Hello, everyone. Welcome to the podcast. Jeremiah Krakowski here. And if you haven't listened before, we talk about ways for you to grow in your life and in your business. And I've been helping businesses for the last 17 years reach their goals, six, seven, and eight figures. And that's what I want to help you with today, is starting to take some action to monetize what your vision is. This is something that I've been talking about with a lot of people on social media, my coaching clients, and I want to bring to the table a few strategies that I've been applying recently that have gotten me a lot more results. One of the first strategies is I actually started waking up earlier in the morning. If you're somebody that wakes up in the morning early, you know the benefits of this. I was having trouble focusing throughout my day. I started getting up at 5am and wow, did it make a difference. So if you're not getting up early in the morning, you might want to shift your bedtime just a little bit. I actually have more waking hours, more energy, more clarity just by waking up in the morning. And what I do, I get up and I got a little elliptical over here. We picked it up for like 50 bucks at a garage sale. So that was awesome. I just jump right on it in the morning. And so that gets my cardio going. Have some coffee. And then what I do is I go through a process of reminding myself of who I am. And this is what this topic is about today, is why I talk about this is for the last two years, I had some struggle remembering who I was, remembering my identity. And let me explain what that means is I've helped businesses grow to seven figures. I've created sales copy campaigns that have generated half a million dollars, ad campaigns that generated a quarter of a million dollars in less than 15 days. Actually, we had a client we worked with recently, last month, that did that. And so why would I have an issue with self image? Well, I did because I kept forgetting who I was almost every single morning I had this struggle. And for those of you that kind of understand the concept of self image and the importance of it, this is not a good thing. And what was happening was it was taking me a long time throughout the day to get into my flow. And so getting up early allowed me to get into the flow quicker. I have declaration, statements, affirmations that I read that I've developed over the years. I actually hadn't been reading those for almost four years. You know, I would declare things as they come up I think you've seen my content. I talked about declaring things, but it hadn't really become a part of me to declare the outcome that I want to have, declare my day, declare who I am, and remind myself of who I am. And this concept of who we are, I think gets muddied a little bit. So that's what I want to talk about today is who you, who I am, who we are, and help you develop and grow a little bit in the area of self image as it applies to the areas that may possibly be holding you back from taking action. Okay, so what I found was the reason why I was having trouble taking action in certain things was tied to this repeating loop of self image that was kind of like this lazy person that was unfocused, unmotivated, and I would have like, little, like, glints of, like, energy. And so I was constantly riding this wave throughout the day. Now for the last couple of weeks, since I've been getting up at 5am, it's actually been a consistent flow throughout the day. And the declarations, the self image part of it, the affirmations, has made the biggest difference. And so what is important about this? Well, if we only declare in our lives and believe our present reality, that's what we're going to live out. You know, we're going to see playing out in our life, in reality, the result of whatever we believe about ourselves. And I think this is where sometimes people get this mixed up because they don't want to be entitled, they don't want to be prideful. And so they neglect taking care of themselves, their mental health, the way that they see themselves, and they neglect declaring and affirming the outcome that they want. I've often heard people say this, you know, I'm doing better than I deserve. I was listening to a podcast today where Ed Mylett said, and I agree with this, and you know what? I used to agree with this strongly. And for some reason the last two years I stopped it said, you know, you have to believe that you deserve success. And that may be triggering to some people listening to that. I want to explain that, though, for you, his context for it. If you haven't checked out Ed, by the way, check out his podcast. It's a great supplement to all the stuff that I have. He's like light years ahead of me and a lot of this stuff. And so I pull stuff out of it that will apply for you guys and like to bring them to this. What he said was, you have to believe that you deserve success before it happens. And then he explained, because if you don't, you're going to believe that you deserve failure no matter how hard you work. And you're going to be waiting until somebody else hands you your future or you decide to believe that you finally deserve it. And that really hit me that I had been living my life by forgetting who I am, my self image, as somebody that did not deserve to be wildly successful, that didn't deserve to impact millions of people, that didn't deserve to have the kind of impact even that I'm having. That belief is so twisted that it comes from a place of criticism, of not being good enough, of self judgment, of being harsh, of on myself. And so I know that some of the listeners of this podcast experience that now, if you are somebody that has a healthy self image and you're listening to this, thanks for listening. Still, while I've been going over this topic, I know that many may drop off from this. That's okay. Not everybody has that healthy self image. And so that's the foundation, or that you may have it in one area of life but not another. And specifically when it comes to business is what I want to focus on here, is if we believe, okay, I don't deserve business success, we're going to keep grinding and striving until one day, finally somebody else recognizes