David at Texas Select Construction based in Fort Worth, Texas. Hey, it was a good, good meeting. Got a lot of good information, especially about training and how to train salespeople and production people as they come on. Really, really good information. Kind of a fire hose of information. And then we get back, we're gonna break it down. Training, training, component of it, having a systematic approach to training and not just winging it. Not just throwing a guy in your truck for two days and just slap him on the back and say, okay, have fun. Found out about Cotton Character Coach Pro by YouTube. Just saw a couple videos on there, went into a little bit further dig on it, saw some free videos and then bought the training system from Jim and just never looked back. They definitely helped me transition from being working for another company and start my own company this year and just highly recommend it to anybody who wants to learn more about training processes, advertising. It's just anything within the roofing contracting scope.
