Foreign. Hi, welcome to Mission Control Retreat. If you're wondering, hey, have you contractor coach pro people come up with another new thing? Not exactly. If you're familiar with us, you're probably also familiar with our annual strategy conference. We do it every single year. We've been doing it for years at the end of the year, and we're simply renaming that thing to the Mission Control Retreat because we feel like that actually is a better representation of what it is we're doing when we're there. We hope you agree, we hope you like it, and we hope to see you there. If you're not familiar with our annual strategy conference, which is now called the Mission Control Retreat, here's what we're doing while we're there. You, as an owner or as a leader or as a manager at your company, should be gathering every single year with the rest of the leaders and managers and owners of the business to analyze all the different areas of your company in light of what was accomplished. What wasn't accomplished? Did we hit our goals? Did we not hit our goals? What worked, what didn't, what things need to be improved, what things are working great and what things should we probably see simply get rid of. Furthermore, how are we doing in accomplishing our major overall objectives for the company? How close are we getting to the vision that we have for what we're trying to accomplish? These are the things we should be doing every single year. So enter Mission Control Retreat. This is not a conference. There are no keynote speakers, there's no breakout sessions, there's no panels. Just world class coaches, world class industry partners, you, your leadership team, and other companies seeking to move their business to the next level as well. We do this over the course of four days. Two of those days are virtual and over those virtual days, we're going to do that back end business analysis, understanding where we were, what happened, where we are now. Then with that information, we're to going. We're going to gather in person for two full days, December 7th and 8th. And in those meetings, we're going to build what exactly it is we're after next year. Our mission for 2023. By the time you leave, you will have your major objectives, you will have projects, you will have things that you need to do, people, people that they're assigned to. And you'll be ready to start the first quarter of 2023 with a bang, often running fully ready to try and execute and tackle that year better than you ever have before.
