A short YouTube video transcript excerpt of a conversation between Jim Johnson and another speaker about the acronym "BPO" and its meaning/relevance for contractors. The speaker is asked to explain BPO and why it is valuable, framed as helping contractors avoid negative experiences Jim Johnson alludes to.
And you mentioned this acronym, this acronym bpo. I don't know how many contractors know what that means, but could you kind of explain what that is and why.
It might be a.
Valuable thing to.
Somebody that.
Helps them avoid the experience I went through.
BPO stands for business process Outsourcing. And for the biggest companies in North America this is kind of old half for them. Right. And oftentimes really big businesses that have P functions might turn to a BPO company to basically say I got this customer service issue and I need to figure out how I can have 24, seven coverage chatbots, people answering the phone, whatever it looks like. Yeah, we do, we do. And look, it's tough. Everybody has their own, their own process for this stuff and everybody has their own appetite for, for spending this kind of time. Right. It's easy for me to sit back here and say it's going to take a little couple steps back to get 10 steps forward if you follow this.
