Hey, guys, Jim Johnson here, head coach at Contractor Coach Pro. And I wanted to share a video with you today that was just a little bit different. I had a big change this week. I became a grandfather. And I don't know, I don't think I look old enough to be a grandfather, and I sure don't act old enough. But it's something that has just absolutely changed the way I see things. There's this new little baby that is my daughter's child. And to see your kid have a kid, it is something that you just really can't wrap your head around until it actually happens. And it was a time in my life where I wouldn't take time to recognize that I didn't take the time that I probably wanted to with my family. I was so driven by work and really competition, trying to be the best and all that other stuff, when really all I needed to be was present. And I think my kids would probably say I was a pretty good dad. But there are times where, you know, I wish I could have been there for that baseball game, that basketball game, whatever those events were. And I hope I can be there for as many of those as I possibly can. With the Bandit, better wise known as Owen Wilder Milas, my new grandson. I'm going to try to be at as many of those things as I can. You've only got one life. It doesn't really last all that long in the big scheme of things. Don't pass up that time with your family. Business is important, don't get me wrong. And life isn't balanced. Sometimes we have to work really hard, especially when we have a new business. But put in that hard work and then be present. Spend that time with your family. Make a difference in those that are around you. Share what you've learned, share your wisdom. Hopefully I've gained a little bit that I can share with little Owen as he gets older. But, man, I just want to let you guys know I'm super happy about it. And it's kind of changed the way I'm looking at what we do as a company and how we help you guys. We're always present with, always out there to love, serve and care for you guys. But I want to be just a little bit better, a little bit more present, a little bit more deep in those relationships and talk not just about business, but about life and how we can get better at it, how we can do a better job of being human beings to the other human beings around us and taking the time to truly listen instead of talk and understand where somebody else is coming from. Be present for that conversation because that's where you go from a relationship to being in fellowship with the people that are around you. Hope you found this valuable today.