us for what we are doing and tells us that we're good enough to finally make the kind of money that we know is possible. If you're waiting for that day, I'm here to tell you right now, you are good enough to make the kind of money that you know is possible in a business right now. But your beliefs and your patterns are what dictate the actions and decisions that you make every single day they play out. And so it starts up here, comes out of the mouth and into the hands and into the eyes and into the ears and into the feet, the nose too, whatever. What I mean by that is when you can visualize the result that you're going after, when you can see it beforehand, we speak it into existence before it happens. And now we have a responsibility to walk it out. Now, I know some people may listen to this and say, yeah, but isn't that being delusional and disconnected from reality? No, it's not. Because what you're doing is you're declaring the action that you're going to take by affirming, I am going to make an additional $5,000 this month. I am going to make $30,000. I am making $30,000 now you might be like, I am not making $100,000 a month. Right? If you're listening to this right now and you're not making that, if you declare, and I would recommend declaring May to five times more than what you're currently making is a good range. Because anybody can pretty much double their income with the right strategy when they go to work and do it. Can't double it in stocks, but you can when it's your own business. Anybody can pretty much double their income. And so if you declare that double I am making xyz, your brain will start to go to work to align with that declaration. And then your eyes, your ears will start to recognize opportunities that open up that lead to that result. You're also partnering with God and saying, this is what we're declaring, this is what we're going after. And so all of this works together. Declaration, visualization, self image, identity, self love. To love ourselves enough to know what we are worth. And I don't mean this from the perspective of narcissistic self love. Narcissistic self love says I'm better than everybody else, so I am superior, and they're all less than me. And that is actually a form of insecurity. That's not a healthy self image. That's not a healthy self love that I'm talking about. That's the self love that I think some people think of when we hear the word self love. But that's not what I'm talking about. And if you're listening to my podcast, I don't think that you're somebody that really would be going in that direction. In fact, you probably would try to avoid being that way, because you've probably seen some people that are that way, that put other people down, that are brash, that are harsh, that are bullies, that try to push other people down to raise themselves up. But that's not you. And so for those of you that are listening to this, your heart's in the right place. You have goals, you have mission, you have vision. What you want to do is start to visualize the next step, whatever the next thing is that you're. What's that very next step that you're going to take towards those goals. And when we start to remember who we are, declaration, I am, that's what it starts with. Not I will or I am probably or even I am in the future. It's I am present reality. You want to use that statement am, and then make the statement, what's that outcome that you want to have. And many times we will struggle with this, usually because there is a belief that we're believing that's a lie of some kind. Some people may be listening to this right now and have a belief that it's wrong to declare those types of things. And so that belief, for this to work, we have to then change that belief to, I am declaring my future and walking in it. Okay. Instead of. It's delusional. I used to think it was delusional. I was a big skeptic, big affirmations skeptic for a long time. Okay. And so when it comes to taking action in our business, how does this apply? Well, when we remember who we are, and for some of us, you may need to get some therapy for that. That too, maybe get some help, some, you know, sozo or inner healing ministry or something like that to help when we replace those lies with the truth. And that term, the truth kind of bugs people. Kind of get some tweaked out on this. This used to get me tweaked out for a while because it's like, okay, well, my present reality is I'm broke. So I'm going to say I'm broke. Yeah. If you keep saying that you're going to be that way, you are going to stay that way. You're. You're essentially just what you see with your eyes. I am. But this is where, when we declare it, when we speak it into existence, we are speaking and programming our mind for who we are by changing the tape and the pattern that's already been there. Okay. And so when we do this, our view of ourself changes. We start to visualize the next step a lot clearer. And those of you that have done this before, you know that if you haven't done it consistently. Consistently, Sorry. I would challenge you to do it consistently. I would challenge you to get more consistent with the self image, with the visualization, with the identity, to get into flow. To get into a flow state, to get into a state of mind where the chaos in your head silences. When we know who we are, we know whose we are, we know what our mission is. The chaos stories start to quiet down and we start to get very clear direction on what our next steps are. And so a flow state is when you can step into doing that without having to think about it, essentially. You know, when I used to do these podcasts, initially, it was hard for me to get into that. Now I only ever record the podcast in a flow state. And what I decided to do recently was Sort of hack myself into getting into a flow state in the beginning of the morning by getting up early, by reminding myself of who I am. Those affirmations, those declarations, you know I am protected by God. These are a couple of mine. I am a priceless prized jewel. Some of you need that one to know your worth. I am not a mistake. I am perfect. And God is pleased with me. I love myself. I can't do anything to make God love me any