A Prayer of Sacrifice
In this short devotional video, speaker Jeremiah Tipton delivers a heartfelt prayer aimed at individuals who feel they are holding onto something that hinders full surrender to Jesus. He asks God, through the Holy Spirit, to grant strength to let go, silence the enemy’s temptations, rescue the listener from worldly cares, and empower immediate obedience to the Spirit’s prompting. The prayer emphasizes trust in God’s good plans, a desire for higher spiritual heights, and a plea for swift response to divine direction. After the prayer, Tipton invites viewers to type “amen” in the comments as a sign of agreement and concludes with a reflective challenge: “What’s waiting for you on the other side of your act of obedience?” The overall tone is pastoral, encouraging, and earnest, aiming to inspire personal surrender and active faith.
