A pastor argues that experiencing God's presence directly is uniquely satisfying and makes all other desires fade away. Once you sense the Lord in the room, nothing else can compare or fulfill you the same way.
Once you've tasted this, you are ruined for anything else. Nothing else will satisfy once you've tasted it. Once you've had a true encounter in the presence of the Lord, once you've had a true experience in his Holy Spirit's sweet presence, that manifestation where you can sense him in the room with you, once you've had that, nothing else will do. Nothing else again will ever fulfill. Nothing else again will ever matter as much as the presence of the Lord.
