Hey guys, it's Jim Johnson here and it is day 24 of 365 hard and it's Tuesday, making it two minute drill Tuesday. And so today I want to talk to you about recognition. What you get through positive reinforcement, this ability to recognize people for the contributions and value that they have given you. And making it a habit, doing it each and every day looking for the opportunities to find the good in what people do instead of the negative in what people do. When you find the good, you get more good. When you find the bad, you get more bad. Just simple, absolutely easy to follow habit that creates an amazing culture of people wanting to get recognized. Make sure that when you recognize somebody, you recognize them in front of people and in private. But if you have something negative to say one on one, not in front of everybody else, it'll eliminate the drama in your business. Hope this helps you out today. Quick little drill you can practice every day to improve your culture.
