Jeremiah Tipton teaches that physical healing is God's will, then addresses why it sometimes doesn't happen. He names four obstacles: doubt, demonic oppression, deception, and disobedience. When you've ruled those out and still see no healing, he says keep believing God's promises anyway, not your circumstances.

Yes, healing is God's will. Yes, healing is in the atonement. Yes, we are told to have faith for healing. Yes, doubt can block the miracle. Yes, demons can block the miracle. Deception and disobedience can block the miracle. But what do you do when you've ruled all those out? I mean, truly, you've done some seeking, you've done some praying, you've done some self-reflection, you've asked the Lord to help you discern what's going on. You've dealt with the demonic. There's nothing in your life you can point to. There's no, Open door for influence. There's no dabbling in witchcraft. There's no rebellion. There's no disobedience or sin. There's no doubt. Maybe you've come to this place of faith where everything in you believes, every fiber of your being believes God is gonna do the miracle. Maybe you've dealt with all those misconceptions, the deception of how you misapply scripture to kind of be dismissive of God's healing power and just accept sickness as a part of God's will. What do you do then when the miracle doesn't manifest? Here's where you trust. Here's where you have to learn to say, I'm going to continue to obey God and I'm going to continue— and this is so key— I'm going to continue to believe the Word, not what my rational mind wants to cling to. You have to decide, am I going to go based on what my experience tells me or what the Word of God tells me? Am I going to go based on my emotions? Am I going to go based on truth? Am I going to go based on what others tell me is rational? Or am I going to go based on what's the most rational? That is believing the Word of God. You have to decide.
