One of the things that people will make a mistake on is they tend to think that hiring somebody to their business is like a silver bullet. It'll solve their time problems, it'll solve their capacity problems. They'll be able to get all the projects done that they should be trying to get done. When in fact, if you're not prepared to hire somebody, having processes and job descriptions and understanding the objective of hiring that person in the first place, just hiring somebody could actually create more work for you. So in this coaching moment, we just want to make sure that you understand that there's back end things that need to be done so that when you hire somebody, you and they are successful.
