Short coaching clip (YouTube) in which Reggie Brock (Beacon Supply) discusses living a legacy: you can only leave what you have lived, so live now in ways you want to be remembered; it's not too late to change if you have breath in your lungs.
Hey, everybody. Coach Thibodeau with contractor Coach Pro here with my man.
Reggie Brock.
From Beacon Supply, bringing us our celebrity coaching moment. What do you have for us, Reggie?
So it's interesting to be at my stage in life. The most interesting question I'm asked now, I think, is this. When you're gone, what will people think and say about you? And here's what I've learned. You will leave only what you have lived. So you can't leave a legacy that you didn't live. So my encouragement to you today is this. Whatever you want to be remembered by, you better be living now. The good news is, even if you've made decisions that you know are not going to leave a lasting good thought or a taste in people's mouth about you, if you've got breath in your lungs today, you can change it. There's the time. There's still time on the clock. So just remember this. If you don't like where you're at today regarding what people are thinking about you, it's up to you to tomorrow get up and make a change. Because believe me when I tell you, you're only going to be able to leave what you've lived.
