Chapters
Elisha's servant saw nothing but enemies surrounding them. He panicked, overwhelmed by fear. But Elisha prayed, Lord, open his eyes. And suddenly, the servant saw the hills filled with chariots of fire. The enemies were still there, but now the servant could see who was really in control. Fear blinds you to God's reality. Faith opens your eyes to see it. What looks impossible to you is already settled in heaven. What looks overwhelming to you is already surrounded by God's army. Don't let fear dictate what you see. Pray, Lord, open my eyes. When faith finally opens your eyes, like the servant, you'll see that God was fighting for you all along.
