Short excerpt from a YouTube video (uploaded by Jim Johnson, Sept 29, 2022) where speakers describe how the Mission Control Retreat helps participants by providing cross-industry feedback (solar, HVAC, gardening, sprinklers), guided instruction on forming a one-year strategy, and dedicated work time with facilitator support so attendees leave with tangible, written plans.

Getting the feedback from different people throughout the industry. There's people from solar, from H vac, gardening, sprinklers. They all same types of problems.
Instead of them just sitting up there talking to you the whole time, they really give you instructions on how to formulate a good strategy for the next year, and then they give you time to work on it, and then they help you with what you've written down. You really come out with something tangible.
