In this brief devotional exhortation, the speaker confronts the listener’s spiritual darkness, proclaiming that the Holy Spirit’s light is dissolving it. The speaker declares that Jesus is bearing the burdens weighing on the listener’s marriage, emotions, and family, and rebukes these oppressive forces in Jesus’ name. The prayer calls the audience to affirm the deliverance boldly, ending with a collective “Amen.”
I come against that darkness that's been hovering over your mind, and today I declare that the light of the Holy Spirit is dissolving that darkness. Today I declare that the Lord Jesus himself is carrying that burden that's been resting on your shoulders, that's been affecting your marriage, your emotions, your family, that's been destroying your life. I rebuke it in the name of the one whom I serve. Be made whole, be set free. In the name of Jesus, we pray. And I want you to say it boldly because you believe it. Say a big amen. Amen.
