Boys just ended the week with a little one called Clothes Tree. It happened exactly like we went over this morning. Crazy. He said, I need to think about it. As soon as he said that, I said, gotcha, boy. Went over it, overcame the objection, pressed hard on it, gave him the marking agreement, got down to the marking agreement, and he's gonna be selling his home in six months. So we messed with packages. I was showing them the. The basic solution, gave him the market agreement on it. And then after we gave him the marketing, but then he starts saying, well, you know, I do want to get my. My. The third bid. You know, I'm always, you know, big. You know, kind of just a thing that I do, right? So he just, like we talked about today, objection hopping. Now he started saying that he need to get three estimates. And I knew that by the way he was saying it, that I had him and I just need to press a little hard. I never even went to the detained price. I say, on the market agreement. I said, look, Eric, we. You and I both know, you know, from what you just said, you know, you obviously see the quality in us, and I appreciate that. And so look, you see the quality in us. You know, this needs to get done. And the last thing you want is to, you know, pay money for. For a roof and you have the inspector coming out when you try to sell the home, and now you're having to do a bunch of repairs or you're having to worry about the quality of work that was done to your roof, right? When you go to sell your home and you have trouble selling. So why don't we just get this now and, man, let's just not worry about this any longer than we have to, and let's just get it signed up at the, you know, at the 15, 900 with the, you know, marketing agreement. Boom. Signed up, one call closed.
