I think as I got more mature and as I got more successful in our main business, I could see the, the, you know, the distance between the premium Tier one system and then the, the, the, the contractors in tier 3 or tier 4 that are down, that are struggling, that are trying to make ends meet and, you know, getting bruised and battered every day on a job and just getting no support. And it's just like, you know, we were getting a lot of inquiries. It's like, you know, how do you reach out to these people without. Because I can't take people off the jobs or the projects that we have because nobody's going to pay the same rate for these at that level. So how do you actually give, how do you put that information into these people's hands and give them something tangible that they can actually make their people safe? Because it's, as you just alluded to, there should be no secret with safety. It should be just open book and we should all learn and we should all grow together. Yeah, you would think, right? Let's keep people safe.
