Rimon PC ditches the traditional law firm hierarchy for a flat, spherical structure where lawyers and clients connect directly with partners across practice areas. The firm uses cloud computing and video conferencing to collaborate in real time and deliver results faster, with incentive models that align lawyer and client interests.

One of the things I really like about Ramone is that it is law firm evolved. The law is a very conservative profession, and Ramone as a law firm has been structured from the very beginning— its strategic plan is to be much more in tune with its clients and the changing nature of business. I mean, after all, we are in the 21st century.
I like the lawyers. They're energetic, intelligent, and they have an internal entrepreneurial spirit.
The way people interact, the way people work together, has completely changed in the last 10, 20 years. However, traditional law firms pretend that that's not happened. They're still acting like we're in the 1950s. They have hierarchical structure, they have face time, spend a lot of money on fancy office space nobody goes to. So we looked around and we said, well, how do people actually work together? How do they actually interact with their friends and their colleagues? What would be optimum? And what are other companies doing outside our industry? And we saw that cloud computing had changed things. We saw that lack of hierarchy had been extremely successful in other areas like Google. And we also saw that using social networks, video conferencing, would allow for actually better collaboration and integration.
At Ramone, it's more of a spherical structure where I can reach out directly to the partners that I want to work with in different practice areas, in different locations, whatever I need. I don't need to go through any bureaucracy or committees to get to the right person.
I'm interested in getting results quickly and doing so without bureaucracy and old-fashioned overhead. We love working with Ramon for those reasons. We want direct access without a lot of fanfare to the expert lawyers we need for a particular problem, and this business model, which is really quite innovative, is very much in keeping with the times and culture of how we do business nowadays.
We deliver value that incentivizes everyone to work together. That incentivizes the distribution of services to the client at greater value, and that incentivizes us as practitioners and us as partners in a way that other law firms don't.
Part of building Ramone for our lawyers and for our clients is primarily devoted to providing our lawyers with everything they need to be successful. All the time, quickly. That's it. That's the job.
