A speaker argues that deception and scarcity mindset block healing. He says sickness isn't God's will but the enemy's work, and heaven has no sickness. Believers should pray for healing based on Scripture, not emotions or rationalizations.

Deception can cause sickness. When I go to pray for someone, someone will say, oh no, I don't need my healing. Pray for someone else. They deserve it more than I do. What's their misconception? They have a scarcity mentality. They think that God has to remove their miracle from them in order to give it to someone else, but God's not running short on miracles. Or they may say, well, God's testing me, so I'm just gonna kind of hold on to this sickness. Yes, trials can test us, but that doesn't mean that sickness is God's will. Sickness is a work of the enemy. Sickness is a result of our fallen world. We pray that God's will be done in earth as it is in heaven. Is there sickness in heaven? Of course not. So while we believe for the healing, we have to be grounded on biblical truth, not on emotion, not on what we think is rational, not on what others think is more palatable or more acceptable or what the crowds wanna hear. We stand on the word firmly, and it is on that place we stand believing for our healing.
