Hey, everybody, it's Jim Johnson here, the head coach at Contractor Coach Pro. With Take two, my audio was off and I apologize for that. We'll get it right this time. But I wanted it was so important. I didn't just let it go like this Roofcon conference is super important, and it's something that everybody needs to hear more about. It's something I'm super passionate about. And the guy putting it on is one of the most passionate people I've seen in this industry, Hunter Ballou. And the way that he goes about doing things is really to serve others, to serve his people that work for him at Cornerstone Construction, to serve others with this event. And he wants it to be different. And it truly is going to be different. I'm honored to be one of the keynote speakers there. I'm going to be talking about goal setting and accountability and just how cool we can do that in a way that gets massive results without feeling so overwhelmed by it. It's actually motivational. Get you moving there. And I'm going to put a spin on it that you haven't probably seen before. I'm excited to see all of you guys. That's really the thing I'm probably most excited about is seeing all the contractors hanging out with you guys. I love sharing. I love giving you guys advice. I love hearing what's working for you. I can't wait to see my clients. I can't wait to see our vendor partners. Being a founding member of the Callus Group and one of the sponsors of Roofconn is exciting for me because we get to share with you guys. We do a lot of that with, like, there's. It's free. Like, we want you to be great. If you want coaching, that's fine too. But we want to give you the opportunity to be successful out there in the field. And so come by our booth, check us out, ask us any question. We'll give you what the best answers are that we have available, and if we don't have them, we'll find them for you. I'm also, like, ecstatic to see some of the other speakers that are there. There's a lot of solid sales folks there. You got Dale Childress, Ryan Groth, Chuck Thokey, three of the best that I've seen in this industry when it comes to sales. Tactics and techniques and skill, things that make it simple and easy so you don't get too caught up with all of the like, follow this process exactly this way. It is important to have a process, but you need to make it and be authentic. The other thing that is super cool to me about these events is this ability to get together. I think that's what we're missing right now. Everybody's probably struggling with it, a little bit of not being able to get together in a way that we have in the past. And I'm praying that this thing does what it's supposed to. What's really cool about State of Texas is our governor said we're not shutting down again. So this event's gonna go off. We'll follow the rules that are in place at that time, but this event is going to happen. I'm honored to be speaking at it. I'm honored at sharing the stage with some of these folks that are people that I see as experts in their field. I know Joseph Hughes is gonna be there with marketing and a lot of others. Go check out the speaker page. Make sure you go to ruthcon.com and get your tickets early. That's one of the beauties of this event, is it's so affordable. You can send your whole team, send an army. I think there's actually discounts once you get up, people. This is going to be massive. It's at a massive event center. There's going to be plenty of room. So we got all that social distancing stuff out of the way if we have to. And I want to share. I want to help serve this industry. That's why I'm so aligned with Hunter, because that's what he's all about. I can't wait to interview him next week and find out a little bit more about his passion for this event and why in the world does he want to do this while running a roofing company at the same time? And I have a sneaking suspicion I know what it is, but I can't wait to share with him and talk about that a little bit more on our podcast next week on Contractor Radio. So, guys, don't miss Roofcon. This is going to be the event of the year. It's going to be an event that is truthfully built around serving you the contractor. It's going to be there to give you the tools, the expertise, the tactics, the strategies that you need to be successful, grow your business, and maybe get some of those hats off. I'm wearing this shirt today, the work on it, not in it shirt, because that's what it's all about for you guys that are owners, that we've got to get into that position and get to get rid of that chaos, get some systems in place so that we can actually start to grow our businesses by working on it more than in it. So we hope to see you there. Don't forget roofcon.com 10-15-13-17th. And I'm pumped to see you guys. Can't wait. I'll give you some virtual high fives now. I'll give you some air knocks when we get there. And we'll see you in October. Have a great one. We'll talk to you later.
