God will capture your attention. He captures your attention. He pulls you away to recalibrate you, to reset your priorities, to get your attention again. We get so distracted by the things of this world, but now there's this season where there's this hunger for his presence that, like a fire in your heart, begins to grow. And there's this almost obsession with things like prayer and the word and worship, and you just love Being in his presence, nothing else matters. Those moments of invitation where God invites you into a deeper place. And that is one of the signs, that hunger that develops in you for that secret place, that intensification, that growing fire in your heart. That is one of the signs that God is about to give you an instruction.
