In this devotional sermon, the speaker draws on the biblical account of Joseph, emphasizing that his prophetic dream was not his own invention but a direct impartation from the Holy Spirit. The speaker argues that the Holy Spirit is the "Spirit of the Dreamer," who reveals glimpses of future destiny and sustains the dreams He plants within believers. By contrasting the Spirit’s sustaining power with human failure, sin, and doubt, the sermon exhorts listeners not to dismiss or abandon their God‑given visions, asserting that if the Spirit placed a dream, He will also keep it alive until its fulfillment.

Chapters

When God wanted to save nations, he gave Joseph a prophetic dream that helped him to prepare his region of the world for a severe and lengthy famine. Because of this, Pharaoh said of Joseph, can we find anyone else like this man, so obviously filled with the Spirit of God? Dreams weren't Joseph's invention. They were the Spirit's impartation. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the Dreamer. He shows you glimpses of your future. He whispers visions of destiny. And when your past screams at you, when failure mocks you, when sin reminds you of your flaws, it's the Spirit who keeps that dream alive. You didn't give yourself that divine vision, and you can't kill what God has planted. If the Spirit placed the dream, then the Spirit will sustain the dream. That's why you haven't let go, even when you wanted to quit. Don't despise the dream. Don't dismiss it as fantasy. If God gave it, he has plans to fulfill it. The Holy Spirit is keeping your dream alive because it's his dream in you.
