Hey, everybody, I'm here with Michael Gogan for a guest coaching moment. What do you have for us, Michael?
Yeah, so I want to just talk quickly about communication and the. The importance of communication all the way through your jobs. I think a lot of times, contractors maybe are really good at communicating up front, and then that communication just trickles off throughout the process. And, you know, when you're thinking about the power of referrals in the contracting world, they're everything. And the best way to give that, you know, end user a great experience is communicating from start to finish, making sure they know exactly what to expect. Set those expectations up front, make sure you deliver on those expectations. I think it's going to set you up for a lot of referrals. A lot of great reviews. Awesome, dude.
