A brief YouTube coaching moment (Nathan introduces guest Ryan Groth of the Sales Transformation Group). Ryan's main point: when things break during rapid effort or growth, that breakdown is a sign you're pushing forward rather than failing. He urges business owners to reframe breakdowns as indicators to fix, learn, and tighten systems rather than as purely negative events.

Hey everybody. I'm here with Ryan Groth from the sales transformation group and he's got a guest coaching moment for us. What's on your mind, Ryan? Thanks, Nathan. Glad to be here. Alright, here's my coaching moment. Okay. Yes, you've heard the term, if you're not growing, you're dying. But look, if stuff's not breaking, it means you're not growing and you're not trying to. Some perspective I think we all need is, look, when we're growing and we're giving it our best, we're putting the foot to the metal, to the gas pedal, stuff's gonna break down. And I think that a lot of owners make the bad decision and you know, the bad belief is stuff's going wrong and that's a bad thing. Surely if it's not solved for and resolved, it's gonna stay a pretty bad thing. But the good news is, is that if stuff's breaking, stuff's leaking, stuff's just falling apart. That's an indicator that you're moving in a direction of growth. So give yourself the right perspective. The hammers, you know, your tools, they're not gonna break. If you're not using it, stuff's gonna break. Just are we gonna see that it's time to fix it, make it better and learn from it and tighten up the system because. But yeah, that's something I need to teach myself and I'm helping myself out and I hope that helps you today. Awesome.
