There was many times that Oral talked to me about did I want his mantle. And so now here I am, Jeanne and I, in the hospital. So I took my left hand and I put it in his right hand and I felt the presence of God. I felt the heaviness and the weight of that gift. And God said to me, this is not for you. I gave this to you to give away. I believe with all of my heart that God has given me the permission and even the mandate to take whatever it is that I receive from Oral, whatever it is I've learned, whatever it is, whatsoever I've learned freely I received, that God would give me that opportunity to release that to you. Because I feel like there's no other person on the planet that I've known and met that has the heart for healing and deliverance like you. I want to lay hands on you and release what I feel is a mandate to pick up that mantle and to carry it to this generation. When I took Oral's hands and then God said to me, this is not for you, it's to give away, and I'll tell you who. So right now, In obedience to God, no emotion, no hype, but just simply obedience through the doctrine of the laying on of hands. Whatsoever Oral gave me, whatsoever I freely received, I give to you by the laying on of hands. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, may the gift of miracles and healing and deliverance May his sphere of spiritual authority be enlarged. May his capacity for anointing increase. And now, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and through the doctrine of the laying on of hands, I now release this. Freely I've received whatsoever I have is now given to you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
