Know, one thing I've learned about a lot of people that have had success is they all have big goals. And I make every one of my employees write their goals down at the end of the year. But business or personal, I'm obviously personal. They don't have to share with me business, I make them share with their management team. And I want to know what your goals are. And I by the way, I highly recommend you write down personal goals. You don't have to share them with anybody, but you should have goals. It doesn't have to all be business related. You should live off of making a goals list and making sure that you stay on track and maintain that experience.
