Foreign. Hey, this is Dominic Frazier with Frazier Roofing. I met contractor coach pro Jim Johnson years ago when he was traveling around the country with Certainteed. And I called him up, him and Nathan Thibodeau earlier in this year because our company had grown so far so fast, we needed coaching, and we had been with certain coaches throughout the industry. But Jim just has that zen, cool, calm and collected vibe. And he treated his organization like a sports team, which I could relate to because I was a high school football coach. So we called him up and again, we were growing way too fast. He came in and introduced us on how to work on our business, not work in our business. And that's made all the difference. We've gone from a mom, mom pop opera operation where I was doing everything to a, you know, eight figure roofing company. And we're five offices, four in Georgia, one in South Carolina. And with contractor coach pro Jim Johnson, Nathan Thibodeau, you cannot go wrong. Those guys have given us the processes, the procedures to just overcome a lot of the stress that comes with this roofing industry.
