First primary objective in this phase three, friends and family, is organization and optimization. The second primary objective is preparation. We got to have some leaders who can take responsibility, who can take some ownership and some authority and have some autonomy over the people that report to them. If we can reduce the chaos and increase those efficiencies, odds are we can actually maintain our overhead, possibly reduce it, but actually begin to do more with, with fewer mistakes and less headaches and less stress. Staying right where you're at and optimizing and improving and organizing will have a huge net benefit to your business.
