In this short monologue, the speaker asserts that praying in tongues every day leads to marked spiritual character growth. By consistently yielding to the Holy Spirit through faith‑filled, intentional tongues prayer, a believer experiences increased patience, kindness, love, joy, and a stronger ability to resist temptation. The talk frames daily tongues prayer as a practical means of allowing God to work on one’s character and become more like Jesus.

Praying in tongues every single day, you will see that your character begins to mature. You become grounded spiritually, and God begins to work on your character. Your patience is increased, kindness, love, joy. Your ability to resist temptation is strengthened. And this is as you begin to yield to the Holy Spirit daily in this way, praying in this manner with faith and expectation and spiritual intention.
