We want to thank Signpost. What a great way to create raving fans with our business is being able to communicate with them, stay on top of what their concerns are and get them into that marketing funnel so our sales team can go out there and do what they do best, which is take in prospects and turn them into customers for our business. One of the things that we get hit with all the time is I'm struggling to hire a good quality sales team or good quality rep. And it's a competitive market out there. There's all kinds of factors that are playing into it. It's the number one thing that we hear every day. I'm having a hard time finding great salespeople and there's a lot of factors that are creating this competitive market. There was a pandemic which created a lot of opportunity to either go out on your own and kind of figure out your own thing and chase your own dreams. There's the stimulus money that keeps coming in. It's keeping people at home. And so when you have a competitive market like that, you have to position yourself better than your competition. You can't just be like everybody else because if you're exactly like everybody else, you're a commodity and there's no reason for me to engage with you. And so one of the big things I always ask whenever somebody says, hey, can you help me hire more sales reps? My first question back to them is, would you work for you? And that sometimes slows people down a little bit. Either they'll answer me rashly, and they'll say, of course I would, or if I tell them, hey, slow down for a second. Just close your eyes. Walk into your office and picture your office, what it looks like, your team and how they act, the culture that you have in your business. If somebody, a stranger off the street, walked in that door, would they want to be a part of that? And so that's step one. Like, you got to kind of figure that out first.
