Hey, guys, it's Jim Johnson here, the head coach at Contractor Coach Pro, and I am on a mission to create 365 straight days of valuable content for you contractors. And I'm pumped. I'm going to be doing a webinar with CompanyCam coming up next week on how to develop an epic mission. And today is Epic Mission Monday. So what are the five key components of creating an epic mission? First, we have to have a solid core, core philosophy, A culture that's magnetic to others, that draws them in and repels the ones that we don't want. Secondly, we have to have a B hack, a big, hairy, audacious goal. This strategic intent that we're after. We're going to get deep into what that means in that webinar. Third, we have to have a vision. Think of it as your sales pitch, what you're going to accomplish over the next three years and the part that others can play in that, and the opportunity it creates for them, how it will benefit them. Number four, you have to have a sitrep or your situation report. You need to understand where you currently are. And then number.
