Your soul has four parts: mind, will, emotions, and personality. When you choose between right and wrong, the decision starts in your mind, gets shaped by your will, and shows up in your body. That's where free will actually lives.
Your soul consists of your mind, your will, your emotions, and your personality. That is, your mind, what you think, your will, what you desire, your emotions, what you feel, your personality, how you are. So when we talk about the mind and we talk about the will and we talk about your emotions, this all has to do with the soul, which is the realm of decision. That is, this is where you make your choices. This is where you exercise the power of free will. And so when you're presented with either doing something godly or ungodly, that begins in the mind, that's exercised in the will. It may express itself in the body, that is, the soul may use the body as the vehicle, but really that decision is being made in the realm of the soul.
