A sermon on why persistent guilt over confessed sins comes from Satan, not God. The enemy uses your past to steal the joy of salvation. Reject those accusations and embrace your new identity in Christ.

The voice of accusation is the voice of the demonic. If you're being constantly accused for sins you've repented of, it's not the voice of God. If you're being constantly accused for sins that you've confessed to God, then that's not the voice of God. That's the voice of the devil. Listen to me now. The enemy will constantly bring up your past to you, and some of you are finding it really hard to experience the joy of salvation because you're constantly being reminded of your mistakes. It's time to come away from that kind of thinking. It's time to step into the realization that you indeed are a new creation. Mission.
