A short YouTube monologue by Mervyn Keon about his experience with outsourced workers. He reports that outsourced staff are thankful, eager to learn, loyal, and rarely absent, and argues this contrasts with frequent complaints from U.S. business owners who say domestic workers (including Gen X and Gen Z) lack motivation and commitment.
I have never felt like any of the folks have worked for me with Mervyn Keon that are my outsource. People hate showing up to work. I've never felt like they love it. They're so thankful for it. They're excited about it. They want to learn more. We say, hey, we've got a new opportunity for you. Once you kind of learn this. Oh yeah, please let me learn it. They want to become more valuable, uber loyal. They don't miss a day. Like, it's just crazy. And this is the number one complaint you hear from business owners today in America is people are lazy, they're not motivated, they don't want to work hard. Gen X, Gen Z. They're, they just, they're not bought into what it is I'm doing. Well, you'll have a whole different experience whenever you meet some of these folks because they're just, they're just grateful, super grateful to be a part of something they see as special.
