God evaluates how you steward the time, energy, and resources He gives you. Faithful management of what belongs to God leads Him to bless you with greater responsibility and opportunity.

It's something that God looks for. He looks for good stewardship before he will promote you to greater levels of responsibility. How are you spending the time that he's given you? How are you spending the energy that he's given you? How are you spending the resources that he's given to you? He looks at these things and he looks at how we are taking care of what truly belongs to him. And as we do well with what he's given to us, he then blesses us with greater levels of responsibility.
