Jesus's words are spirit and life, not just information to understand. The Bible demands spiritual engagement, not intellectual analysis. Receiving it means letting it transform you from the inside out.
Information informs, revelation transforms. The Bible isn't just a natural text, it's supernatural. The words that Jesus speaks are spirit and life. And so to properly receive the word, you have to understand that it goes just beyond philosophy. It goes just beyond knowledge. So you have to receive it deep within your spirit, not just within your mind.
