Here's some spiritual warfare intel. When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, it passes through dry places seeking rest but finds none. Then it says, I will return to my house from which I came. And when it comes, it finds it empty, swept, and put in order. Then it goes and brings with it 7 other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there. And the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it be also with this It wanders through the desert, so demons are bound to the earthly realm. They seek rest but find none, so demons grow weak without a host. Notice that the Scripture says, it says, therefore demons speak. The phrase, I will return, reveals that demons have wills and that they return to seek out influence. And when it comes, it finds it empty, swept, and put in order. Here we see that demons observe. They observe. And that they cannot reenter Christians, as Christians are not empty, but the demons will seek influence in whatever way they can have it. Finally, we read, then it goes and brings with itself 7 other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there.
