The Holy Spirit doesn't hold back. The problem isn't getting more of it but releasing more through total surrender. You have everything you need to obey God, which means you have no excuse unless you refuse to yield.
You have the Holy Spirit, but does the Holy Spirit have you? He does not hold back. Are you holding back from him? So the question is not about receiving more, getting more, obtaining more. It's about releasing more through surrender to him, recognizing your identity. You are accepted. You are one with the Holy Spirit. You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. You are a child of the Most High. You do belong in the You are a member of the church. You have been called by God. You do have spiritual gifts. He is going to give you the words to say, and he is the strength in your weakness. There is no excuse when the Holy Spirit provides everything that we need to do everything that God commands us to do. But are you yielded?
