Side, that's really good. I'm glad that you're, you're seeing that because it is two sides. There's this, hey, there's this way to grow the business by having more business knowledge and more savvy about that kind of stuff, whether it's technology or processes or whatever it is that you're working on in your business. But there's this personal side of gaining knowledge and wisdom and instruction that it helps us lead better, to lead better lives, to have better relationships that I think is actually more valuable than the business stuff like. But if you have that, the business stuff starts to become natural to you. There's a technical side to the business thing that I could always hire somebody for, but on the personal growth side, I can never hire somebody to replace me.
