If this gave you value right here, this concept, please tell people about this. Have your Facebook ads teams watch this podcast, listen to it, tell them about the group, tell them to join the group. Follow my page. I'm going to have more content coming out with this. I just started doing this a couple months ago on my page, but I've been doing this with clients for the last 15 years, this type of stuff. And that's why I constantly am pushing video, video, video content, because video content allows you to build these audiences a lot easier. And then briefly I'm gonna touch on. You can then take your viewers, engagers and those that have visited your website or engaged and run retargeting ads to them to your website, to your website, to your social media profiles, to your offers. And so what I'm able to do is I'm able to then take make a video on YouTube that's telling somebody that found me through Instagram. Now I'm on YouTube telling them to join my Facebook group. So, so they're able to join my Facebook group because they found me through YouTube. And then I'm going to create banner ads and Google Ads. So they're going to see me in their Gmail, they're going to see me on, on Google, they're going to see me on Twitter, they're going to see me on LinkedIn, they're going to see me on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest. And you can do that through with website viewers. So like for instance, I can't show somebody who watched my videos a Google Ad. There's no crossover between they watched a video on Facebook or Instagram, I can't show them a Google Ad. But what I can do is if they go to my website, then I can show them a Google Ad. So that's why I'm trying to get them to go to my website, the group people. And then I'm able to build an audience in Google, a similar audience of who visits my website, a lookalike audience for Google and YouTube. And then I can also, I can go based on who watches my YouTube videos to get them to then go to my website, follow me on Facebook, Instagram. And I'm creating this giant pool of people that are engaging with me and I'm finding those that are most likely to be my customers. And this is how you create traffic and customers is doing this. So here's the deal, guys. If you know how to use Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram, all of that, those ad platforms, take this model right here and you're gonna see results, I promise. Like, literally, there's no way you can't. But if you're like, I don't know how to do that. Just start out with the stuff that I taught, the free stuff. Get really good at making your content. Get really good at your video content. Listen back to episode number six of my podcast, where I talk about how to create good content, make that your focus. This is why I tell people, have you maxed out everything that you can do for free? Have you maxed it out? And I'm going to bring this back over here. Have you completely maxed out the free stuff, the content creation, and the five to ten dollars a day with engagement? Have you maxed out making good video content, writing blog posts, creating graphics, making a podcast, talking about content, serving and contributing, posting comments on, you know, different profiles, pages, groups that are in your same market. Which, by the way, like I said, never mention your website, product or service or what you offer, only serve and contribute to their audiences. If you're doing that on somebody else's platform, do not make any mention of that. The goal is, if somebody wants to, they'll circle back around and say, this person brought me so much value, I might want to follow them as well. And then when they come to your page, then you can make offers on your page to join your groups, to consult with you, to follow you. And then what you're doing is then you make content and you find out, you look, you. My goal with content is to get comments, to get shares. Shares. Show when somebody shares your content, they're saying, I agree with this. And this is in alignment with. I would have said it myself. When they're commenting, they are contributing. So then what I try to do is I try to get more comments from people. And then what's creating the most engagement? I also ask people, what do you want me to teach you? And I'm going to ask you this as well. If you're listening to this podcast, tell me, go to the Facebook group, the Grow youw Life Community. Tell me, what's the next thing that you would like me to teach you on this process? What's the next thing that you would like me to come up with in the group? What's the next thing that you would like me to come up with and teach you? And if you do this, you max out everything that you can do on this level, you max it out. Okay. Then you start doing the paid. You know, you follow what I taught. What's working? The funnel going down the pool of content, you loop it to your existing people on Facebook and Instagram because those ones are the. And then once you start getting web traffic, you can start using YouTube, Twitter, Google, Pinterest, because then you can only go based on the web traffic and the actions people are taking on your website or those platforms. Also put all your content on those platforms because you can build audiences on those platforms as well. Then you can start to offer people your product or service. You don't offer it in the initial content. You're only making, serving, contributing your goal. Then when it comes time for you to offer your product or service, it makes sense, it feels natural, it feels organic, it doesn't feel pushy, it doesn't feel salesy. And I'm going to create some training as well on how to help you guys sell more products. I did a podcast on that, how to sell anything with the words that you say. I think it was episode number two. Listen to that as well. That helps you come up with the language of how to sell. If you do this, you can get more traffic to more customers. And then I'm going to ask you this, if anybody's like, you know, I just don't know how to get more traffic or more customers, I'm going to send people to listen to this podcast, to listen to episode number number seven, which by the way, they say if somebody. When most people get to episode number seven of their podcast, they usually quit. We're just getting started, guys. I'm excited for the future episodes of this. If this has impacted you, if this has helped you, if this content has helped you invite people to join the Grow youw Life community to follow the podcast. I can't wait to see how we're going to grow this. I'm on a mission to make over 100,000 seven figure income earners. People in any industry, any niche, any business, not just like I'm not, you know, I'm gonna have a network marketing product that I'm gonna sell you on to join. I want you to be authentically yourself and max out what you're doing. Max out is a word I got from, from Ed Mylett, which by the way, he's another great podcaster you should listen to. Ed Mylett is awesome. Just on the mindset and stuff like that. Here's the deal, guys. I do a giveaway every single week on my Instagram And I literally have not had anybody win it yet within the first 10 minutes of me posting on my Instagram, meaning I post a piece of content within that 10 minutes of when I posted it. You have to leave a comment hashtag, grow your life. In the comments of my post. Not after the 10 minutes. It's not gonna work after that, within the first 10 minutes, I'll pick one person per week up to the. And the same person can only win once per month. One person per week to win free stuff with me. And I'm thinking some free coaching, consulting, I might even do some, some gift cards, giveaways, whatever, come up with that valuable resources for you guys. It'll be different all the time. Go leave Those comments within 10 minutes of when I post on my Instagram. And you can be entered to win in that, in that drawing. And if this has impacted you, if this has helped you listen to this has helped you share this podcast with somebody, share this episode with somebody. It's not just like, you know, the whole podcast affected me, you know, all seven episodes did. So I'm going to share it. It's on an each episode basis. So share this episode with people that need to hear this, share the group with people, invite them into the Facebook group. Go join that group, grow your life. Look that up on Facebook and you'll find it. And we're in this together. We're going to grow together. I believe that you can do great things with your goals, with your destiny, with your calling. And the sky's the limit on where we can go if we do this together. I believe in you guys and that's why I'm going to stick here. I'm gonna keep doing 10 minute videos every single morning on my Facebook page, on my Instagram content, free content. This podcast for you guys, follow it, watch it. It's all part of my funnel that I told you about. And we'll be able to grow together. Grow your life, everybody, and we'll talk soon.
