The next question I had in mind was how important or what role do you feel that the vision of a leader has in inspiring their team? Or do you feel like it's more of a combined effort for everyone to accomplish their individual goals?
I think it's most important for the leader to set the tone. Certainly you have to bring people together and then bring ask for their input. You know, I've always used the expression of you don't have to have a title to be a leader and I've tried to instill that in all the people that have ever worked for me. I want to be a humble leader versus a leader that tells people what to do. I'd rather ask people to what is your what do you want to bring to your position? What do you want to bring to your company? And then build on both what my vision is and what their reason for being employed and being part of the team is.
