The key is to keep asking and praying, but how do you stay encouraged to continue praying when you feel like quitting? Here's something I've learned to do. Whenever I come up against a problem, a disappointment, or a long season of being stuck, instead of making myself anxious by saying, I just don't know how this is going to work, I look at my life as an exciting story being written by God, and I say, I can't wait to see how God gets me out of this one. Somehow, some way, God is going to pull it off. Let the fire of faith keep your prayer burning. Don't allow delay or doubt to snuff out the flame. Keep asking. God will not fail you.