less. I'm filled with his presence and he is taking my performance and need for control away. I have some others, you know, I am worthy of success. I am a high earning producer. I raise up others to the next level in their lives. I am a profitable advantage to those that I work with. I got a whole list of them on my phone, I got them on here and I read through them in the morning after my elliptical with my coffee and it reminds me of that. And if I get stuck throughout the day, go back to those. And so if you haven't done that, made some statements and declarations of who you are, that's something that you can do. And if you need some help doing that, I'd love to work with some of you as well, to help kind of mentor you through this, to help you start to take action in your business, in your life. I know some of you are still stuck in the old path of experiences that you've had. I know some people especially that are listening to this. Maybe you worked in an environment that was, had a lot of people that were bullying you, that were maybe even abusive, and coming out of that, you don't know what to do next. A lot of my coaching clients actually have a scenario like that which is very interesting. Or maybe you're somebody that you have a vision, but you're just having trouble knowing how to put all the pieces together again. A lot of my coaching clients that I work with have that as well. Or you just want to put some of these mindset and self image pieces together. I'd love to work with you, love to talk with you. You can schedule a 15 minute call on my website and we can talk about this stuff. And so one of the biggest things that you'll want to do is learn how to get into that flow state. I know some of you may have an activity that you can do that gets you a flow state, that you do it naturally. Most of us it's driving a car. And I talked about this last week. But I want to encourage you as well. If you're having Trouble getting into it. Go do that thing that you can do naturally, intuitively, that isn't an effort for you to get your mind in the right direction. Untether yourself from the need to finish everything and do everything perfect and go ride a horse or play the piano or drive your car. Something that'll get. You could be even watching some sports now that sports have started that are gonna get you into that mental state. This is a practice that I do. I go and play my piano or I'll read a book and it'll actually kinda. And I'll disconnect from what I'm doing the work and it'll actually put my brain back into alignment to have more focus and clarity. And then when I come back to my work, there's flow, there's not resistan. What we need to do is we need to shrink the amount of resistance in between us and our goals to make it all fluid and smooth. Okay? And so doing this, the biggest opponent, the biggest nemesis to your goals is not knowing where you're going, not knowing who you are and not visualizing the end result. And so that's kind of the next step is you want to even. And after you do this, something that'll help you get into a flow state, start visualizing your next step. I know a lot of people, we might visualize the whole process. I want you to just focus on visualizing the very next step of what you're gonna do today. Not worry about tomorrow. Start to see it in your head, see what you're gonna do this hour. In fact, just focus on what your next 5 minutes look in your mind. Once you get that picture, go do it. Okay? And you're going to get better at doing this. And so then the idea is throughout the day we're actually visualizing and seeing every single next action that we're taking in real time. We can see it up here. This is what a healthy self image does. And the people who are the most successful do this, they can see it up here, every single next action that they're going to take. And then those actions follow through with focus and discipline. And discipline actually becomes easy. It's no longer hard when you do this. It's no longer difficult to stay consistent. If staying disciplined, staying focused, staying consistent with activities and actions are difficult for you, I would bet that it's tied to something in this area that I talked about today. And so if you've never tried any of this before, try it out, try it out for three days. See what happens. And if you have any questions on the process, let me know. You can head on over to my website and schedule that free 15 minute call. We can talk about what you're going through. Ultimately, we want to get you to the point where you are taking solid action on your, your business goals. Right. Because this formula that we just talked about right now can, can be a daily practice as well. You know, sometimes if we're really stuck remembering some past painful experiences or having flashbacks, we can pray, we can process through it, we can try all these things. But sometimes, and this is going to be kind of a little bit of a challenge for some people, but I'm going to come out and say it. We may have trouble taking action because we're holding on to some kind of bitterness or being offended at somebody that was in our past or even recently related to the activity that we're trying to do. And so as soon as you process through those things, you work through them. You can forgive. By the way, forgiveness doesn't mean full trust and restoration of the previous relationship always. That's something that I think a lot of people don't realize. I didn't. You can forgive. Let it go. Because the idea is you're holding onto this past event, this past hurt, this past pain. When we forgive, we say, okay, that happened. I'm not denying it did, but I'm forgiving what happened and going on and living my life on my terms. When we can do that, it untethers us from those past experiences and it actually accelerates us to the next level. And so if by listening to this, maybe you still feel stuck, it might be something related to that as well. I know I've made a lot of bold statements in this podcast episode. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. Love to hear what you think about this, how you've applied it, what kind of results you've gotten, if anything. Yeah, have a conversation.
