Why is it that many Christians believe they are cursed? Simply put, it's because of the circumstances in which they find themselves. They think that because they are suffering, because they are going through a trial, that that therefore is somehow proof that they're under some demonic hex that they can't break, or that something in their generations past occurred that is causing things to happen. If I say to you, you're going to see several silver cars as you drive down the road today, because you're now looking for silver cars, silver cars will become more commonplace and you're going to go, my Goodness, there are a lot of silver cars on the road today. Well, nothing changed but your perspective. Good things and bad things happen to everyone. Here's the mistake the Christian makes. Many Christians hyperfocus on just the bad, and then that becomes a sign to them that they're under some curse. I will boldly proclaim, you cannot curse who God has blessed. The Christian is so blessed that even when bad things happen, they're still loved by God.
