In this sermon excerpt, Jeremiah Tipton challenges listeners who complain that their prayers have gone unanswered to examine their own behavior. He argues that God grants people choices and that the outcomes of their lives stem from those choices. The speaker emphasizes the need for genuine diligence—applying oneself fully, not merely going through the motions—and for consistently sowing spiritual seeds with excellence. He stresses that perseverance, obedience, and consistent well‑doing, even when unseen or unrewarded, are essential because God ultimately brings the harvest. The message calls believers to act, obey, and maintain maximum excellence, trusting that the seeds they plant will yield a divine harvest in due time.

Stop saying things like, well, I've been praying for so long and God still hasn't done it. Instead, ask yourself, what am I doing that's blocking the favor of God in my life? Because I believe that God gives to us choice. And I believe that the lives that we live, the lives that we experience, are a result of the choices that we make. Are you diligent? Are you applying yourself? Not just going through the motions, but I mean actually working through and applying everything that you are dedicating Leading every aspect of who you are unto the glory of God. That is what it means to continue to persevere. That is what it means to continue to sow seed. That is what it means to wait on the harvest. It is to act. It is to obey, to do everything you can with maximum excellence. And when you do this, don't grow weary in well-doing. Do it consistently, even if no one seems to be looking. Do it consistently, even if at first it doesn't yield results. Seeds by their nature produce harvest later than they're planted. You plant, you water, but God ultimately brings the harvest, but you must keep going.
